An incredible place! An experience I will never forget. The Hotel has an international level structure, the staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms super organized and clean. A beautiful Resort.

I visited the resort on reopening during the pandemic. The property is beautiful, with many leisure areas. The all inclusive system provided meals and drinks of great quality and flavor!
The hospitality of the staff is incredible. All employees treat you very well and make you feel at home, especially the restaurant, bar and recreation staff. As for the hygiene and safety protocols, I felt super safe and comfortable, as all employees are wearing masks and face shield all the time. The meal menus were made available in digital version via Whatsapp. The countertops with drinks, desserts and snacks are protected by an acrylic panel and the food is placed on the plate by the employee himself at his workstation.
Due to the pandemic, the sauna, some casino games (except blackjack) are suspended. However, the gym, spa and swimming pools are functioning normally.
During dinner and throughout the night, there is live music with voice and guitar.

A suggestion: For pandemic season or low season with rainy days, look for more indoor leisure activities, as it rains, there is not much to do. The pool could also have a heated part for use at night or in periods with mild weather.

I will return in another opportunity to enjoy all the services.

Although I went to work, I stayed at the resort for 5 days and enjoyed only one day ... but it was worth it.

Note:

The pool bar closes at 6pm after that they turn off the lights, but you can enjoy it anyway ... Just order extra drinks if you want to drink something ...

The room has a smell of mold ... I advise you to leave the windows open until you are in the room.

The breakfast is always well accompanied, because there are many birds that come to have coffee with you

The hotel, facilities and services, is good. The problem is to be very isolated, needing to cross by ferry to get to any trade, especially pharmacy.
