Employees walked past me several times not offering help finnally flagged on down amd she said she was busy she walks by a dew more times as well as co workers neber tells any of them i needed help. So i go stand in line at the register to ask for help. The register lady tries to help at same time ringing me up while 2 employees stood behind her. Finally one of them offers to help. Service sucks!!! Over priced also!!
They hv everything you cant find as a decorator/creator!
Not what it used to be .. went to pick up Christmas lights ... inventory and selection is very minimal... also pricey

This is a candy shop for me. There are so many craft items, and they are inexpensive. Really dangerous place to go!
The store is a nice place to buy craft supplies. Whatever you can create, they may have it depending on the seasons or the events during the year. Products are easy to find and customer service is good. My only disappointment about the store is that they have items and products on the shelving which has a lot of dust. At least keep the products looking fresh. If not, sell them at a huge discount to get rid of things that don't sell for 5 years or more.
I'm not a big crafter but I always find what I need here: paints, beads, floral decorations, party supplies, etc. They really deck it out for Christmas. Used to do more Halloween but an employee told me they weren't going to focus that much on that anymore. Staff is friendly and there's lots of parking.
They had the containers ive been looking for all over the place.
For a craft type of store it was just okay. I feel that Ben Franklin had a bit more stuff and it seemed like it was a bit more organized. Overall though good amount of product.
THE craft headquarters on Oahu. Extremely large inventory and friendly staff. Convenient parking and close to Waikiki
at the check out, they where so helpful to make sure you gave every thing and if on sale to get the best price. very Nice.

Flora Dec is a quirky store on Nimitz hiway. The huge sign is straight out of the 60s.
Inside you will find artsy craft supplies and an amazing assortment of artificial flowers.
Step back in time when entering into a kinder more gentle era , with low prices and fun items that stir the imagination.
Best and most complete selection. Found exactly what needed (and a couple of other things as well) and prices are even better. Should have just gone here from the start instead of driving all over the place the day and night before. Start here first when your in need. You will be glad you did. DEFINITELY A 5 star EXPERIENCE !!!

Went to distress from work and see what Decoratuons were out. Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas all wrapped into one visit! Love this place!
Poorly organized, poorly lit, poor customer service with weirdly draconian return policies posted everywhere (unfriendly much? Yeeshhh). Asked to speak to the manager since I had a question about making a bulk/special order; the clerk went to speak to the manager & I heard voices in an office about 15 feet away. Phantom manager never emerged; clerk said she could not help me and the "office upstairs" needed to make the decision. (Um, *what* "decision"? I had a question...) Craziness...
Even with all the not-great stuff, I would have given this place more than one star except for the astronomically high prices here. I know it's Hawai'i, but expect to pay two to three times the markup here. This is just price gouging. For the money, go to Ben Franklin on-island, or shop online.
Came here because I'd heard such great stories about this place from my aunties, but they probably shopped here in the pre-internet 70s and 80s, when FloraDEC was the only game in town. This is no longer the case. Shop may need a revamp. Because AmazonPrime.
Free parking off Nimitz. A bit difficult to find the parking entrance, though the store signage is easy to notice from the freeway. Wish it were better; love local shops but hard pass on this one for now.

They have a large and well organized warehouse full of things that you never knew that you needed. They also have a super confusing mess of temporary signage all over the store.
Big store, but a lot is old stuff...gave it two opportunities and both times had to go to Amazon for newer product.
Great price on party supplies (plates, forks, napkins). Also bought cellophane bags. Good selection of flowers. Good place to get your party favor and centerpiece supplies. Free parking.

They have a large selection of floral supplies and vases. There workers are nice but alot of times when you really like certain vases. They end up discontinued and you have to try and find new choices. But for the most part it's a great place to get things.

Filled with a lot of your crafting needs. Parking lot is pretty roomy. It could take some time if you go in to browse. There was one mister there, that was particularly helpful and everyone else was ok, too.

This store has a lot to choose from, that is the good part. It can also be very expensive. So if you are not a compulsive type buyer, this store serves well for things you just cant find anywhere else. The staff is friendly and helpful, lots of parking.
If you are trying to find that hard to find decor/craft item but don't want to order it from the internet? Look here. It's going to cost you a pretty penny though.
My wife and I originally came here for knitting supplies. Which is a dismal selection at best. They don't even have yarn, just needles. But I guess that's not the point of this store really. It's mostly decor so for anything else, I'd look elsewhere.
It was great and the workers are very helpful. Really like shopping there and very nice things and a lot a variety.

Absolutely love this craft store ... took my daughter there for the first time she was amazed ... there's a little bit of everything there... Staff was very polite and knowledgeable about tree products they offer store was organized well and had better lighting then other craft stores on Oahu
