We were thrilled with the service and ambience of the hotel. Again and again.

Great for me. The connected gym is a real studio with an external clientele and offers accordingly also full equipment and extensive training possibilities. The same goes for the spa. Positive also the long opening times of both until 23 o'clock during the week. I am also very satisfied with the breakfast, I particularly like the selection of fish that is not taken for granted elsewhere.

Very good clean room with good beds. Due to the air conditioning we could sleep well with the windows closed and pleasant temperature. Good central location right at the main station. Friendly service, good and rich breakfast buffet ...

Completely run-down, rude staff, absolutely no star house!

We have been regulars in this hotel for several years. Desires are read from the eyes here. A very friendly helpful staff makes the stay pleasant. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. We will be back

Spent a relaxing weekend in the hotel. We had a clean, large room on the 6th floor, which was a bit noisy with the windows open, was clear, but not a problem for us. The service had a lot to do at breakfast, but everything was well under control. Especially in these difficult times, everyone was highly motivated and super friendly and offered alternatives with a call service or use of the upper rooms when there was a lot of traffic. Gaps in the buffet were quickly closed and everything was presented in a tasty way. We can only recommend the Hotstone Massage at Kaya Cosmetics.

Great hotel. Staff very nice. Room was clean and attractively furnished. New bathroom. Very nice. Breakfast buffet had everything you could wish for. Would come back.

Great hotel. I can only recommend it. We were welcomed very friendly. We were given very good advice because we had many questions. Very clean, well-kept and well-equipped rooms. The spa area is great to switch off and very clean. The staff is more than friendly and competent in all areas of the hotel.
We will always come back because we and our daughter felt more than comfortable

I stayed at the Best Western Bremen several times in 2018 and 2019. I booked this through my employer's travel portal - the magenta T.

The service was outstanding every time. I have been to many hotels, both professionally and privately, but the service at BW is still remembered.

During one visit I got a somewhat "unfortunate" single room. To get a slightly larger single room upon request, I received an excellent upgrade without comment, which was certainly not a matter of course.

Breakfast is also of good quality and the selection is more than sufficient.

If the opportunity arises, I will check into this hotel again.

If you book a hotel with wellness. The price is high enough. You shouldn't have to pay the wellness separately per x. The wellness was certainly nice but nothing special. Simple

Although the corridors are sometimes quite narrow, the hotel is quite passable. The rooms are good and functional. The free Wi-Fi is sufficiently performant to support YouTube etc. There are deductions for the bad TV reception, which breaks down completely every few minutes, depending on the station. In addition, the rooms on the first floor should be renovated.

I booked via the hotline by phone. A business room for one night.
On the phone, the employee said that hotel guests can use it free of charge until the end of the year. I could also get a bathrobe and slippers free of charge.
Unfortunately this was not the case.
The staff at the reception was visibly surprised when asked about the use of the wellness area.
I can book it for a fee.
It's a shame that one of them doesn't know what the other is saying.

It was very noisy in the room, in spite of the closed windows - the reason for this was the main station only a few meters away.

The room itself was very small. The bathroom was ok.
It was annoying that the toilet paper holder is mounted so close to the toilet that you couldn't sit without bumping into the holder.
The bed, a single bed, was 90 cm wide and 2.00 m long. Too small for me personally - but it was enough for one night.
However, the pillow was very "stiff" and uncomfortable.
Breakfast was ok. The rolls were actually very tasty.
Unfortunately there was a smell of cold cigarette smoke in the breakfast room. That stopped the appetite a bit. The employees in the breakfast service are probably "morning grouch" - for example, they didn't say hello.
The underground car park, which is estimated at 16 euros per night, is unreasonable. Max height 1.65m. And otherwise very, very tight. With a Toyota Avensis station wagon, you have to make a lot of trains to get in and out of parking spaces.

Hotel ok as always, but the environment ..... train station across the street, many bums, scroungers, drug addicts all around ..... Hotel can not help it, but not so great

had ordered and paid for 2 double rooms for April, unfortunately Corona intervened and we were not allowed to travel to Bremen.
Since we have already paid everything and unfortunately had no other period available, we asked for a refund of the money.
We got our money back and would like to thank you for the service and the nice communication.
Maybe it will work out again to visit your hotel
