Problems with Huawei Android P10 plus. Camera defect, Warranty, service not up to par.

Great company! Great hardware and amazing phones. Sorry for what my country is going to you Huawei.

Terrible customer service. Phone stopped working after 7 months and they said it had water damage (it didn't). They admitted their "liquid damage indicator" can be set by simple humidity in the air, but still would not honor the warranty. Said I can write a letter in Chinese to appeal. No wonder they have a BBB "F" rating.

The phones are excellent !! I don't change them for anything

Nice phones! And they have the phone that can contain 2 SIM cards. And their cameras are really awesome! It works for every photo like 4K

Phone works OK, but not great. I just went to look at one of my pictures and found that all but 12 or so have just disappeared from my phone??? I sent the carrier a message and of course the response was that I must have moved them without realizing it. Figures! Anyone else had this problem?

Not exactly a Huawei brand lover. I love Apple google and nvidia
