Great food but don't tell any body. It is a secret.
Cool building, nice atmosphere. That's where it ends. If your a celiac. Avoid this place. 20 dollars for a burnt tiny burger. No thanks.
Nice place, good atmosphere and clean (clear Covid procedures). Sat down had a couple of beers. Decided to share a sandwich just to try the food as we were not too hungry. When ordering the sandwich I asked if the kitchen could cut the bun in half and to my surprise the answer from the server was "No we do not do that as our kitchen is too busy!" At first I thought she was joking but the staff member made it very clear that this was their policy. I asked for a steak knife so we could cut it ourselves which she brought. From a customer perspective I consider this very poor service! How long does it take to cut a sandwich in half? Probably less time than to get a steak steak knife and put it on the table! It's too bad because it's a nice place ..... I won't be back.
Not as many off season beers to sample as we were expecting but the food was good.
I love the huge variety of beers here! Super friendly staff and lots of space on the patio. Very comfortable environment even during these more difficult times.
Climbers, bikers, backcountry skiers, kayakers, windsurfers. All meet here for great beer and food.
Great place to watch a game and catch dinner. That Nashville Chicken Sandwich !!! On point!
Beers were decent but the service was super slow, even when the place had many empty seats. We ordered quick (only drinks), but it took 15 minutes to bring us a beer. We were a little confused since the tap was literally right beside us and there was no other people in our section. Nonetheless, I'd return to give it another shot because the beers were ok.
Love this place we have been going here for years. Usually on our way to or from Whistler.
The new kale ceaser salad tastes like garlic flavoured lawn clippings and my smoked wings were good, but they started getting really bloody inside and I got too grossed out eat anymore. Probably the most disappointing meal i've ever had here. 40 bux and I left hungry. (if i get food poisoning tonight you guys can have it all back in a bucket).
Nothing above average about this place that let's it stand out from any other brewery.
My wife's Virgin Ceasar and my point of IPA were good and the poutine set our sights on a really good meal but we were disappointed. The ribs weren't bbq'd; they were boiled and had some sauce slopped on them (it was odd that they were served upside down too). The cod was battered with some thick crud that was gooey inside & not tasty at all although the fish inside was cooked well. Just don't eat here.
Went for the brewery tour and was not disappointed. In depth tour of all the facilities from the hop storage, fermenting freezers and bottling area to name a few.
The cooler in the bar area sells special brews at a lower price than government liquor stores.
We stopped in two nights in a row while visiting Squamish. Busy both nights, but servers were friendly and attentive, and the beer was excellent. A surprising number of vegan options on the menu, the buffalo cauliflower wings were a hit! Will definitely stop by if we pass through Squamish again.
This is a great place. Superb ambience and open till late in downtown Squamish. We had the prawns pesto pizza that was really good, yam fries and the seafood pot. Food is good here but the beers are the best. Mango flavoured super Jupiter is my new favourite. There is a did they serve called chilli prawns... Please be aware of this dish as it's the more dish I have ever tasted. Have it only if you have good threshold for chilli. It is made out of Sambal Chillies from Malaysia and Sri Lanka that are known for their extreme hotness. This dish is a pure bloodbath. We survived it but I would have appreciated if the server would have informed me when we were ordering... .
Good beer, good service but very stingy with deep fried pickles. I was bit disappointed and made me wonder if waiter lost few on her way from kitchen to our table. For $9 I was expecting wee bit more.
They make you wait a lot but the burgers and the beer worth it.
Love their beers, the food is good without being great. i.e. Pizza could be a bit thinner, fries could be a bit crispier but I'm being picky here. We go all the time we're driving back from Whistler.
Great food and great beer. The variety of food offers something for everyone.
Great selection of small batch beers only found in the bar. Food 3/5, Beer 5/5, Atmospher 3/5
Some great brews on tap to wash down your poutine! Relaxed decor.
Great beer & food. Comfy atmosphere. Would be interesting to stay at the inn. Give the beers a try - they have >15 on tap I would guess. Some pretty unique stuff. Lots of food options as well, along with some Veg options, pizza, etc. Well worth a stop while you're in squamish!
Amazing beers and great live music on the weekends.
Very cool interior in the incomparable beauty of Squamish. Good beer, too.
Squamish Brewery that offers a big variety of award winning beers. It is possible to grab a seat and enjoy them there or grab one from the freezers to go. I recommend to seat and eat since they have really good food with generous portions. Food is a bit pricy, but is the cost to eat in a famous place in Squamish. You can also buy merchandising from the brewery such as glasses, hat, shirts, and more. Interesting fact: there is also an hotel attached to the brewery so you can eat, drink and take a nap all in one place.
