Charm of the seventies .... dark, musty and unfriendly, opinionated staff ..... Wi-Fi did not work at all ..... and: If you like despite PLEASE DO NOT HURT sign early in the morning to be woken up by the room service, the middle is in the room, is in good hands .....
Great hotel, great sleep, good bathroom and friendly staff. We slept in the back and had no view but yes, you only sleep there. Because we slept at the back it was nice and quiet :)
friendly courteous staff, friendly bright rooms with enough space, very good breakfast, underground parking only 1.65m 16 / day, because right at the train station rooms a bit noisy
Spacious and clean rooms. Decent selection for breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful. Car park is underground and there is not much room so you need to be careful when parking. There is also an excellent gum.
The hotel is right on the train station, but not loud in it. The staff is friendly, the parking garage suitable only for cars of about 160 cm and people of 175 cm, but the hotel is easily accessible. Price / performance is good.
When I called and asked if there would be free parking nearby, or in the hotel car park, I was referred to a parking garage that costs 9 per day. There is supposedly a cooperation with said parking garage.
Too bad, staff is unfortunately poorly informed, 150 m further there is a parking garage, contipark, 3,50 per day. Even though I am not resident, I have found that out myself quite quickly on the internet, myself.
However, very classy appearing hotel and also nice staff.
As you can see, the snacks were exquisite! And so they have tasted ...;) TASTY!
The Best Western Hotel zur Post was just right for us. It is very cozy, neat and clean. The slightly dimmed light ensures a relaxed and relaxing atmosphere. The watchbar, which adjoins the reception, also has a More
Hotel is clean. Large selection at breakfast. Staff is polite. Depending on the location of the room, it can be noisy with the window open at night. Room rate ok.
A really very clean hotel, great comfort and very nice staff. Many extras in the wellness area. Whether a short stay or a long one, I highly recommend the hotel.
Took 2 rooms to get us to the right room. Employees randomly walking in your room. Not properly informed about breakfast time card said 7-10, actually was 7-9.
No 4 stars value. At most 2 Too small rooms, too much noise, because it was located directly on a fast road. But an absolute "no go" is the breakfast in the hotel. There are about 30 seats around the 200 guests in the morning at nine o'clock have to argue for a place and then comforted to come back later again. This is not possible at all. This review reflects not only my point of view but also that of 6 other guests. This was clearly our last stay in a "Best Western Hotel" and indeed nationwide.
Very friendly and helpful reception, less friendly service at breakfast, room and bathroom very clean. Wellness and fitness area very good Restaurant / breakfast room looks dusty, in need of renovation Breakfast ok Discounted parking spaces nearby, good location at the train station and the city center. Terribly loud traffic in the rooms facing the Breitenweg.
A large hotel directly at the main station in Bremen. I am here on business more often and I always like to book here because of the very central location and good connections to, for example, the DB and local transport. The rooms are neat and tidy, even though you know that this hotel has been standing for a while, the interior is accordingly. The staff is extremely friendly and available at all times. The employees are keen on the best customer satisfaction and (problem) solution of every concern. I would love to come back
A very nice hotel, right by the train station, but we didn't hear any loud noises. Paddy's Pit is right around the corner. A very cool Irish pub. Above that a great bar. Everything is easily accessible on foot from this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The sauna and the fitness room and the pool were very nice. Unfortunately, we had a leaky bathtub. But that didn't hurt the hotel. The staff were all incredibly nice. The underground car park is a little tight but everything is possible :-) Can I definitely recommend.
Very friendly staff, good room and clean. The breakfast was very good and cozy. The train station next to you did not hear. In 10 minutes you are in the Schnoorviertel you should have seen!
Good location for a city break. Old town, train station, various local and the Weser are within walking distance. The hotel offers in the wellness area very much, there is a cafe, a cocktail bar and in the morning a great breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. Room and bathroom are very clean and nicely decorated.
