Friendly and professional service. Good service on the beach and in the pools.
For those who want peace, the island's beach is about 20 km long. So just walk a little to be alone between the sea and the coconut grove.
The facilities, although old, are very well preserved.
Meals and snacks have a good variety.
The gym is well equipped for a hotel.

Great structure, good service. They should pay more attention to maintenance details. You're getting old.

Our experience was incredible! We had a small setback during our stay and the staff was impeccable, super welcoming and we were treated extremely well. We had all the affection, attention and support from nutritionist Andreia, from manager Marcio, from everyone without exception. We participated in an activity and were presented with an incredible massage at the SPA. Spacious, very clean accommodation and we realize that all rooms have a beautiful view. We also noticed that the hotel follows all the rules for the covid, all the employees are very well oriented and attentive to this issue. Good and abundant food, drink for all tastes. Many activities mainly for children, I was impressed with the schedule. Getting around the complex is by means of trains that arrive very quickly in the rooms, you don't have to wait. The place is truly a paradise and we can't wait to go back.
