I got in touch with Keerthi from this consultancy who helped me tremendously with the job as I was completely new to the city. She always kept in touch with me for upcoming vacancies n arranged interviews for me.
Keerthi has really been very helpful in all manners possible.The job which I ve been selected for is all because of her efforts to arrange interview at the nearest place possible for me as it was difficult for me to commute..
She provided me with the personal touch and consistent information when required..
She was available for me 24*7 which matters alot..

when we are selected one company,after joining the company the hucon solutions take any money from you like selection process fee.i have a doubt without any profit they didnt encourage any person i think they are cutting our first month salary

as i know its a consultancy for pure call centre jobs! strange behavior!

First, she does't have good grammatical skills and suggests me to improve my skills, she not even taken JD completely, I think they are all under 15 years girls showing attitude while speaking, she not even have human resource management skills.
BTW I went for technical interview not for the customer support.

Please post reviews, who are not satisfied interview with her my intention to reach these all reviews to the manager of hucon consultancy.

It's consulting service for jobs regarding technical and non technical... Like technical support Business Processing output (BPO) etc. It is located near Secunderabad in the 2nd and 3rd floors. It provides good services for the people looking for a job

I have worked here as an IT recruiter for more than 1.6 Years. As there is no IT team before just started 2 years ago, Its only useful for freshers but dont expect any guidance form sr people. Salary is very less as for experienced candidates .But for freshers those who are willing to work hard by self learning you can .

Cons:
They will not give you offer letter at the time of joining. only when you come out of it , they will give you.
They will not tell company policies at the time of joining.
there is no guidance.
dont expect anything form SR people, because they are also not experienced in IT recruitment
there is no incentives structure .
Even though some people working like more than 2 years , they too dont no about company policies.

In time salary ,on 10th of every month.
working environment is good.
they will celebrate any festival very well

so finally those are willing to work for low salaries , with out growth in your career , want to work hard with only salary in hand , with unprofessional skills can join here..

They do not follow up, they just ask you to submit your resumes

Don't judge the place on its location, Hr are good they will definitely help you get your dream job.

HR : SHARANYA .. she could never take her eyes off her MOBILE and yet she claims I have poor grammar. showing attitude while taking, She don't have Recruiting skills... JUDGED ME in 30 seconds that im not good at comm skills. this is one my worst interview which I have attended in my whole experience of 5 years.. UNFORTUNATELY ALL THE NEGATIVES REVIEWS ARE FOR SHARANYA .. I request HUCON team to please look in to that & do the needful...

Waited For A Whole Day To Attend The Interview With A Group Of 20 Members In A Room With Door Closed And At Last They Said The Vacancy Is Being Fulfilled And We Were made to Leave Very Bad Experience I Had With Hucon Solutions.
It Happened To Us Because We Were Freshers.

horrible experience from hucon solutions today ..wasted my two days without any proper information.the hr recruiters are too much .they wont inform at all till the end what process they are interviewing you for.no proper intimation from people.they just smile and tell you i am sorry thats it for any wrong information supplied by them.very bad experience.the hr recruiter tamma or tamana dnt remember her name was taking candidates very lightly like they dnt have value for the candidate's time and money and energy.esp the genpact recruiters they dnt have any info from the genpact they just call you and make you wait 3-4 hrs and then dnt even give the candidate any info about it.they supply all wrong information nd misguide the candidate and give them all wrong information about the process and job and packages.
i would have rated them 0 star if that rating was available that bad exp..

Didn't like the way they behaved. Called me in for some company's process and when I went there said that process isn't there anymore even after I confirmed thrice before going that it's not gonna waste my day. They wasted a complete day of mine for nothing!!!!

it is worst consultancy i hav ever seen in my lyf.ppl will only call us to cme fr interview.and if we will go they will ask us who called you.lyk a mad only we shud wait hours and hours together for our chance to cme and to be called.those ppl dnt even hav respect how to talk with others.they think the candidates who come for interview are fools to be waited for hours together.

Worst consultant dont waste ur time. Very careless employess i have been waited fr first round since frm one hour .reception is playing mobile game instead of giving information those who came fr interview. And the recuiters also joined her instead of taking interviews. I suggest dont go and Don't waste ur time.

Big consulting company, hiring employee for Voice ,non-voice , international and domestic process. get register in monster or naukri and apply in hucons soultions. Damn sure you will get call.

Undoubtedly one of the best consulting firms that i have visited so far. You will be placed in a reputed company with a good package. proper guidance and proper counselling are the biggest advantages.

These fellows are Pathetic - Just a day back (04/06/2018) i got a call from them - To offer UI Developer Job in Hyderabad. I went to Company on Yesterday (05/06/2018) in Hyderabad.

After going there the Company officials told me there were no vacancies for you. In fact these people looked at same resume i showed there in company.

Later on calling to these people - She asked to go to other company in Hyderabad, under conditions 2 Year of Bond for 1.2 Year Employee. These people just wastes your time. So, don't go. I have recorded call of that girl, if they want i can send it.

So, guys don't believe on them. Worst Worse Worst ever consultancy in the World.

its a worst consultancy ever, and the recruiters will not respond to us . speacially that lady mary she feels like a she is a boss of hucon , when we ask some information she will not even look at us , and shows attitude. i dnt know what she think about her , she will come show authority on us , excuse me ur not our boss ur just a recruite who will process us. she just go around here and their shout on other collegues , and that valgur language with others. untill she is working with the consultancy i would better suggest not to go their. if u want to go then prepare your self to be in grave whole day bcoz no one will respond no one will take care . complete wrong info
