My husband suggested I deal with Dominic and he was most helpful arranging for the sale of a watch that was no longer being worn. We achieved a price Its unlikely we could have elsewhere, with the security of it being handled by a trusted person like Dominic. He's also been most helpful and generous in arranging minor repairs to some other items. Highly recommended.

Dom and the team at Hackett watches could not be more helpful and easy to deal with. I had a fantastic experience with Dom buying a new Omega watch. Not only did he source the watch for me, he also arranged to get the watch and our wedding rings engraved with a 3rd party, making the entire process so easy. I had the pleasure of seeing the workshop and saw some beautiful rings being handmade with such care and attention.

I just purchased an Omega Speedster from Dominic. From responding to my initial calls and then texts over the weekend without delay, to sending high quality images to me so I could assess the watch before dropping in, the process was personal yet professional. I feel the price was very fair as the watch appears to be mint, and is still in guarantee from a recent Omega Service. I will certainly return to him for any future purchases.
