Gave us a VW Golf which was in new condition, clean and fully fuelled. Enjoyed it for the whole week without any problems. It added to a great holiday !

Staff were very friendly. It was fast and easy to rent a vehicle in Orlando. The fleet consists of new models, and they are well maintained. Walked in, and within 10 minutes I was on my way. We visited all the disney parks and having the car improved our experience on previous years where we use the buses, highly recommended to pay a little more and not stay further from the parks, the accomadation was cheaper so it pays for itself really.

So.... the drivers in Rhodes are blinking crazy but once you realize it is every man for themselves it is easier to drive. Parking is a nightmare too, so don't pass a space if you see one, the car was a good addition to our holiday this year and will not hesitate to book another when we return.

Staff are friendly but I think they need to clean more as I found sand in the foot well when collecting and I would expect better than that during covid times. Apart from that everything was fine so can not complain really because I ve got a really good price.

Green Motion East Midlands recently used this company have used them before but they took helpfulness to a new lever. Professional efficient couldn t be better.

Carhire in Malaga airport has always been a bit of a bother for me and I try and avoid some of the companies like gold car. Using Enjoy Car Hire I was able to provide a date and time and get back a number of different companies that I could use and this would allow me to filter out the ones that I wouldn t wanna use which is ideal. I booked with a company that didn t try to oversell me insurance and extras at the desk which resulted in me being able to take the car at the price I was promised.

Easy to use and quick to book competitive prices flexible cancellation policy which is definitely required during these times. Will definitely use you in the future thanks for allowing us to provide feedback for our car hire in Portugal.

Refused to refund a deposit for a trip that couldn t be filled due to COVID flight cancellations. Wouldn t risk this again. Choose someone else.

Hiring the car was fine, be warned these people sell total junk excess cover.
It's impossible to successfully claim against. With onerous conditions & slow contact. Save yourself a lot of trouble go elsewhere.

My partner and I rented a car for 1 week to pick up from Kos airport. They seemed cheaper than their competitors and so we chose them.





Once we had this, we went back to the desk, only to be told he had given our car away, and cancelled our hire. We then contacted the company to get our refund, only to be told that we were not entitled to a refund!



Not only did we not receive our refund, but we have had to pay over 40 for a taxi to get to our hotel, and 40 to get back to the airport.

This company does not care about you, and they rob you. Do not use this company.

Everything went very smoothly and the service was good throughout, we picked the car up from Masterkings at Faro airport, the car was in great condition, no hidden extras would use again.

I had an issue with my rental on Sunday - called their closed hours phone number and got my issue resolved. Very thankful for that. (However the guy on the phone was very rude and judgmental at the beginning, but ended up helping me)

I didn t see all the information that was listed on the website with the booking but when checking the voucher I noticed that I needed to pay extra if I didn t have a credit card. Call them to tell them of my problem and they were able to change the booking into my husband s name and use his credit card meaning that we were able to take the original price. Car was clean and tidy and drive well only gripe is on return it took a little longer than we thought and we rushed a bit to get on our flight.

We had an emergency and need to hire a car quickly from London King s Cross and Enjoy and their partners EasiRent helped us. We were called by one of the agents before we arrived to provide details for a pre-checking and we were able to pick the keys up from a locker and drive the car from the car park. Little things like this make life easier when it is hard to avoid people during the virus. Bravo.

Alma Carhire were fantastic in Corfu where we changed our original booking for for this one. Changes were made very quickly and we actually save money by changing our plans from going to Corfu instead of Portugal due to the restrictions. Often used Enjoy in Portugal and it just goes to show that their service is good elsewhere. Well done to both parties happy customer.

Pisa airport, We got exactly the car we ordered which was a Fiat 500 location was at the airport we use the credit card to hold the auto insurance and was told that if we damage the car they would take from our card which was fine. They did check the car thoroughly when we returned it which was worrying but it was all fine in the end.

