The staff is very pleasant and helpful. You can play checkers while you wait. Many flavors - the banana pudding ice cream is delicious.

I always get strawberry milkshakes here and they are AMAZING, you will 100% enjoy their delicious ice cream.

Love this place, so many flavors plus cakes and brownies. They make the best sundaes and the young people working inside are always so nice and happy to let you taste anything before picking what you want! Plus they have a drive thru which is awesome as of right now. 10 out of 10

My favorite ice cream place, because they have my favorite ice cream. Hershey's! They can get very busy on warm days, so you may have a little wait. Shakes are great. Sundaes are great. Cups and comes are great. They have a drive-thru, but there often a short wait there as well. I don't mind. Stay is friendly. It's clean. Plenty of parking.

Love the owner, atmosphere, ICECREAM and all of the many other "extras" That are offered. From cones dipped in nuts and chocolate, breads, cakes, apparel and coffes! Take a picture in the ginormous chair in front!

My favorite place to go with the family for ice cream the service is awesome and you can get anything from ice cream to a healthy smoothie coffee cakes brownies (which are all homemade) slushies the options are endless I love the fact that once my son and myself get our treats we sit at one of the checkers tables and laugh over a few games I love the memories I've made with him and look forward to making many more

Slightly overpriced but they do have delicious ice cream. If you're ok paying the extra dollar or two it is worth it. I recommend the fudge sundae.

Morgans Dairy Bar & Calf-A is exactly what you re looking for. A plethora of flavors for whatever type of ice cream you re craving. The ladies behind the counter were more than helpful and took the time to help us find just the right ice cream that would check the boxes of what we were looking for. Form the ice cream to milkshakes and snow cones (Idk what they called them) you ll want to visit more than once. I even found their coffee bean offerings appealing and it looked to have a functioning espresso machine if you wanted a coffee fix. Prices are ok but the scoops are generous.

Have always had great service , but today the two girls that were working, were rude. They were very sarcastic and had an attitude . The milkshakes were not good. They did not take an interest in their job. My husband had to ask them to mix the shakes more. One girl was talking on the telephone to the other girls boyfriend. Not good customer service. This is the Morgans in Stanley, NC. Don't know if we will go back.

Very good icecream not full of air like at grocery stores and lots of flavors and they have coffee and cakes. It has a drive through if you know what you want or you can go inside it has great atmosphere and beautifully decorated.

Try a milk shake. I mix coffee fudge with chocolate ice creams in mine. Love this local treat.

None of the workers were wearing masks. We are in the middle of a pandemic, and they are handling food....

Waited in the drive thru 15 minutes because they forgot we were there, then got the order wrong and instead of fixing it she just said I'm sorry, I went ahead and took the order but I won't go back. Not good customer service at all.

Best place in town to get THE best Black cherry Ice Cream or any flavor for that matter. Sweetest group of young people working front counter and drive thru. I LOVE MORGANS

Teenager staff wears neither masks, nor gloves. Inappropriate in these days. Furthermore, it feels like you interrupt their conversations with your order. Sorry for that!

We enjoyed the ice cream and the people were very kind. It's a small spot on the inside but reminds you of an old mom and pop ice cream shop. They also have a drive thru which is super cool. Lots of different flavor combinations, milkshakes, sundaes, and even more. I would suggest taking the kids to try it out sometime!!

Awesome ice cream, employees always have such great attitudes, and actually look like they want to be there. A lot of my weight gain can be contributed to Morgans, and I am not complaining, lol.

This place is awesome! The girls that run this business do an excellent job. We love to go for ice cream, shakes and sundaes. Whenever family comes into town we take them too! They are able to keep up with big groups (with a smile) and serve other customers as well. We love the variety and the fresh baked goods. It's a nice cozy little spot in a small town ! Did I mention they have a drive thru?!!?!

Ice cream is great but the sevice was less than. I actually left pretty angry because one of the girls literally repeatedly ignored me when I was trying to place my order. Once she finally fulfilled my order, I walked over to the counter to pay and she ignored me AGAIN!! She wasn t helping anyone else, she simply ignored me!
I will go again because my kids love the ice cream but I m really hoping they have better help next time!

It s good ice cream, but $4.50 for a small plain chocolate milkshake where the cup is barely 3/4 full? Guess I should ve spent $7 on a large. By the way when the menu says 3.99 why do you charge 4.29 plus tax for the small?

It's a bit pricy but the kids love it. Friendly staff. Then again some aren't too friendly.

I'm giving a two star rating because the drinks and ice cream are five star but the service and prices are terrible, less than one. Two specialty espresso drinks cost us seventeen dollars. At that cost you would expect an expert bartista to mix your drink but all of the employees are school aged girls. They don't greet you upon entering or even ask for your order for that matter. You have to call them over and tell them you would like to order. They barely even speak to you because they are too busy standing around on their phones or playing around with each other like they are at a sleep over. Its honestly one of the most unproffesional establishments I have ever been to. Although my boyfriend is acquaintance's with the owner. Every time we leave there he says he should call him and let him know how the place is being run when he isn't there. Which we have never seen him there once, so maybe that is the problem.

Being a former employee of Morgan s let me tell you it is less than unprofessional. While I was employeed there our boss smoked marijuana with one of the employees while she was on the clock. Speaking of employees you will never see a male employee working at Morgan s besides the boss. This is because he refuses to hire male employees which is absolutely illegal. If you think there is no reasoning for his decision on hiring all teenage girls you d be wrong because very inappropriate things were said/sent to a specific employee who was 17 at the time. If that isn t enough for you there is a fake sanitation grade directly above an open ice bucket even though the place was covered in roaches. Employees including myself were scheduled to work 11-12 hour shifts without a single break. If we were to eat while on the clock our boss would ask how many calories was in what we were eating and other offensive things were said to us regularly. Not to mention when firing people they would take them off the schedule without any other words about it. Other times he would send them a text...if you were lucky. Also if you are planning on tipping one of the girls who will actually be making your ice cream DONT put change in their tip jar. All of the change goes to the boss they only get the dollars. If you decide to continue supporting such an unprofessional establishment is up to you although I d strongly advise never applying.
