Good value for money, but to be a 4 star disappoin...

Good value for money, but to be a 4 star disappointed me.
Small room, lack of bidet (in Spain as in France it is not used much) and a mop for the toilet, sufficient cleaning; quite complete international breakfast.
Not too far from the center (10 min walk).
