Ally Muscarello and Jennifer Stanton - outstanding workers who really care.

When you want help and need it they arnt the ones to go to. They never get medicines in on time and they change your case manager on you with no warning. They dont care about you like they should for this type of job. Ive seen people told there crazy and being disrespected. Sadly my brother has to get his meds here and its a hassle on us.

Amy with outpatient program is a big LIAR. All that big talk in your face claiming we have a good program. Oh we gonna do this that to help. You don't have to worry about anything. Next day a whole different story. Folks all about making a dollar. Not trying help nobody.

Experience with a Jerry Evans is absolutely repulsing

My caseworker not only keeps standing me up but I've yet to meet him and it's been over 5 months. Making things worse, not better .

The security guard went in to a females room, he was from the VA. Another patient had a panic attack and the staff just sat there.

WAS TOLD TO COME IN FOR HELP THAT DAY IMMEDIATELY. WAS TOLD TO GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. THEN FILLED OUT PAPERWORK AND TOLD I WILL BE PUT ON A WAITING LIST TO GET MEDICATIION FOR MY SEVERE DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, AND PROLONGED GRIEF. THE CATCH WAS THE WAITING LIST TO RECEIVE MEDS FROM WACO TX MHMR WAS 1 YR LONG. I TOLD THE LADY THANKS FOR YOUR HELP, IN 6 MONTHS WHEN I AM NOT HERE WHEN I AM DEAD. NO WONDER WACO TX HAS THE HIGHEST CRIME RATE PER CAPITA IN AMERICA. SUICIDE RATE AND HOMICIDECRIME INDEX

Was told I didn't qualify I have depression anxiety and I may have asbrugers I have been in and out of hospitals because of my depression I tried to over does twice bigot out and was told to go there they can help but they didn't
