Super! Great thermal spa. Oriented to adults. There is almost nothing for children. Is that a wave pool. But for couples and those who want privacy, it's just heaven! Towels and bathrobes are included. The restaurants are quite reasonable prices. Many outdoor pools - with hydromassages, salt hot water, saunas and steam rooms.

Register in advance by phone and reserve special lying areas, then everything is great.

As last time only to be recommended, very relaxing and a very nice atmosphere.

It has a wonderful pool and fine and delicious food. But the level of service is very low. I was double charged when I checked in. Also, the package delivered to the hotel was returned without permission. It took two days to find out where it was. The staff who responded laughed and complained with other staff, and it was very uncomfortable. Also, even on hot summer days, it is not allowed to use the room with an air conditioner. Wi-fi is also unstable.

A place where you can always discover something new and refuel. Just worth a trip.

This year we were here for the third time on vacation.
Staff at the bar by the pool partly overwhelmed (1 waiter who partly had to help with the drinks)
Corridors between the pool / restaurant and the room are sometimes a bit too long (from Steinhaus - Vulkania)
Access to the garage from the stone house is slightly confusing.
Aqua gymnastics would probably go down better with music :)
Otherwise everything was great. Rooms were nicely clean and comfortably furnished. Especially in the evening Vulkania pool was extremely nice and relaxing.

We were for the first time in this spa and were immediately impressed! Bath towel and bathrobe you get directly at the entrance. There are many small and large pools and also a family / children area. Vulkania was the hit. We will be back definitely!

Our first full day entry. Unfortunately a bit disappointing as our cuddly lounger was in a very warm room and unfortunately the windows could only be tilted. The food from the food truck was very great and the cook was as welcoming as the waiter. What I found disappointing was that weekend prices were charged on a window frame. The hotel and spa area invite you to relax. At least every other year, we try to find relaxation here for a long weekend and have never been disappointed. The food is wonderful, the spas and saunas spacious and varied. Only the parking situation seems to be getting worse from time to time.

The whole package is still right, it has become quite expensive.

For me one of the best thermal baths in Eastern Austria. A lot of emphasis is placed on ecology. The food is a highlight. As a vegetarian, I get my money's worth. Regional and seasonal delicacies are available daily. The best thing ever is breakfast until noon. The breakfast room "on top" is a round room in the blue dome. Dark colored and bright red, round corners - Hundertwasser flair. The construction of this thermal bath 20 years ago was totally visionary. Come and see for yourself. We have already been there 4 times and will definitely be back

It was okay but for the money I expected a little more hygiene and that the transfer from the bathroom to the parking lot does not go continuously, we say well, we two were chilled for a few days afterwards, there was no evidence that the return transport did not run continuously , And to get into the "lake" you either have to get wet from a pool and run or go out with your bathrobe and walk back wet with freezing temperatures. The food was good so far, the staff friendly. I will probably not come back anymore, it was exciting to come to the car with walking difficulties, precisely because the transfer does not always go and that was not said. What it brought to wellness unfortunately also brought it to stress, so it made no sense to me personally.

BLUMAU is one of the best places I've ever visited and have to return there again. Visualy amazing, quiet, rich and hot. Peacefull and relaxing place, underwater music outside. Unforgetable experience. To my wonder, it is perfect in details as well.

Positive: I was particularly impressed by the hotel restaurant - gluten-free and vegetarian / vegan was neither a problem in the morning nor in the evening!
The thermal baths are very large and there is something for everyone.

Cons: I only found a quiet room that can be used without a paid reservation. In principle, there are extremely many additional costs, which is clearly too much to ask at this price.
The rooms are unfortunately very heated and it is not possible to regulate the temperature yourself.

Magnificent Spas. A unique place for the architecture that surrounds the spa. Nice large bathtubs, both covered and uncovered, clean water. Great service. It is really worth spending a day (even a weekend) in this beautiful place.

My favorite spa in Austria! Very expensive, but truly a work of art full of colors, joie de vivre and energy. The best place to dive in and completely forget about time. The whole concept is really very authentic. I've been there a lot and never been disappointed. On the contrary, I am always impressed by the creativity of the employees / management. From the thermal baths and saunas, to the rooms and cuisine, the wide range of massages and other treatments, to the service provided by the staff - everything is flawless. The nice thing is that Hundertwasser's philosophy is maintained.

Very nice, all staff are very accommodating. Really very extensive offer. The only thing that was hard for me was to keep my bearings. I still needed a plan after two days. The food was wonderful and the entertainment in the bar was very nice in the evening. A very big but beautiful area. We'll be back for sure. However, I have also discovered a few shortcomings. For example, our floor lamp was full of cobwebs and the shower head was completely broken. On Saturday there was hardly a place to be found in the spa. Not even in the rest room was anything free. We spent all day looking for a cuddly couch, and although we were told that reservations were canceled after 12pm, we found two beach chairs that were empty all day. Pity about it.

We were from 24.8. - 25.8. In the spa and celebrated with 8 girls the bachelor party - everything was perfect! The staff very friendly! The rooms are beautiful and the food a dream! We can highly recommend it!!!
