I had high hopes for my recent order, but the experience left much to be desired. The delivery took longer than expected, and when the items finally arrived, they didn't match the descriptions online. 🤔 The quality also felt a bit off, which was surprising considering the price point. The overall customer service response was slow, making it frustrating to resolve my issues. I wanted to love my purchase, but it just didn't meet expectations. 😕

If you re looking for a boat or JetSki this is the place. All the gear, great team and no hard sell.

Great business, very easy to deal with. They understand their products and are super helpful. They sold me my rxp300 and did the whole transaction over the phone, which saved me so much time. Anthony was brilliant. My only complaint would be the lack of up-selling as I was unaware that mag wheels on the trailer were an option and now my mates trailer looks better than mine and that makes me a little sad. The workshop and mechanics warrant me towing the ski from Sydney to the Gold Coast once a year for scheduled servicing. I will buy all my future skis from JSW and am now firmly a Sea-doo convert.

Totally ignored, because i was asking for information. Spoke with me I said I was after information and pricing, then his phone rang, he answered it saying sorry and I never saw anyone again. Probably OK if your buying, Down right rude if your asking for prices and Info.
The Kawasaki Dealer was helpful, I know who will get my business for 2 Jetski's. Big Mistake. Huge.

Staff were really good ben went out of his way to help me with everything. And they replaced everything on my jetski and gave it a clean. Would recommend them to anyone. And will be using them from now on.

Took delivery of my Malibu Wakesetter couple of days before Christmas. Had a couple of issues on Christmas Eve whilst running the boat in. Within 40 mins of contacting Ryan the JSW salesman I had the JSW tech/mechanical team down at the isle of Capri boat ramp, finding and fixing the problem til late into the afternoon Christmas Eve.

These guys were awesome.

After a disappointing experience when I did not receive a promised phone call in response to my request (I was very interested in a $27,000 Can Am Spyder, but subsequently put down a deposit on a new one elsewhere) I did eventually have someone reach out to me after I complained on this site.

I later visited the dealership and was dealt with by the Operations Manager there.

These guys know their stuff. I recently purchased a PWC from the team there and they could not be more helpful. I think Anthony and Sam were great. Thanks guys

Walked in with cash in pocket. Ignored by 3 blokes talking about the weekend.. walked out and went back another day to buy a GTi 130. Ignored again after spending 15 minutes looking over ski.. went across to Yamaha and bought from them. Staff are full of themselves. As another business owner I would be furious with lack of customer service and poor attitude. Every person who walks through the door is a potential customer..

What a fantastic Company to deal with. From the Sales department (Marshall) too the Service/Warranty (Ben) everyone has looked after me and my Ski 100%. It can be a bit stressful when dealing with anything boat related and hoping that you're not getting taken advantage of on Pricing, this was never the case with JSW and i would Highly recommend them to anyone in the Market !!! Brilliant business. Whilst I bought a used ski in the end off Boatsales, Anthony was the best sales person I came across and was really helpful start to finish.
I ve now just experienced their service team and again, friendly, professional and prompt (not to mention the only JetSki business in QLD to be open over Christmas / New Year - strange but true!). Ben was awesome and the whole system from front line staff to the guys handling your ski were all great.
JSW will have my business from here on and I d recommend to anyone.

Just purchased a ski privately, and called in to JSW to check out their PFDs. I was expecting inflated prices, given that there is limited choice of suppliers. I was pleasantly surprised by their prices, and received great service from Kayla, who spent plenty of time helping me get the right gear at the right price. Thanks, I'll be back!

Must say I am appalled at the radio add your organisation has. It talks about cheating and joining in and that s the can cheat whenever they want. Although this is not actual the message you are sending out to children is self worthlessness and disrespect. And to think that you were allowed to play this low life commercial to boost your sales just goes to show that you will do anything for a dollar.
I called the office to speak to a manager regarding this fowl form of advertising and was hung up on.

Have some dignity and self respect. The reputation your business is marketing is not one I d be proud of and for that I will never buy from you. Shame on the director for scooping so low.!!!

The staff are nice but i went in there over the weekend and was quoted $1000 more then what was advertised.
The store is kept clean but this little thing put me off coming back.

Purchased a used ski off them from them at a surprisingly good deal from a dealership with warranty. Anthony and the team are a great bunch of people with a fantastic service. I did have a small problem with my 1st trip which they fixed free of charge instantly with 0 hesitation which I really appreciate as some places make you jump through hoops just to get a decision out of them.

Marshall took the time to explain the differences and really narrow down my decision as I was in the dark after even after visiting my local Seadoo dealer Northside of Brisbane. I enquired on a new RXP-X 300 with Anthony that was for sale as a run out model at a very generous price, unfortunaly I just missed it and Anthony went out of his way to source another one for me at the same price after making some enquiries.

