The infrastructure is colossal, the place is clean and receives constant maintenance. The staff are friendly and strive to resolve promptly and promptly what is required of them.

However, my experience at the resort could be a little better. I know that failures happen regardless of the quality of the hotel, but when I arrived, right away I had to request installation of the network (yes, there was no hook attached for the installation of the network) and I also had to wait for maintenance on the air conditioning and that it didn't work, or that is, the accommodation was not carefully inspected before my wife and I were received.

On the same day we ordered a meal that took almost 3 hours to deliver. A courtesy at the spa was promptly offered to my wife as an apology.

Well, the accommodations are rustic, so far ok (I'm in a luxury double bungalow), but they could still offer a little more refinement. The lack of power points next to the bed is not a problem, but it bothers.

The restaurant's capacity during peak lunch hours does not meet demand.

In the pools, the simplicity of the plastic loungers and chairs contrasts with the grandeur of the hotel.

The gym is really bad, even for the hotel gym. Perhaps an agreement with some large chain could transform the item into an additional attraction.

Leisure options are many, some are paid and some are not. Freeing up the free use of bicycles around the island might encourage guests to discover all the attractions, not just the main ones. It could be an alternative to relieve the scheduling of other activities (queue of 4 days to schedule the rental of quads or buggies).

As for the attendance of employees, it is sensational. They all go out of their way to meet guests' needs with a smile on their face.

Undoubtedly, the hotel, which has existed since 1989, has the potential to be the best resort in South America, but it will demand much more attention and commitment from those who are in charge of the development so that guests have not only a good stay, but an experience incredible.

I am still staying and would revisit the resort in the future. Even with all the considerations, I recommend it.

Excellent. Beautiful place, cozy and with a nice play area. New convention center is top. The old one needs urgent reforms on the carpet and the partitions. Large rooms and well cleaned. Wonderful landscape. Food note 10, highlight for the pudding.

The rooms are small and have strong smell of the older wooden furniture, the evening attractions are little diversified. But other than that, everything perfect, everything very beautiful, clean, the staff helpful. A paradise resort !!!
