Centrally located, right at the train station. Room and service recommended. Those who are sensitive to noise should avoid the rooms facing the street behind the hotel. There, "AutoPoser" like to execute their supposed "cars" ...

Very nice staff, very central location, good rooms, large breakfast offer!

Everything ok, served its purpose for a business trip. Nothing for a longer stay.

Great hotel with good beds. Hotel is a bit dated in terms of decor and style, but the rooms are great and clean. Wellness and swimming pool also dated but clean. Great breakfast buffet. Staff in the bar could be better.

the parking garage is dead. and the cleaning ladies very annoying. walked into the hotel room 3 times despite the sign not to disturb.
the spa was reasonable. just a pity about the 'scary' men peeking.
anyway. I was under the assumption that this hotel was in the center. I have not seen a center. just a train station opposite.
the restaurant next door does have delicious cuts! only for that would we ever want to come back.

The Hotel will charge you the full amount even if you cancel three months in advance. This is one of the most unfair businesses I have dealt with.

Nice hotel, clean and with parking too! Easy walk to shops and the like and good buffet breakfast (Gluten free bread in packaging available on request)

Very centrally located on the station square. Everything worth seeing can be reached on foot from there. Top price-performance ratio and a breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired.
I asked for a quiet room. Got one with soundproof glazing and air conditioning facing the elevated street. Great, although the air conditioning was relatively loud.
Room with bathroom well and appropriately equipped.
Very clean. There is underground parking for cars (for a fee) and bicycles. Also fitness area that I didn't use.
Staff friendly and tried very hard.

At this particular time it is not advisable to book a room which cannot be canceled at short notice, but we did it and then it happened that I had to wait for a test result. Our friends were so big that our booking could simply be postponed by 1 day, although it is actually not possible with the option to stay 2 nights pay 3.
And that was just the beginning!
A super nice hotel welcomed us with very friendly staff and a delicious breakfast!
When we checked in we felt very comfortable, the room is so comfortable, clean and all our requests were met. We spent 3 beautiful shopping mother daughter days in Bremen, it is highly recommended!

Rooms could use some renovation. Breakfast okay, very nice staff. Big compliments to Hugo's Watchbar, great bartender with great drinks. That was the best thing about this hotel.

They have a contract with a very good fitnessstudio. Pool and jacuzzi included.

Small room, but big bathroom. Cleaning not thoroughly (dirty cups were just left, bedsheets not properly covered) wellnessbreich overcrowded, as well as many hotel guests did not use the area, a little grubby (the saunas) no peace and quiet therefore always loud talk. Breakfast good central connection also good. WLAN with problems.

Good hotel, very friendly front desk, a bit stale room (at least my suite). Unfortunately the towels were changed even though they were hung up. If a sign is already set up for the purpose of environmental protection please keep it on the hotel side.

Anyone who stays there, is aware that the hotel is located on a high street and the courtyard adjacent to a large cinema.
The reception was very polite, competent and patient. All!
The breakfast area lacked nothing. Everything your heart / stomach desires can be enjoyed there.
The bar was spacious and well attended.

We had a very nice and quiet room, the breakfast was good, there are bicycle parking spaces in the underground car park with direct access to the elevator.

Good value for money, very good breakfast buffet, unfortunately continuous mattress in the room, otherwise the room was ok.

On the whole it was a great stay. The bed was a bit soft, but the breakfast made everything wet again. Gladly again.

A huge room with a double bed and an extra couch. Great big bathroom.
The building is a bit old, but the inside is perfect. Directly at the main station with appropriate people.

Good hotel with very friendly and competent staff. Well chosen breakfast among other things with egg, bacon and fruit. For 6 per day you can visit a fitness and wellness area.

Good hotel in a convenient location to Bremen Central Station and the city center. The room and the breakfast left nothing to be desired, the staff was nice and helpful.

It's hard to evaluate. Some things are pretty good : breakfast, location. But clean service has been pretty particular. Two days in a row, that the cleaning lady wanted to clean my room while I was in there. I have to put the please do not disturb sign. I'm on vacation and wanted to stay longer in my bedroom. It is pretty annoying. Some people are really nice but others look annoyed. Not easy to evaluate . I'm staying for a week I will tell you later how it goes.

Great hotel. Small and cozy. At the breakfast you will be served super nice (coffee and dinner ... everything else you get at the buffet) but our waiter was totally in a good mood. Good mood conveyed. It was really fun to explore the city right away

Great wellness area, lovely receptionist, minus one star for a very small room and no restaurant in the hotel. So you have to go out to have dinner.

Very friendly staff there, nice clean rooms, we will be back for sure. The location is super central at the HBH, but you live pleasantly quiet.

Is okay. For example, in the morning a lot of traffic jam at the breakfast buffet due to narrow / confusing corridors.

We stayed for 3 nights in the hotel.
For a 4 star hotel but a bit getting old our room was very spacious and very clean but one of the older of the inventory and unfortunately very noisy ... the shower of the neighboring room was really very loud.
The relaxation in the spa area but has compensated us ...
What has not compensated us however is the theft of the men's handbag in the breakfast room by two men who entered the hotel only for this reason and got over the stairs in the breakfast room ... The men were exactly 1min 56 seconds in the hotel as on the Surveillance video showed us the very friendly colleague in the presence of the police ... unfortunately they had consciously the jackets over their heads. In the breakfast room is not asked for the room number, there is no reception instead of who the hotel or not. Anyone can pretend to be a guest and we find that very questionable and should be changed.
The breakfast staff is very nice and helpful and was just as we were in shock because the dear employee just cleared the dishes where the incident happened. The breakfast is very good and the atmosphere was very nice ... we always got a table and our travel time was not overcrowded. From the hotel we did not get any excuse nothing even though we stayed until Sunday.

The hotel is not recommended for its location directly at the bus station. Very loud!!!!

Rooms are nice but the single bed one was a bit smaller than I hoped. But overall the hotel is in good shape and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

We were as a family in the hotel to post to spend the autumn break in Bremen. It was a very nice, relaxed stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The central location of the hotel meant that our car could stop in the underground car park of the hotel. The rich, varied breakfast buffet made for a good start to the day. The rooms were attractively designed, clean and the beds were comfortable. The spa I have used 3 times and everything was very clean and pleasant. The beach chairs could be a bit higher ... All in all, I highly recommend this hotel. If we come back to Bremen, then we will definitely book again.