I just wanted to express my delight as a customer who dealt with JWS Power sports. It all started In the Sales dept Marshall Lewis, the man is a legend and whatever he promises! He delivers!!
Marshall Lewis in my eyes is a very big asset to JWS Power sports. When I collected my Jet-Ski Marshall went through the whole ski from front to back (he even took my calls on his day off).
Their are other Jet-ski places out there that don t even worry about replying to your email enquires which I will not name for legal reason.
I had an issue with the trailer lights; they had someone out to my work site and problem fixed! Good experience all round.
If you are wanting to buy a Good Jet-ski with excellent service JWS Power sports is the place to go. LOOK NO FURTHER I am saying this as a satisfied customer.

What a showroom... These guys have EVERYTHING you want and need! Not to mention their staff... Couldn't have made it any easier knowing the answer to every single question Easily the BEST place on the GC for sure!

I purchased a Kawasaki ulta 300x from jsw in November 2016 and they provided me with a 1 year warranty 30hrs later the supercharger belt let go and guess what they told me not covered by warranty. In the fine print they told me so they charged me 1560$ to put a new belt and pulley system on my ski the next ride on the water the ski half sunk on me because of one of jsw half wit mechanics over tightened a cooling hose and threaded the hose clamp so I took it to a Kawasaki mechanic and he found all the dodgy stuff team jsw had done to my ski we found several loose nuts and bolts 4 spare bolts sloshing around in the bildge loose covers and the most annoying thing was it still had the original pulley kit on it with rust and all that was ment to be replaced absolutely disgusting! Ripped me off completely seeing as my Kawasaki dealer only charges 600$ to do a belt change and least its done properly. Steer clear of jsw motorsports there as dodgy as they come

Purchased a slightly used Can-Am Spyder RT Ltd from JSW. Brett from sales went over and above what was expected in preparing the bike for us the new owners. Fully serviced, New rubber, Fully checked out and then delivered to the Covid Border at Tweed Heads to do an easy deal & handover into NSW. They have won another loyal customer, We look forward to catching up with JSW when we travel the 220klm for the fab customer support and treatment when services and repairs are due. Ok so my experience wasn't without hiccups, but the team did an amazing job a rectifying any of the problems that i initially had, i would buy from them again

The problem is that a person who has a great job. Can't remember or don't have time to reply to a customer. For instance I have a
Can-Am Spyder and went there for price on spears parts and service done .so he couldn't give me that then . so he took my phone number and will call me back 4 days later I call again he not there so they say he will call back .but 5 week still no luck so is this my fault or there's or don't give a f##k I was told the Can-Am in Australia is not a big deal as lack of sale is to small to bother with. and with the lack of service like what I got. is it any wonder so that's my opinion for.

update my findings. On the 27 of may I was asked to come in to have a look. perhaps do the repairs but unfortunately parts were not available but never mind I have a bit of patience .so on the 3rd of June this year I take my little toy can am F3 into them for service and repairs .that I particularly wanted done front wheel alignment the ball joint replace brake fluid flush out and check the steering because it was heavy. Mind you it taking a few hours and apparently it was a difficult job particularly for the ball joints .so several hours later. I got my toy back and then ask for the price for repairs. Wow I was expecting $$$$$$ and I was amazed. the price with absolutely grateful. they let me take out a brand new Can-Am 2020 model for a ride to kill
Some time . Bloody wonderful So from my comments previously before. I think maybe I was a little naive .I do thank them very much for the effort and I highly recommend anybody to go there as I will myself again much appreciated boys good job done. But always remember before you leave a comment or feedback think of the reason and why it happened .

10/10 Service and product. Bought my 2nd ski from these guys on New Years Eve. Jayson and Marshall gave great service and went the extra mile to make it happen!! Great experience first time and even better the second. One day in the future there will be a 3rd! Thank you so much JSW. Sea-Doo for life!

Walked in looking to buy a wakeboard boat... not one staff member acknowledged us. Horrible customer service, given it was 1:30pm on a Wednesday, and no other customers in the yard.

Excellent customer service from Marshall and the team and just saved myself $1000 per ski by getting Sam to sort my insurance out. I would highly reccomed the team at JSW Powersports.

Hey guys I have just bought the top of the range 2016 gtx limited IS Seadoo and wanted to mention how easy the transaction was made by Marshall Lewis at JSW Seadoo. He was very helpful throughout the sale and ordering process and allowed me to twist his arm without flinching.. He offered me a great trade price on my ski and at the same time advised me I could do a little better on a private sale and I did, so kudos to him and the crew at JSW..
