Valuegro office solutions has been trading in the office stationery and back 2 school industry since July 2004. 16 years of business has certainly taught me a number of things. Over the years as the business grew one of our largest challenges we have been faced specially over the last 4 years is recreating the culture we installed from the beginning. For me a culture is directly related to all employees buying into our vision, Company goals, and Holistic approach to the way we operate the business. Creating a collective group of people all from different cultures, beliefs and religions. Bringing them together all to work for the same purpose, common. To instill the understanding and respect that the value their fellow colleague in any department has to the the culture. This is so important to us. We simply for many reasons, and ones that we attempted numerous times to address but had little to no success. It came time to realize help was needed in our HR department. One to bring about real sustainable change. The lesson learnt which i admit one we should of learnt years ago was that we need external help. my only requirement was who ever we aligned with it had to be one that understood our vision and belief. HR studio was one of those instant connections we where fortunate enough to have. From the first meeting they understood what we wanted and with complete transparency they just got it. Without hesitation they said together we will achieve this, we will be successful. After just a short time observing and meeting all employees receiving the feedback they required. they presented an action plan, broken down into restructuring, implementing the plan and managing it. With a phased approach and timelines. little did we know what was only a few weeks later we would come across the biggest challenge we all had to face and get through. Lock down and Covid 19 Hit. Among our many business challenges none has been bigger that HR. I can personally say without HR studios guidance, 100% commitment to Valuegro I am not sure we would of stood a chance. The mountain of new legislation, employee morale, general staff challenges have been constant. There has never been time that HR studio has not assisted with professional, and most importantly with such a caring and empathetic approach to our business. We just started and the initial plan had to be adapted, restructured and re implemented. We know we not near the end of this challenge, but the faith i have in them i believe that from a HR perspective we have the support, knowledge and belief that we can. Times like this we as a business are faced with so many critical issues, because of HR Studio we have been able to focus on all the rest, To say they have gone far and beyond of what we expected is an understatement. personally i don't view them as consultants i almost feel as they our own HR department. To Stacey, Debbie and your team. Thank you for your effort, care, commitment to our vision and challenges. i believe there could not of been a more perfect time for us to meet. sometimes in business, or maybe always timing is everything. In this case it most certainly was. I could list so many examples of what they have done for us. If anyone is considering there services, it would be my pleasure to share with you what value they will bring to your business.
