Their Garibaldi Honey pale ale I tasted reminded me of crappy home brew I had once. There is a reason I only had it once.

Great place to enjoy unique beers and great food. Highly recommend the flat bread pizza over the burger and fries.

Beer is good, menu needs an overhaul. Pizza is particularly bad, but i have heard good things from other people....maybe i just hit them on a few bad nights.

Amazing place, both rooms and restaurant - rooms are comfortable and large, beer and food are great. It's vary busy in the evening (so reservation might be a good idea), but there's almost always a spot at the bar - or you can order it all to your room.

Sitting here on Sunday afternoon with my wife and friend. Got table outside on terrace. Waitress came over to serve us. We asked for simple jug and lets see how the atmosphere would be. Immediately pre-judged by waitress coz only spending money for a jug ? Good product, but if I sit somewhere I like that attention which was a luck to recieve. Totally ignored and pre-judged. Shame on you. Get life and experience the true service beyond the extra mile or just go to work you like and don t waste time on a teterrace .

Popular beers are sold out, and there are many types of seasonal beers that you can enjoy. The atmosphere in the store is very good. There is also a hotel, so you can stay overnight and enjoy Squamish Beer soap and various store goods were sold at the hotel front.

Great beer. Poor experience this time. Food took am hour and none of our 3 meals were up to par. The margarita pizza had no sauce. The poutine was drowning in a particularly cold gravy which was not great even in flavour or consistency and besides had no cheese curds. How does one even screw up gravy? My chili was cold and rather sweet, the cornbread muffin was also missing and it came with no sour cream. You can do better Howe Sound.

The service was good but the two of us weren't impressed by our food. Sandwich special was not special at all.

Love sitting on the patio looking up at the Chief with some fish & chips and a beer or three. Stop here every time.

Great little brew house, it has a decent atmosphere and a great selection of brews. The food is standard pub fare nothing to write home about but not terrible.

Great vibes, large seating area. Live music, and Howe Sound Beer. Food is good, can definitely accommodate lots of people.

Nice place. Open till midnight. Many beers and good local wines, food seems ok, we did not eat much.
Fun atmosphere, family friendly.

Had the blueberry ale and the chicken burger (Buffalo style)

-Bun was thick and more like eating plain bread
-The blue cheese dressing was minimal and tasteless
-All you could taste was the hot sauce
-Table service was lacking
One order came out wrong and we had to send one other order back, and we aren't picky eaters just expect better from a restraunt like this.

Excellent selection of beers, very nice ambience and view, and friendly servers. There's a fireplace and some comfy seating as well. Worth checking out

You can get better food and service ANYWHERE else in squamish. You also can buy their beer anywhere else too. So just do that

Good beers, We had tandoori chicken pizza which was special that day and it tastes so good. Chocolate brownie was good too.

Beers and foods are good and atmosphere is good too.

Popular Restaurant and Beer Bar Good Service in Beer Bar , Have their own Beer manufacturing good service, But have to wait for food in Restaurant Also have Small Hotel about 20 Rooms , size of Room was relatively small, Nice location and place to Visit But found rent on Higher side .

Food is great a simple yet varied menu, beer is a highlight with lots on tap, growler fills and take away cans/bottles. Try the poutine it is yummy, if not go for the burgers.

I admittedly came here on an extremely busy day due to events in the area, so that likely had an impact on the experience. For one, there was a 40 minute wait because the host wrote my name down incorrectly. However, he was nice about it, so I'll give him that.

The beer I had - the garibaldi honey pale ale - was delicious, as was my burger. My girlfriends chicken pizza, however, was brutally dry, so that was a let down. Also, the waitress never asked us how our food was, which I think should be pretty standard. She was inattentive in general, but once again, a busy day, so I kinda get it.

So overall, a mixed experience. I would give it another try, though.

Rail Ale Nut Brown is our go to beer. Love it! And their dirty fries are the perfect food for a hangover or if you're planning to tie one on.

Cozy atmosphere with a half and half pub and restaurant layout. Perfect for grabbing drinks with a friend or getting a nice dinner.

Worst fish and chips I ever had.Even after I got second portion still terrible.Lucky if there was 1-2 oz. of fish encased in raw batter...twice.

Great beer and beautiful venue! A must see if you're into Craft beer and in the Sqaumish area or heading through to Whistler!

We had a very good time here. The waiter was fast and very friendly. The menu looks good even it does not offer a great variety. The beers do! I had a dark stout which tasted great. The food was excellent. The Kung Pao bowl was very tasty and I couldn't eat all - because I also had the fried squid. A bit noisy but, hey, it is a brewery restaurant.

