If you are in for a family or group trip, here is the place to come. If you're looking for a more romantic experience, I think you should consider somewhere else. I came with my wife, son, my brother and his family and we loved it. Our kids are very excited here and they are between 6 and 9 years old. All inclusive food and beverages (including excellent brands of beer and Liquors, real Coca-Cola served by the can), the employees are very, very friendly. Your kids will love the recreational staff, they will be taken care of all day with a lot of activities. For adults we have, nautical activities (charged separately), bow and arch, there is a golf course (although since I don't play I'm clueless if it's good or not) and lot of more stuff to do. The pool is excellent and enormous with lots of bars around it. The hotel isn't new, but the maintenance is good, the rooms are very clean and the architecture is very nice. I definitely recommend and despite very little flaws, it definitely deserves a 5 star rating here.

Hotel good, however the room has to improve a lot to be a 5 star. There is also a lack of children's information, the good thing is to get off the chartered flight at their airport and to check out inside the hotel.

It was the first time I stayed at a resort, as it is not my style of travel, but as I went to a Convention that was here, I had the pleasure of enjoying 5 days at the hotel.

The structure is fantastic, everything is well maintained, impeccable. It is not luxury, it has a more "beachy" look, but it is very comfortable. I loved the area of the bungalows that is where I stayed, with its paths, lake, hammocks. Delicious!

The arrival of the ferry is very cool! The place is too beautiful!

I stayed in a bungalow with a double bed. The room is large and complete. I thought there are missing outlets. The bed is good and has plenty of pillows. The blanket is awful, this needs to be replaced urgently. The bathroom is large, the shower has a lot of pressure and the amenities are of good quality. The internet works well throughout the resort, I had no problems with that.

The convention center is really cool. It has a great bathroom and living room structure and the safe breaks were excellent.

The pool area is a delight and the pool itself is very pleasant. I did not find it small as other guests commented in their reviews. I like it!

The meals were of good quality and with a lot of variety. The meat is bad. I had already read that this is in fact really bad, very harsh. Also, coming to Bahia and eating meat doesn't happen, right! Better stay in the fish! And everyone who served was delicious.

The breakfast is super complete! Really delicious! There are special breads that you can even cut your slices and put in the toaster, you can order eggs, omelets and tapioca made to order, lots of fruits, cereals, cold cuts etc. Very complete and tasty.

The tennis and football courts are great and in perfect condition. I did archery and also rode a quad bike (paid separately) to see the delta. It was the best investment and I highly recommend it !!! The ride there is incredible!

I left lastly what I considered the great highlight of the hotel: THE SERVICE. What a helpful staff! Very well trained and extremely friendly. Congratulations! You guys made all the difference!

The apartments are great. The service is really good. The food is plentiful, varied, but average. Few alcoholic options, a weak wine and a red. The structure is great, it has everything.
The children's space is sooo far from the Hotel, where everything is! If it is rainy season, the sea is brown and rough. There is no children's pool, nor heated, so it chipped.
The soundtrack "loud and clear" is the worst I have ever heard, vice will not want your child to hear. On the lawn near the beach you can find a boa constrictor, as was my case. I almost had a heart attack. It seems to be normal, but it doesn't attack, so ... rest assured!
Almost all drinks accompany straws, I was impressed .. the lights of the entire Resort come up at 4pm!
The birds give a show all day, the pools and coconut trees too.
Hope this helps.
