Considering the cost of implementing an in house HR Department, we decided to appoint HR2day as an external resource, which is significantly more cost effective. Far more than just an insurance policy , they are always on hand to offer advice and to assist in all areas of HR. In our first year of signing up they have helped to resolve a number of issues. Who knows how many future issues they have saved us from by building new employee contracts and masterminding our employee handbook. They have proven to be a most excellent appointment.