You'll think you have got a good price and the confirmation will say inclusive of taxes but be warned you'll be hit with a 20% VAT in the UK which they do not warn you about. it seems to me they deliberately have made this seem like it is included in the price already.

--Update: A couple weeks later Enjoy Car hire managed to contact Europcar and they have corrected the booking. Changed to 4* from 2*

Great price for a safe budget car. Did the job without bells and whistles. Can highly recommend.

Used Enjoy Car Hire to pick up a 'Seat ibiza or similar' car from Malaga Airport. When we arrived at the airport the car hire firm (Europcar) said that all they had left to offer us was a Citreon C1! We said that this was not acceptable in the class that we'd paid for but they said they had nothing else so we'd have to take it up with Enjoy directly. We tried phoning Enjoy from the airport with no joy so had no choice but to take the car and try to deal with it later as we had to get to our accommodation at a certain time.
We had 2 large suitcases which ended up on the back seats as the boot was non-existent. It was lucky that there was only 2 of us as we would not have got another person, even a child, in the vehicle.
The average boot size for an ibiza is 355 litres and the C1 196 litres. I've tried to contact Enjoy with 3 emails to customer services to obtain a partial refund but they haven't replied to any of them - extremely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service.
According to automobile websites, the C1 is a class A micro car and the Ibiza a class B city car so I don't see why we should be charged the same for these 2 vehicles.
I do not recommended this firm if you want good service and good value! Will never use them again.

Total scam. If ai could give a negative star I would. We rent cara every 2-3 months and this is the first time this happens with us. Enjoy Car, who is the intermediary, doesn t intervene if you have issues with the local car rental company. We paid full insurance with Enjoycarhire but when we arrived at the local car company they said we needed to pay again the insurance which tripled our price! So we could not take the car at the agreed terms and conditions. No support whatsoever by Enjoy car hire, the even refused to intervene to get our 10% advance payment back.

Used Enjoy as a broker for Alamo/Enterprise at Antalya - brilliant experience from start to finish. Good price, excellent customer service when I missed my flight and a smooth easy process from start to finish. Not the absolute cheapest but worth a few extra pounds for the all-round quality. Will definitely be using again

ALICANTE CAR RENTAL, Once we worked out where the shuttle service was to take us to pick up point the service was excellent. Paperwork was issued and explained clearly and professionally. The vehicle allocated to us was immaculate and all the staff were friendly and professional.

We couldn't pick up a car due to a missinfomed agent at the pick up point. But the problem is that the customer service of enjoy car rental used all type of nonsense excuses to avoid giving us a refund on the reservation fee. So disappointing.

Hire a car with them and better you don't have any issue. Impossible to contact them... Do yourself a favor a go directly with the rental company or use another intermediary, this company is a real shame.

This company doesn't consider lockdown is a good enough reason to cancel a reservation, and you get no reply to an email after a week.
First and last time I'm dealing with them.

Cancelled my car hire quickly after I requested, emails answered, refund given, will be using them for my future bookings on this basis, it is nice to find a company you can trust in these times.

Excellent value, great car and available on time. Very helpful staff in Portugal and very easy to pick up the vehicle and drive away. Return was easy with agent being available within 5 minutes and away we went. Highly recommended.

I have been renting with enjoy car hire, if not mistaken, for the past six years. Always the better prices and no hidden fees. Everything you need to know is upfront. No surprises. They are honest company. Only thing I could say is, they need to evolve. They need to have a system where we can have a online account. Other that all good.

Everything went according to plan. I received fast and efficient service at all stages of hire. The car was in excellent condition and as ordered. The staff were very polite and helpful. To top it all I considered it very good value

The worst in 10 years of renting car (twice at year). Stay away. They offer a cheap full insurance but in reality they know that you have to give a high sum deposit caution for a dirty and in poor maintanaince conditions car.

Hassle free service from start to finish at a good price - I'd use again!