The service was rude. The food is bad . Burger meat is dry . Chicken burger is over cooked. Pizza has no cheese.
Don't think will come back again.
Excellent food, environment, service and beer !!!
Now with Vegan menu options!! Awesome place. Love Squamish.
Great beer and great food. Always stop in for a bite on our way to whistler
Came here twice during our stay in Squamish. Server recognized us the 2nd time and gave excellent service on both occasions. Tried the butter chicken and it was pretty good, not overly spiced and naan & rice were well prepared
The beers are great, the venue excellent. But the food seriously lacks. I truly wish it was better as we live in town and would love for this to be a regular spot for us but simply can t settle for the food. the pizza is below average, fried items were overly greasy and most things we ve had there were just poorly executed. And it s all overpriced. Don t get me wrong I don t mind paying for good food but that just isn t. Would love to see you guys step it up!!!
Location is good, on a quiet corner of the street. Parking is easy to find on the street. They don't take reservations. But you can sit in the bar area while waiting. Food is average. Beers are great!
Love this place for the atmosphere. Great beer... Pub food nothing spectacular though and often a long wait...
Loved it here. Great location and awesome food and of course beers.
Wide variety of Beer and standard appetizers. Good pub atmosphere, excellent service!
Great food, live music and a nice atmosphere. The staff was a bit slow but not so much that I would t go back.
Omg the beer pretzels. Enough said only it's not because the pulled pork was amazing too. And the soup....ok you know what just go here it's soooo good.
Superb pizzas and great service. Definitely recommend!
I had previously rated this business differently but after incredible experience I'm happy to say they definitely deserve the 5 stars. I was just here and got the bbq chicken pizza and my partner a hot buffalo chicken sandwich, both were absolutely delicious! I was so pleased with the food and our server Chris made it so much better as well.
Gem of a brewery with friendly staff. Food was good too with sizable portions.
Solid beer. Horribly understaffed and slow service. Food was just so-so
BCs oldest craft brewery, fantastic beer, good food and an awesome view of the Chief while you drink.
Popular spot for a beer and food after a hike/ski. Possibly my favourite micro brewery in BC, love their Rail Ale Nut Brown, but I'm not a huge fan of the brew pub. Crowded, gruff staff, and the food isn't anything special.
The Skyline beer and Pub burger was a beautiful combo. But we sat outside and at about 8pm there were tonnes of mosquitos. We had to leave early.
Great beers on tap. Good views of the area. Food is Greta and service is A1. Definitely recommend checking it out. Wings are deadly. Get you some Appy hour cheap drinks. Enjoyed this place and will be back again. Highly recommended crispy minty deadly. Good winds brother. Mahalo yyaaa mean
Excellent food choices, many different beers ,great service
Great ambience and food was good. Standard pub fare and a wide selection of craft beer
I attended a conference in Squamish and was able to visit Howe Sound Brewing a couple times during my stay.
The first night I was a little late to get food so I just sampled a few of the beers. While some of the styles were not my taste, I mostly enjoyed them all. The service was just okay.
The second night I was attending an event across the hall from the main bar and restaurant. The service for the event was very slow and when I asked if I could get a beer from the bar and take it to the event area I was told no. Ultimate I ended up doing it anyway as I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes to get served.
I never did get to eat here but I did mostly enjoy the beers. They could definitely improve their service.
Loved the room and enjoyed the stay
Price is reasonable
Comfortable place to go and have some beers with your friends. The view has a lot to be desired but the beer menu is quite good
Favourite stopover in the area. I got forgotten for a while on a recent visit; was compensated with a growler when they noticed. Great service.
Really great pub! Very laid back & relaxed vibe, delicious food, great service, great beer, totally reasonably priced. What more can you ask for?
This is as good as it gets for Squamish. Beer is awesome and the food is great for a pub. The service can be patchy, but I've always found them to be friendly. Maybe go elsewhere if you're in a rush!
They stopped serving breakfast permanently and did not have any notice so a waste of time to find that out after parking in sketchy part of town with hungry kids. Hear its good for lunch and dinner but not motivated to find out anymore. Poor marketing for a brewery and hotel...
Nice accommodation. Restaurant was good too. Would recommend to stay there.
Great big family tables and cosy feel. Love the Howe sound craft beer selection too!
Great food. Squamish Montessori school holds their Oktoberfest here every year! Try Devils Elbow IPA
