Excellent cervicio and place location all excellent

The hotel is comfortable and provides a good restful atmosphere. I have to commend the staff for being very tentative to my needs and all of the help they provide. The view form the rooms is phenomenal over the city or towards the mountains.

I like it a lot and the super attentive employees, only in reception, the girls a little intransigent

Terrible treatment, terrible cleaning, there is no internet (although it is a business class) and a change in the facilities is already urgent.

They upgraded my room to a corner king suite, and it far exceeded my expectations before traveling to Chihuahua. My colleague was put in a regular room that looked very disappointing. If I was in a regular room, I would not have enjoyed the experience and my rating would be lower. Also, I would have expected the food to be much better in the hotel given that there are no restaurants in walking distance.

As my first time visiting Chihuahua, I did not expect the views you get from this hotel. Hands down the best place you can stay in the area. Easy uber or taxi into town for drinks and food. Good area to go for a run but be aware that many areas are private and gated. You can easily go for a hike up in the mountains.
Also, fantastic little shop with great local gifts. Found this right before I left and filled my bag with tons of gifts you probably wouldn't easily find else where.

Elegant entrance, beautiful views, friendly staff, but the rooms have many cleaning details, lack of maintenance, very small rooms, televisions are not smart tv, they do not have a minibar, I expected more from the hotel, in short it is an old place and lacks maintenance

The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable, the bathroom is very well equipped and the breakfast has a lot of variety and the food is very good. The only problem is that the pillows are somewhat uncomfortable and at breakfast they do not provide a menu, so we did not know what options there were to choose from. Everything else was very good experience
