It s no secret that when it comes to searching for a new business, many people rely on reviews to determine which company to choose from. Recruitment agencies should care about their reputation on social media.
Recruiters, if you re not going to call them for a while, just tell your candidates that. They ll appreciate your honesty and it s important that candidates learn to value your time too.
If you know you re not going to be able to place a candidate, be honest with them and point them in a direction of somebody who can.
The candidate you didn t call back today could be a future client down the road-think long term.
It s time to step up and take ownership, especially if your Google reviews are with a 3-star rating.

Highly recommended. One of the few recruitment agencies who have a wider range of jobs in digital recruitment which is very rare in the UAE. Was updated at every stage of the process. Would definitely recommend.

HR Source are a terrible agency, they constantly advertise these great sounding jobs on Linkedin but NEVER reply to emails, even when your CV matches and often time surpasses the spec requirments. I honestly believe that they do not have half of the roles that they advertise and are simply promoting their brand in hopes of gaining corporate contracts - I often see similar comments underneath their job announcements "I have sent my CV numerous times but recieve no reply etc...." I wouldn't waste your time approaching this group..

Not even a welcoming place. Went to the receptionist and I asked her if can get help in getting a job!! The respond was cooled ! Just check the site on LinkedIn.

Unresponsive agency, not surprised by their low score. Would not recommend.

A year later! The company has run into some trouble with its former employees no wonder the reviews are down!

Non of the Recruiters have the time to respond to my emails. The company is not working towards the community it's a self interest company. Don't bother applying or using their service. I will change my mind once I get a response

Absolutely horrible recruitment agency by far in UAE. Stay way at all costs from this place. If you read previous reviews of the compnay as well as the Glassdoor reviews, you will learn that the owner treats his employess very poorly. High turnover in staffing and in overall horrible customer service.

HRsource was able to get me some serious leads when I was looking for a job in digital marketing, an industry that I am trying to make a foothold in. I would recommend these guys.