Great beer and food. The open yet cozy atmosphere with a great fireplace and views of local climbing faces were compliments to classic beer and pub fare.

Got sick from the very limited continental breakfast both my husband and I. Also as my husband is former military and active search and rescue member we usually get a deal, not here. No ice machine ,no bathroom fan, paper thin walls .

I am a former employee of Howe Sound and was scrolling through reviews to see how things are going. It appears that the majority of the reviews are very good. What I am most impressed with is the management takes the time to respond to almost all reviews. Very impressed. Keep up the great work Howe Sound.

Food is average for bar. Staff is OK. Don't like their beer makes me bloated and gassy. Nice local place otherwise and can be very busy.

Love the good here and always have to stop by for a bite every time I come through town. Not liking the new policy to charge for every little change though. Want an onion slice on the burger, $1. Want some extra mayo, $1. Not cool.

If you are in Squamish and tired from a great hike. Do pay a visit and try out their meat lovers pizza with some triple ale. I am more of a stout lover so one of my favorites are Pothole Filler. They do have a good collection of strong beers which I really like.

The food was fantastic, we got seated quickly, and there was a variety of tasty drinks. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Food, beer, decor and view are all good, but the higher menu prices and modest portions left me disappointed. The waitress did warn me that my selection was rather small and though I decided to order it anyway, she was right. Also disappointing that the kids menu is 'al a carte' and doesn't include the drink or dessert as most restaurants do. Order it all and a kids meal is ~$16.

Not too busy for a rainy spring Saturday night. Beer is great and well priced with some good food options as well. Our waitress was friendly and always there when we needed her!

We went with a large group service was amazing menu had lots of choices along with lots of beer choices on top of that there was also a specialty menu on the wall that give you access to things that weren't on the menu on top of all that the food was amazing my Major props goes to the kitchen staff someone back there knows how to cook

Ordered waygu sirloin medium rare but after two attempts with almost well done servings I changed to a burger which was ok

Lousy food and even lousier service... they should stick to making mediocre beer...

Server spent more time talking to his buddies than looking after his tables and when the food (finally) did arrive, the vegetables were cold and uncooked,..

Give it a miss and do what any sensible person does: skip Squamish altogether and only stop to fill up the tank with gas on the way to Whistler...

A bit loud, but the service here is amazing! Everyone is super friendly and charming and happy to be there. Not to mention the food is fantastic! 5/5 I'll definitely be back!

Great selection of beer. Great atmosphere as well. I had lunch and it was tasty, hot and on time. Will certainly return.

Beer is good! Food was really salty and the poutine had almost no cheese and bad gravy.

We were not greeted by a server. After 5 or so minutes of seating ourselves at a table still no server so we went up and got our own menus. A few minutes later the server came and we ordered drinks. Those drinks were slower then expected. We ordered from their menu and it all looked very tasty. Once the food arrived we realized we had no cutlery. No server in sight, i went up to the server station on grabbed some cutlery napkin wraps. Long story short, the food was good but above average cost. The service was bad but that could have been related to inexperience( i hope) of the server. We most likely will eat somewhere else next time.

Awesome atmosphere whether it be day or night. Excellent service and quality of food or beverages is divine. Never a long wait for a table. Also excellent if a small group or a big group of people they are always accommodating

The rooms aren't to bigger but it's perfect for relaxing night, good attitude and great attention. I tried gnocchi food and was delicious! I will come back!

I have been here twice and had two different servers. The first server was a bit harsh but brushed it off thinking she was at the end of a long shift. Didn't improve throughout the meal but the food was decent. Came back for my second visit tonight and the server was so down right rude that we cancelled our order and left. I am normally really easy going and this is the first time I have ever walked out of a restaurant but I just refused to be treated like an intruder when I came in as a friendly customer.

We stayed here this past weekend! Our room was excellent and so was the staff! The restaurant was wonderful as well. In my niece's words " That was the best pizza ever"

The atmosphere is beautiful with views of the Chief - but it was crowded and we had to wait over an hour for our meal.

A classic Squamish location, some decent year round brews, but some of their craft brews are a little 'out there' so to speak. Quick enough service for a busy pub. OK pub food, and a nice selection of pizzas.

Horrible service! I went there to join my family of about 20 people with my wife and 4 kids. We were told there was a half an hour wait, after an hour and 40 mins I asked if they had a table and couldn't tell me a time, and they were finished the meal before we could even get in. So much for driving in from out of town to meet the fam. Worst experience in years and when I explained to the hostess, she rolled her eyes. Super rude!
