Everything very clean. Spacious rooms. Customer service has been excellent.

I have been staying with my partner for a week and the truth is that everything is perfect. Attention in reception, in the restaurant, in the cafeteria, in the relaxing service. Everything is great. The super comfortable bed. The cleaning great. The perfect air conditioning. Very well located, three minutes from the beach. The maintenance service also perfect. In short a jewel of hotel and especially the employees of honor registration. Totally recommended. When I pass through Alicante, I will definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel is ideally located for the beach and town. Rooms are a good size but views from "harbour rooms" are poor. And from these rooms you cannot use the pool. You have to pay 20 euros. Which is poor for a 4 star hotel . The smell of sewers in the room was not pleasant. Breakfast is excellent at 12 euros. Lovely fresh fruit. Bar view is great. I feel the pool issue and smell make it a 3 star for me not 4. Love the pillow menu

Amazing hotel, great bed, delicious breakfast and friendly staff at the pool.

Only sad thing, that we had to wait for our luggage that was in a seperate room, to be passed by 2 people of the staff feeling to important to help us, directing us to the receptionist who had a line of 10 people.
It would ve taken 5 seconds to help us..

Other than that, great hotel!

Great hotel. We have the premium sea view room (217), and the view is definitely premium! The room has a nice balcony and a nice bathroom with both shower and bathtub. It's good size room and has a king size bed. The room is well equipped and gets serviced every day.
It's of season now and no queue anywhere. Great staff! Good breakfast( the orange juice is the best ever!) the view is also perfect.
The only (very minor) downside I can think of is that some of the area is a bit dated, not the room, but halls and entrance.
The hydro therapy circuit is ok, but not "top of the line", but it was included so we used it a couple of times. Tried the massage and it was also quite good.
Would definitely recommend the hotel!

Disappointing hotel !!!! We arrived in the afternoon and we noticed the cold room, after trying to put a little hot air and not get it we called the reception, and we were told that this option was canceled, there was only air conditioning and if we were cold we were offered a blanket.
That does not seem like a solution for a 4-star hotel.

Balconies are a little small for a suite. Room very equipped.

Beautiful, clean hotel in great location, just 20 minutes 3.85 from Alicante airport. Marina and beach either side (beach side gets sun from morning). Great choices at breakfast.

Wedding anniversary weekend, spectacular room, excellent service, quality and price. All the team that makes up the hotel a 10 from the cleaning lady, the girl who replaced the minibar, the girls at the reception, Patrick the night receptionist, the boy who changed our pillow at Patrick's suggestion, the Spa girls and massage girls. Felix and Cristina we recommend this hotel with rooms overlooking the sea. Formidable for a surprise night for your wife or for your man.

Nice big room with high quality. A error with the booking gave us a bigger room the second day with a bottle of cava complimentary. The gym exists of one machine in the pool area - could easily be improved. The pool area is kinda small, especially when children is playing around. Nice breakfast. Very friendly staff.

You pay for the location because the facilities are well left to be desired for a hotel of this category, more typical of a three star hotel. The breakfast of the best of the hotel, it is worth dine a little the night before to go hungry to try the buffet. Better rooms with views of the beach than the harbor promenade

Good hotel hitting the beach and the center of ALICANTE, the best and complete breakfast for all tastes, capsule coffee and natural orange juice, restaurant we have not tried because in October they do not have it open and they send you to one that is very Close but we did not go.
The Spa if you do not enter the hotel price is not worth paying for a spa q is a little sleeve by shoulder without maintenance, apart from the hotel I could access any of the street and see each box in the locker room and spa It's a shame I think there are people who are going to get rid of the scab of the month otherwise very attentive staff, the most expensive bar.

This is a very nice hotel, located in a unique place, a few meters from the center of Alicante, the beach, the yacht club, and if you ask for a room with a view of the sea, you will enjoy a panorama like the one in the photo, changing to throughout the day
The beds are very comfortable, the rooms design and functional, the bathroom is very spacious, with two sinks and a rain shower. Only a little more light is missing in the bathroom mirror.
The ventilation of the room did not work very well but in return you can sleep with the sound of the waves of the Mediterranean. Charming.
The gym and spa complex is quite good. Above all, I liked the Turkish bath and the sauna, which is not very busy, at 8 o'clock in the afternoon. (They open from 8pm to 9pm).
The buffet breakfast is very complete, with a large number of different products: pastries, sausages, cheeses, grilled vegetables, scrambled eggs, juices and fruit. To highlight the Nespresso coffee and the dining room visits to the sea.

The parking lot is directly below the hotel, and you can get off directly to the parking lot by the hotel elevator. It doesn't seem to be owned by the hotel, but guests get a 10% discount, which is as high as 19.95 francs a day!
I paid 79.80 euros for 4 nights at the parking lot window.

Breakfast starts at 7:30 and you can drink freshly squeezed orange juice.
Meals are average.
I was planning to check out before 7 o'clock on the last day, so when I told that at check-in, he said that breakfast would be prepared for me to take to the airport.

Please be aware that there is only an in door pool for the hotel part and you have to wear a hat to go in it. There is a outside pool but you can only use it if you are staying in the suites. You really don't want a indoor pool when it's 30degrees outside! There is is no access to the bar area if you are sun bathing just outside the indoor pool, you have to walk outside through the reception to get a drink from the the bar. The indoor pool and outside area are tired and in need of a refurb.

Great location, great room. Make sure to ask for a big balcony otherwise very boring balconies. Nice staf. Good breakfast but hot foods a bit to 'cold'. Pool area needs urgent care! Very boring and run down.

This has to be one of the nicest hotels in Alicante.
The view when you get to the top of the escalator is breath taking.
We spent many a happy hour drinking fizz and watching the world go by.

Ideal for a relaxing break 5 minutes from the City of Alicante.

The Spa is a bit looser compared to other places with the same characteristics. They also allow children to enter and that changes the environment. The breakfast in front of the sea is highly recommended for the views, the variety and the quality. Good situation, good service and the rooms are very correct and with exceptional views. The gym quite complete. The beach, the promenade and the new Casino to nothing. The Volvo Ocean Race Museum is also next to the center and three minutes away. More than recommended.

I was alone for a while in the afternoon but it seems very good hotel for couples, it has very good views

In the hall spectacular views, to work, or simply enjoy the views. Good food in the cafeteria, and breakfast a lot of variety, even for celiacs. They serve Nespresso coffee.

The cleaning is not very careful. The deal is normal. Parking is very expensive 20 euros per day. But it is very well located and the views are magnificent.

Had a beautiful suite feet in the water. Service and cleanliness at the top. 2 Tv. 2 bathrooms.
