The rooms are very good and the breakfast is completisimo

The hotel is great! Super comfortable, super clean, great attention ... everything you can say is good.
It has a privileged location with the beach 3 minutes away, the main promenade of Alicante opposite, the party area equal and you can get to know the center of Alicante by taking a walk.
The spa is tiny but well kept with a super nice and helpful staff!
I did not know Alicante and thanks to all this, I loved it! I leave photo of the views from the room.

This is the best hotel for us in Alicante so far. Expensive, but well designed, beautiful, modern with great breakfast and dinner in separate nice restaurant. You cannot just walk in and pay, as you need to pay for dinner in advance during booking. We loved this hotel, which is much better than Mellia hotel beside. Strongly recommend! 5 stars!

Fabulous. We were treated as kings and queens. Amazing view, great friendly staff, lovely restaurant and food. And of course the rooms were clean and modern with amazing views from almost every area of the Mediterranean sea. Will definitely recommend and come back. Thank you for a lovely fiftieth birthday.

Very nice hotel. Everything was clean, the breakfast was wel taken care off. Just don't order room service en don't come here if you really need a gym.

Very nice place, good location. Spacious room. The pool is not very big, nice but needs to be refreshed as well as the adjacent baths. One more person for the chek-out would be appreciable.

Rather high-end hotel well located on the marina close to the historic center of Alicante. Breakfast by the sea. Spa nearby for relaxing or therapeutic massages. Bars and animations nearby. Affordable prices in low season unlike the high season during which I favor more intimate places ....

The location of the hotel is perfect, facing the harbor and facing the sea, with spectacular views. We had a Premium room with a view of the sea, although the balcony was very small. The breakfast very good and the service too. The bad thing is that we checked in an hour later (at 17 in the afternoon), since the room was not clean. Otherwise everything very clean and in perfect condition.

The rooms is very clean and tidy, the breakfast buffet is very good also, I would prefer to have more vegetarian options but I could manage

The facility wasn't as nice as it used to be. The shower was broken and the guy had to come clean it and fix the noZZLE.

A nice hotel with great location. However, refurbishment is highly required to all rooms. The resort is advertised with swimming pool included. When arrived, we were told we need to pay 20 euros per person per day to use the spa facilities. We tried it once and the whole place looked like it hasn't been refurbished since the 80's.

We love spending a few days staying at this hotel, the rooms are very spacious and everything is super clean, my children enjoy the pool and they love breakfast.

There is no parking. You cannot park near the hotel. The hotel does not have parking. You are forced to use a public car park that curiously "is under the hotel" and if you do not take your car out all day, the party leaves for 19.25 DAILY (you pay a maximum of 12-13 hours). If you use it, you can get more money per day. Suppose you arrive at 11.00 a.m. At 23 you take it out to go partying. Zas. 19.00 .. you come back at 3.00 and when you go to take it out in the morning at 10.00 to go to a cove that they have told you very good Zas .. 15. etc etc....

Another thing has been that when you book online, they tell you that you have a gift and that you leave the room until 2:00 p.m. Well, I had to claim the gift since after three days I was still without it (they gave it to me in the afternoon without any problem). About leaving at 2:00 pm, at 12:30 pm they were calling me to the room to "remind me that it was the last day", which sounded like "to see if you can go once I have to clean." It was a feeling that we were taking advantage when in reality I was only using what they put on the web to reserve.

An 11 out of 10 to the staff of the sanarium, cafeteria and restaurant. Not so much for reception because of the above.

Great hotel feet in the sea. The staff is attentive, the suites are brilliant and the Spa is top notch.

Hotel is very close to the beach, rooms are clean. There is a gym aswell but need refresh, no aircon and water station, you can use it once/day. Good hotel If you looking for hotel with good localisacion, but price is a bit to high.

Whilst Suites del Mar is rated 5 star accommodation, we stayed as a family of four in one of the deluxe suites, unaware that there would be two double beds in one room ie no separate room for the children, who also had to share a bed.

The rooms are clean and very modern, but of a very white minimalist design. There is however no privacy in the rooms. As well as the two double beds in one room, there is also an open walk-in shower and bathroom with the only privacy being in the toilet! We were not actually sure who this room was designed for!

The breakfasts were very good and the pool area and spa were lovely, but think twice before staying on a deluxe suite as a family unless you have two rooms.

Nice and big rooms, very clean and great service. Big tv, a lot of channels. Breakfast (good one) is served in very sunny area where you enjoy see and su view all around. It's warm there and the rooms you can also adjust the temperature too.
The only downside is the wifi - slow and not stable - really not on the level business travelers are expecting.

The place and the service was good, but .... As soon as we arrived they told us that we should wait because they were full, but the good news was that they would change us to a suite, and that we had to wait until it was ready, we went out to eat while we waited the call and after two hours they called us that the room was ready.
Surprise ... Coincidentally the suite broke the pipes ... And that is why they gave us the premium again ... You draw your conclusions ...
We are here we will enjoy but surely we will not return ..... If there is something that I cannot tolerate in customer service it is the lack of words .....

Very good hotel, jacuzzi and pool warm. Very close to everything and by beach. Only bad thing I can say is tea and coffee is free in the room but to use milk you have to take out of the mini bar which will cost you a fortune.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views. I had a fourth floor room with views over the harbor. The harbor side rooms get sun on the balcony during the afternoon and evening, whereas the beach view rooms receive sun during the morning. I think if I was to stay again I would probably choose the beach side as I expect the views are spectacular. Harbor side rooms that are on a low floor probably don't get much of a view, and although there is a disco and bars within earshot of the harbor side rooms, the double double sliding doors keep all of the noise out. Breakfast buffet was fantastic - great selection of cereal, hot and cold savoury foods, fruits, breads, pastries.. and all with a stunning view over the ocean. Worth arriving early for breakfast, as once the sun gets up the staff close the blinds to keep the heat down. Room was very well maintained and cleaned daily to a high standard. All the staff I dealt with were very friendly and professional. Could not recommend more highly.

Very poor quality-price ratio. The hotel is located in a privileged place, but its facilities need a reform if they want to charge those rates. The spa should be closed or refurbished now. The pool is small but correct. Breakfast is good and in a lounge with great views.

Large hotel with sea views, next to Postiguet beach, modern facilities and a very complete spa.

Great place, very well placed at the seaside. The beach is not even 200m. The rooms are top and we have two pools including an outdoor terrace and two hot tubs. Gym, table football and a great view. The staff is super nice. Garage available and from the airport by taxi it costs 20 so nothing to say.
