Good place but the attention and attitude of some employees with the local people is selfish, it would seem that they are the owners of the place and that you are doing them a favor. I speak specifically of some receptionists and security people.
The room does not have a minibar, there is no ice dispenser on the floors, you have to go down to the bar to get it, the corridors are very dark to get to the room. Perooooo everything is very clean, the bed is super comfortable and the cable programming is very good
Dazzling area of events, their sizes range from a meeting room for a dozen attendees, to the massive ballroom lounges for several hundred guests. Beautiful gardens with statues surround the parking lot. It hurts how difficult it is to arrive.
Nice hotel only that not all the rooms have a view of the city, the day I went there was not working the jacuzzi in the outdoor pool and the water was cold But you can have a nice time on the terrace :)

I went to a graduation which was in the living room which I liked very much the atmosphere that provides the decoration, a good service of attentive waiters and a special meal which was much to my liking and enjoy leaving a very rich flavor, I will definitely recommend the next event.
It falls short of what you would expect from a Sheraton hotel, the rooms feel old and lacking in maintenance. The extractors in the bathrooms do not work, and the temperature of the hot water is exaggerated and causes accidents. the few lamps have cables pulled out, the steam is neglected, the paddel court is unpainted; In general, it needs maintenance. The restaurant is bad and expensive, do what you can to avoid it, they serve what is left, you ask for a medium term and they pass the overcooked meat and after an hour, the dishes are not always the same, one day the dish has baked potato and guacamole, another day no, you have to be scampering the waiters.
