Very good food, fast and efficient service. There is no complaint ... safe and fast access.
They certainly do not cater to anyone with a handicap, no special drop off or pickup area, no ramps, no assistance
We went to see the Barracudas Hockey team. It was a blast with a traditional chuck-a-puck, kids zone, and overly priced stadium food. The crowd and atmosphere was fun especially since the Barracudas won.
Have been going to the SAP center several times and it has always been a great experience, the staff is very friendly and parking is never a problem, I love this place!
Only had an issue with not getting our food but they comp us free beer and our money back
I went to a shark game and they didn t give me my bobble head and they said for all fans in attendance. Then they said they ran out but I saw a bunch of employees with bobble heads after the game. That was disappointing and not only that some one was in my seat. Never going to another shark game again and specially a giveaway day.
Nice arena only complaint was our seats in section 117 could not see the screens at all during the demi Lovato concert.
I like to always go there To the shows, concerts, I love the circus. I recommend them
Was A fun time I guess, i mean the sharks beat my home team but like whatever I don't even care it's fine yeah it's cool or whatever no big deal
Pretty good variety of food, but it is more expensive than outside fast food. Alcohol is about twice or more than bar prices. Water bottles are too. Seats are generally good and staff are professional.
My first hockey game in this arena and it was really nice
Great place to see a hockey game. Good food and beer but they are stadium priced.
Clean stadium, love my San Jose Sharks love being in the tank Gooo Sharks!!!
Great experience at the SAP center. Came here for the playoffs. Staff was helpful and amazing.
Really enjoy the venue for all events. Barracuda and Sharks games are delightful.
Went to the Queen & Adam Lambert Concert. The Rhapsody Tour 2019. Great Show!
Landmark of San Jose, love going to Sharks games here
Shark Tank is always full of awesome energy! Just wish concessions were a tad less. Pro-Tip: Bartenders will remember a good tipper. Wink Wink. LEEEEEEEEETS GOOOOOOOO SHAAAAARKS.
Nice arena, watched warriors vs Lakers per season game
Awesome experience!! Even with Wild oats down the street and their outside roof top patio. This was a good time all around I really did not like how much food was being thrown away if they do not allow food in the arena, they could give the confiscated items, like brand new salads and prepared sandwiches etc to homeless shelters. That was the only frustrating part.
The SAP Center is always a treat! We were at the Shark's game and even though they didn't win, it was so much fun. We took public transportation, so didn't have to worry about where to park or have the expense either. And Diridon Station is right across the street from SAP, so whether you arrive by bus, Light Rail or train, you are just a short walk away. We love the SAP Center!
Had a lot of fun at a Sharks game. There was a large variety of food options throughout the concourse. The stadium was cleaned well and all of the staff were very helpful and also extremely nice. The team did a good job keeping the fans involved in the game as well
Food's expensive here, but the stadium experience is pretty good.
Well I must admit. I've been coming here for sharks games my whole life but I saw the Foo fighters this week there and they were amazing. HOWEVER, I need to preface this with I play in a rock band and have done so for 20 years. I love loud rock music but thr sound quality of the show the other night was legit ear piercing. I couldn't even stay till end. The sap center really needs to invest in some acoustic treatment of thst building for hosting high quality shows. Yes, I have seen other concerts there, it's just not ideal. Yes, I know arenas aren't ideal for sound.. But at least put up an effort to combat it.
Not one of the better arena I have been too, however, the people who work there are very accommodating....friendly and ready to help. Food choices are blah...boring. The actual Sharks game pretty good...not really a bad seat in the house...so, if you need no extra fancy ammeneties a great place...If you want to keep up with the Jones's then this place needs a little more.
A lot of good impressions. Great aura. Not cheap but it's worth it.
Always a fun time at the arena. Even better when the Sharks win :-)
Valentine's Super Love Jam!
Enjoy The Oldies Concert.
Came here for the Stanley Cup Finals, lots of fun! A bit overpriced here and there, but totally worth it. Great to experience with friends or family.
One of the best venues around weather your there to cheer on our San Jose Sharks or see a concert.
Always the best arena staff always on point and helpful new rules about bottles sucks
Club level the way to go for seats, staff onside and outside siper helpful and friendly. Im in a wheelchair and staff in blue jackets were superb. Chicken tenders and boom boom sauce great.
Fantastic fan experience. Great viewing angles, ample concessions, and close to the SJ bar scene for pre and post game beverages.
Fine venue. Nothing special at all. Sections of the concourse could use a little upgrade.
Came here with my friend for a Harry Styles concert. Had a fun time but wow the food is super overpriced. It's a concert so that's expected but 5 dollars for a bottle of water... Come on.
First time there and went for a Sharks game.. most amazing time and best memory in a long time. The crowd was pleasant and the arena was clean. Will go again.
SAP center is a pretty great venue for a concern, game, or show. Very wide open and very few bad seats. I recommend buying parking onsite because there isn't a lot nearby and you'll end up walking a long way through some less savory neighborhoods.
As far as being a live music venue the SAP Center was never built with that in mind or with proper acoustic materials. Most concerts (if not all) are tough on the ears since sound people turn it up to not hear the reflections. However it's a great place to SEE your favorite performers- like the San Jose Sharks!
Staff is great. Gets people in and out very quickly. Very easy to get in and out of parking lots
Home of the San Jose Sharks and the San Jose Barracuda farm team. Not very cheap. But that's normal for the NHL. Great atmosphere and physical well-being is also taken care of here.
There is a hotel 5 minutes from the stadium.
