They are always 3 days delay in delivery. Other linens are mixing with ours. The person on the phone and Rafiq was very rude, I just want to know updates where the linens are

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE LAUNDRY!!Called them the night before to ask if they can deliver in the morning since I am traveling, they agreed and then never delivered on time. In addition they were more than an hour late to their regular delivery timing!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