Good hotel, close to the main station, rooms with backward to the courtyard relatively quiet, breakfast was very rich and good, very good, courteous service. Large fitness area, swimming pool and sauna. We recommend!
Friendly staff. Nice spa area. Great breakfast. Wi-Fi in the room was bad. When showering, the bathroom is under water. TV picture bad. Great hotel to explore the city center of Bremen
My favorite hotel in Bremen. Great service, great breakfast and centrally located. Unfortunately sometimes a bit loud by the tram, but from the 4th floor it works.
Very good, clean and conveniently located hotel. The hotel is a bit old, but perfect for such purposes. The SPA area was also visited and convinced us. If we go to Bremen again, we'll go back here.
We spent a long weekend with a medical team at the Best Western Hotel zur Post. The rooms were large and clean, the staff friendly, the breakfast was ideal and left nothing to be desired. The rooms with closed windows, despite the proximity to the train station and the high street quiet, the beds great and the location so central, sa that all attractions were within walking distance. We, 12 doctors felt very well.
Central location, everything within walking distance (Old Town, Schlachte ...). Beds are O.K. and at breakfast there is really nothing to complain about. The staff was really nice. The wellness area is not great now ... All in all for a short stay to be recommended.
The location, nice staff, very large room, great bathroom in which a separate toilet was. Everything was very clean. Hotel garage a bit tight but supervised. Breakfast was great. Central location
The wellness arrangement was a birthday present for my mother. When we wanted to have a leisurely breakfast on Saturday morning, there was no space available with clean dishes. We kindly asked one of the waitresses to do so, and to re-cover the place, whereupon she yelled and insulted us. Not that that was uncomfortable enough, the waitress came back to make us even lower. My mother was so shocked and humiliated that her tears came. Instead of just letting us have our coffee in peace, the waitress started again and again until even someone got up from the next table and said to her that it was enough. When I wanted to complain about the lady at the reception because it made our stay an unpleasant experience, the complaint was noted and the name of the lady was written down.
Simple hotel with clean and surprisingly quiet rooms. Breakfast nothing dolles, but okay. Big plus is the proximity to the train station and the city center.
Very nice 4 star hotel. Spacious rooms, very clean and comfortable. The service was perfect and the breakfast was outstanding. Again and again very much.
I have a pretty divided opinion. We booked the short trip through Spar mit Reisen. When we arrived at the hotel and wanted to check in, we were served quickly. However, when we got to the room we were deeply disappointed that the room was stale and very grubby. (Boogers on the heating, grease on the curtains, completely dusty armchair, etc.) The furniture was completely worn out and it just smelled musty. It was a business class double room, unfortunately there was no sign of it. So we went to the reception and addressed our problems with the room, unfortunately the lady at the reception did not react very professionally and argued in a very condescending and snippy way. She still wanted to see to it that the room problem was cleared up. After strolling through the city for a few hours, we arrived back at the hotel. The lady at the front desk had taken care of the room problem and was actually able to book us another room. We found that very nice. The new room was great, everything was modern and nicely renovated and a really great decor, even with air conditioning. The location of the hotel was great, you were within 10-15 minutes in the old town / market square. The hotel garage was awful. According to the travel offer 16 per night, unfortunately there were more VIP and reserved parking spaces than "normal" the normal parking spaces were very narrow and due to the steep driveway we were only able to park on a VIP parking lot on the first day and lo and behold, for him then you had to pay 20 the night. Totally outrageous in my opinion. 16 a night is a big chunk.
Conclusion, I would not book the hotel again, there are far better ones.
We stayed there for one night due to the Udo Lindenberg concert. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 6th floor and was quiet and clean. The breakfast was very extensive and the staff had everything under control. If we stay in Bremen again, then certainly here! Thank you for a nice stay!
Very nice hotel right at the train station. From there it is not far into the city so very central. We liked it very much in Bremen, do a city tour it is very interesting. There are many bars and nice pubs but unfortunately because of Corona they were very empty and there wasn't much going on. In the evening the cocktail bar in the hotel is also recommended.
