At this time of the year (October) I have enjoyed an excellent value for money. Spacious room; perfectly clean; Large TV screen with a multitude of channels. Cafeteria with stunning views. Public parking right in front of the door. Near the center, etc. In short, this first visit to this hotel has been a pleasant surprise.

Big, modern hotel situated right next to yacht club. Nice view of the sea at tge lobby & breakfast room. Get to select your pillow menu too. Has a great location being close to Plaza Espana, 2 mins to La Ramblas & shopping / dinning streets.

Nice hotel room with beautiful sea view design very nice nice breakfast in a lounge overlooking the sea. 2 steps from the Casino or the entrance is free if you have a room at the hotel and very close to center with shops and tours

The best thing about the hotel is the proximity to...

The best thing about the hotel is the proximity to the beach. Even from the rooms you can hear the waves and just a walk out of the hotel puts you at the beach. As expected, the beach is quite busy.
There is also a nice pier next to the hotel - see picture.
In terms of food, the breakfast had a nice variety and you're able to fill up prior to starting your day. The dinner was less interesting - same menu, and not up to my expectations in a 4 star hotel.
The suite was nice, really geared towards a family giving you 2 different rooms. Another nice touch is a children play area that you can leave your kids for a bit.

Breakfast was a little disappointing for a 4* hotel. More hot choices could have been available eg scrambled eggs omelettes better sausages. And definitely not chips which were not kept under a hot plate!!
Staff in breakfast room were ok seemed a bit stressed at times. And tables were left uncleaned. We had our breakfast and half an hour later some tables were still not cleared up
Had a restaurant didn't eat there.
Staff in reception where very courteous and helpful.

Impressive, great location on the seafront almost on the water, attention from all the wonderful staff, exquisite restoration, extreme cleanliness. A pleasure. We will return whenever there is occasion.

Unbeatable location, very friendly staff and rich and rich breakfast buffet. Upon arrival, since they had filled the hotel, we were accommodated in a superior suite at no expense and with sea views. A luxury that I plan to repeat.

The hotel was set in a brilliant location, right next to the sea and overlooking the marina. The service was good. I didn't eat at the hotel but overall we had a wonderful time. They accommodated my children and the facilities are family friendly. The hotel is in walking distance of a stunning promenade with great food, and the marina hosts authentic Spanish cuisine. I enjoyed every minute of my stay in Alicante. Thank you to all the staff for the looking after us!

I would have liked to say that I love the hotel and the experience, but I have never had the money to be able to stay in it . However, I really like the part of the landscape and that wonderful area of Alicante that I am part of, and that I adore. It seems of great quality as a hotel, the location is certainly unbeatable.

I went there with my partner for one night. The room was more expensive than we usually spend but we received the quality that accompanies it. The room was large, clean, terasa with a view over the bay of Alicante, the super large and comfortable bed, large TV. The bathroom is the same, a large and clean rain shower. The price included access to the Spa, although it was nothing special. A shallow indoor pool with children playing, a jacuzzi, a different temperature bath with je te and showers. We paid the extra for two relaxing massages (10% discount with the hotel reservation) and we liked it a lot (Lidia took care of us, she does her job very well). The breakfast was normal, nothing bad but neither exceptional. The parking was 20 a day, located right next to the hotel. The staff is very kind and professional. If we can afford it we will surely repeat!

Very nice hotel in the center of Alicante. From one side there is an open sea and the city beach, on the other side is yacht port with many restaurants and pubs.
Very good location. Access to the city car park, beach, activities in the town. Restaurant with huge window and wonderful view. Good food and drinks. Nice service.
Rooms are very comfortable and big with AC.

Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are very nice, small balcony but room to sit and enjoy the sun. Breakfast was excellent. Pool is a little small as is sunbathing area. Location is good short walk to bars and restaurants at marina or in the old town. Also short walk to lovely beach

Definitely a hotel that I will return to. The treatment of the staff was excellent. We had a mishap and after a few minutes it was solved. The only bad thing is the theme of parking that the hotel is worth should be cheaper

We booked a room with a Marina view, and the experience has been horrible due to the noise outside from the nightlife in the port. Even with the terrace door closed they could be heard until practically dawn.
The TV volume is restricted and it was impossible to hear anything with the outside noise.
The views of the marina were as expected. Very good mattress
Breakfast restaurant has spectacular views.
Very attentive staff always, with a smile and saying hello, both in reception, as in restaurant, maintenance and room service. A 10 for the hotel team.
Public parking under the building, but important, they close from midnight to seven in the morning, without the possibility of access if you are late and therefore impossible to leave the car, even if you are a hotel guest, and you have even booked and paid for your entire stay, which is not cheap since for a full day they are 19.95 with a discount applied. The spaces are very narrow and also every time you enter and leave the parking lot you have to go to the cashier to change the ticket and it depends on where you have found to park it can be a big nuisance since it was always very full.
In short, I do not recommend a room with a marine view due to the noise from the outside and a lot of patience with parking if you travel by car.

Spectacular everything, from the room, very clean, to the reception staff for sure we will return.
Open the window and hear the sea we have loved it, it is worth the room with sea view I recommend it.

Good hotel, well located on the beach line. Depending on the room, you will have views of the sea and practically above the water. The sound of the sea relaxes when you take a nap to rest in the middle of the afternoon. It has a sauna and spa and massage service. The spa is fine and presumably very crowded in high season. Provide hat and towel or bathrobe (to choose). It is required that you bring your own sandals and swimsuit. The rooms, spacious, with a large TV, coffee maker and other services and supplies that may be needed.

Disgraceful! Hotel with false photos: their marine course is a pond with very dirty ducks, the restaurant bad, with a bad smell, the staff unattractive ridiculous parking and paid! How to dare to pretend to speak of standing, it is to flee !! we did not even finish our stay on the spot ....

These are just my quick notes from checkout today. I'm living locally and just ponied up for a nice room to escape the heat. The first day was wonderful. The day of checkout, a very different experience.



Ordered food by phone. Once again was asked several times about ordering meat and drinks even though I kept affirming my order.

2 minutes later was called and asked what I wanted for breakfast. I repeatedly told him I had already ordered, he started taking my order over and also again asking about drinks and meat. This cycle of conversation went on four times and I asked for someone in English...he kept saying ok and what would I like to order and repeating a new order back to me.

I hung up the phone......tried calling back a few times and he answered each time. I called the front desk and after several busy attempts, got through and spoke with a female....as I was just starting to explain, a forceful knock on the door. I begged her to not hang up, went to the door and a guy asking me what I wanted to order. I frustratingly told him I had a previous order in Spanish and closed the door. Back on the phone, the female promised to go to the cafeteria and make sure I didn't get a double order.

Minutes later, the food arrived and literally everything but a bowl of soup was wrong. I had ordered a whole tortilla...this was just about a half, which by the way was about twice as large as the pincho version I received last night but she called it the pincho version. There was a sparking water and an orange juice I did not order. Two orders of bread I did not order.

I kept the soup and gave her the tray of the rest and asked once again for what I ordered originally.15 minutes later it came but not as described per menu with no sausage and no tomatoes.

About 1230 or 1245 a housekeeper comes into my room after I had established that I was utilizing the 2pm checkout with the front desk.

This is a 4 star hotel?

The experience speaking with the manager to correct the situation was also a struggle. A good 40 minutes later after refusing just the 20 euros I paid for an extra couple hours in the room, and after he left and then called the restaurant manager a couple times this 4 star hotel manager finally relented and credited my account the day's room service as well. I figured that manager experience would have been much smoother and not make me look like I'm making the whole thing up. The training needed for the restaurant staff is clear. It was a 2 star day at the alleged 4 star hotel.
