Used this company for temporary living for four months. They were very great at first. Towards the end, when coming to get our furniture, the movers took something that wasn t there s. I called the company to ask for assistance and they made it seem as though I was confused. Offered no assistance and basically are letting me handle it on my own. Even though they are making thousands of dollars off myself and my family. I will never refer them after feeling so violated.

I work with them regularly and they have always been professional and very thorough.

Sarah Orwinski is difficult and rude person as I read and understand for Housing Headquarters company. As I know HH has great reputation in its field. However keep it the position the top level with such employee might be consequences. Be aware of it.

Our family had a recent house fire and were in need of longer term housing. We have had great help in securing this housing as our facilitator, Victor Orozco, has been excellent. He has been prompt and very communicative during the whole process.

Beware! I was contacted by HH to rent one of my rental properties. I spoke with and emailed Sarah Orwinski of Housing Headquarters to finalize the agreement. In our conversations and by email, Sarah mentioned a cleaning fee they would pay for after renters left ($250) but did not include in in the agreement. I was busy traveling and it was a rushed deal. I did not double check the agreement to see if the cleaning fee was included. After renters left and deal was done, HH would not reimburse me for the cleaning fee. Sneaky. Be careful.

Jessica X is amazing and very professional and ready to help anyway she can...No issues at all, currently in a temporary housing that surpassed all our expectations, thank you soo much for the help...to your boss...I think you deserve a raise :)

I have been in insurance for many years and hands down this is the BEST housing company out there. I am always able to reach someone even on the weekends and late nights. They are fast, fair and friendly. they will go the extra mile for any customer.
