Only the reception has worked upon.

Seen big rats in corridors. No basic toiletries in bath.

Poor room ambience.
It is just a 2 star hotel.

You will get good fandb service here
And the rooms are pretty good

Good location in centrum of Kathmandu, Hot Water, tea on the room, breakfast included, change money on receotion

I went for shaadi
In Underground it was being held it was ok ok.

Worst. Specially security and room facilities. Don't go there if you love yourself.

I stayed in this hotel Nov 15-18 2018, accommodation not bad, wash needs renovation. Unfortunately reception Desk took rent payments twice making false claim. They coordinated trip for sight seeing and mountain flight- I paid those price in cash to their office Assistant. Their administration requires improvement

The hotel was very nice. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms could have been better and need repairs in them. The food and environment was good.

This is centrally located hotel in Thamel which is very convenient for traveler choice and frandly price I recommend it.

Nice infrastructure with neat and tidy enviournment inside. Enough parking space for many vehicle at once. Generally Indian customers are easily finding here. Single bed charge around Nrs 2500 for doubble bed costs around Nrs 3500. for further details you may quiry to hotel staffs. Advance booking is also available.

we, a group of friends including couples stayed there in November 2010. Rooms were not very good but i think those were ok by the city's standards. We were surprised to see that the power sockets which were working in the night did not have power in the morning, then learnt that it was hotel's energy saving policy. Staff was good. Breakfast was relatively good. bathrooms were bit smelly.

Not at all good service at hotel,Rooms are not up to the mark and at bathroom waterlogging problem,I gave 1st star for location and 2nd star for food.

Nice hotel. Very good food. WiFi is not in every room. I had a problem with mine so I ask the staff to change the room - there was no problem. Unfortunatelly it took a while because one of the man at the reception desk was pretending not to see me. Then, by accinent, I run into a very nice lady that takes care of the wellbeing of quests and she solved my problem in no time. I don't know what why the mas treated me as if I didn't existed but it was really rude of him. He stood next to me and did nothing after I told him my problem.

The hotels location is convenient for taxis and also right in the middle of Thamel. The lobby and restaurant area are lovely and the room was very comfortable. The shower and the heating control in the room was a nice I went in Feb when it was decent cold at night, so I really enjoyed turning the heating up. The bed was also comfortable and staff friendly and helpful

There is no wifi at any of our 10 rooms. From room I'm getting wifi range of other hotel except the vaishali one. All of us compliant but no results. We need to go to lobby to use wifi. There is not even a tissue box at room. Ild fashion hotel. Location is only good. Food is worst. No taste at all.

I am travel enthusiast from Delhi and I had recently planned a solo trip to Nepal. I had booked my accommodation at Hotel Vaishali, which is located in the thamel area of Kathmandu. My stay at this property was excellent. This property offers various facilities which includes a fully equipped bar and a swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and updated with all modern day amenities. I found the staff to be exceptionally hospitable and had arranged for my entire travel throughout Nepal. Plus the location is excellent with the best bars and cafes located at a half minute distance from the hotel. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel for family and travellers alike.

Overpriced, no amenities (not even a toothbrush), the cheapest of Nepali TV channels (like why even have the TV?) and a bathroom dated with raggedy towels alongside a shampoo dispenser from the wall as if you just went to the gym. If you think of the Pitbull lyrics to Hotel Room Service this place wouldn t even qualify as the motel in the songs hook We at the hotel, motel, Holiday Inn . But if you have your love next to you then that s all you need and this place will do.

Used to be one of the good star hotels in K-Town! With bad management, the hotel is losing its value.
Yesterday, one of my friends got himself locked within lift couple of times!

Very good rooms it was well cleaned we took the suite and it was ideal, the staff was very polite and was always happy to help, the buffet breakfast was good, i tried eggs to order and they were made perfectly, the hotel is centrally located in thamel so shopping there was fan as everything was at a walking distance.

Good Lively place to be. Not much variety in buffet. Same menu repeat day after day.

Totally run-down, was certainly good in 1996, since no repairs or maintenance works, mattresses worse than in a youth hostel, deafening at the window inside, showering is the complete bathroom under water, food not tolerated

A 4-star hotel located in Thamel area of Kathmandu and is 15 mins away from Tribhuvan International Airport. It is one of the grandeur collosal hotel in Kathmandu. A welcome drink was giver before check-in. The lobby and reception desk is a bit spacious. There is a bar and above it is a portrait of the former Nepalese royal family. The rooms are small having basic amenities live TV, bathroom, double bed etc. The corridor is narrow. It has an outdoor pool, spa, conference room, travel desk, a dining area, an elevator, free WiFi etc. It also has a small fountain and a small parking space. The hotel service was good. Many local as well as foreign tourists stay at this hotel. Overall, had a pleasant and a relaxed stay at this hotel.
