Very poor customer service. The way the rep talked...

Very poor customer service. The way the rep talked to me made it seem like they weren't a real company. I called to see what had happened with the order I placed. The order was done online, we put in our information for billing and went to finalize the order and the website went down. I noticed the payment went thru not once but twice. I called to check what was going on and to have them credit me back in which I was told the order never went thru and that the payments did. They said that they should be credited in 3-7 business days so when I asked him to confirm the date the payments were taken out he started to say the company knew about the computer issue and that they are working on trying to figure out why it did it. Then told me they couldn't give me the actual date because they don't see anything now on their side and that I would have to wait and call back if its not put back in my bank! I was not happy with the customer service and I never even received any information that would help me figure what happened, why I'm now charged two times and yet there is not even one order. Bad customer service. Seems very fishy to me and when I told him it sounded fishy and fraudulent he just said on no its not fraudulent. Seems too weird to me! Do not shop at the Spark Shop.

I ordered some shirts from this company. They are supposed to be our promotional partner. I received an email from them acknowledging my order, but it did not say they were out of stock and the shirts were on back order. I never got a call from anyone or any other notification. Their rep on our account does not return phone calls (2). The person I spoke to on the phone today told me they were on back order and then said they arrived Sunday. Sunday? They then needed a week to ship them. All they had to do was embroider the shirts, but the service rep said they had to change the tags and QC the shirts. How long does it take to look to see that a shirt is ok? I cancelled the order and for a few bucks more will use my local vendor and have the shirts before I would have received these from this company.

I would give Zero if I could. Our company uniforms are through HPI. Something is always wrong; sizes, wrong company uniform, missing pieces, orders disappear and they don't replace. Horrible completely unreliable can not recomend!

I own a few small businesses and use them for all my uniforms and promotional items. They offer reasonable pricing and quick turnarounds. My account manager always stays in touch and makes sure I'm happy with my orders. They are extremely accommodating no matter the size of your company or order and their facilities and warehouses are impressive.

Awful customer service. Ordered in bulk on my card for mgmt in my store and never received products. Fed ex and HPI employees confirmed they got the items back but it has been 3 months now and I have STILL not received a refund!!! I am disgusted that we use you guys and hope that people do not order from you. I still expect a full refund as that is the right thing to do- I have called 9 times now and have gotten no where. Absolutely awful customer service and terribly incompetent representatives. I wish I could rate a 0!

Terribly slow shipping, I paid for expedited. It took them a week to process my very simple order. Bad customer service, I was told my order was shipped, come to find out it didn't go out for another 2 days. I do NOT recommend this company

The worst uniform company I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I placed an order eight weeks ago and it has never shipped.

I've made repeated calls to customer service only to be promised my order would be shipping out promptly. I have left supposed supervisors voicemails and never received a follow-up response.

I have asked for the order to be canceled so that I may reorder with my company allowance since it is obvious this particular order has been lost in the warehouse or will not be shipping for whatever reason, but they refuse to oblige my request.

So I recently started working with a company that gets thier uniform polo shirts from HPI. The first few weeks I got to wear regular t shirts until my Walgreen's polos came in. Well...within a few hours of me wearing one of my polos..my neck, lower scalp amd back started to itch prefusely. At first I thought maybe it was caused by the dry, winter air. Then it got worse. The back of my neck recieved a chemical burn...which turned into a scar. The lower half of my scalp was itching and covered in hives. And my back along with my wrists were itching. I did some research...and come to find out almost all companies who make fire retardant, polyester shirts cleanse and process them in toxic chemicals such as Formeldahyde. Not to mention polyester is not breathable. It repels sweat...which causes the chemicals to absorb into your skin. Polyester has been known to cause contact dermatitis. In between the fibers are pieces of animal fur or micro fibers. A lot of people break out from polyesyter. From company processed materials. So....next time you decide on purchasing these shirts for your company...do your research. I am not one to complain about things. But I do cherish my health.
