I wanted a mid-sized local accountancy firm to manage my tax affairs, and was referred to Accru by a good friend. I have never regretted it. I sought a firm where I could have the personal attention of a senior member who would grasp and understand my affairs. This was successful, and is one of the many benefits I have gained from using their services. Later, because of mergers I found my superannuation affairs being handled by one of the big firms. I did not want to be a name on a list of clients, looked after by a succession of staff, so I changed to Accru for my Superannuation affairs also. Susie Pei has been my lending manager for more than 3 years. She has helped me with not only the initial mortgage applications for two of my investment properties but has also continued to look for the best interest rates for me since through refinance opportunities.

I don't have the best attention to detail when it comes to finance, so I wanted to make sure I had a lending manager who could explain things to me in the simplest easy-to-understand terms, but at the same time has the attention to detail that I lacked and always informs me of the conditions and the catches.
