Pure relaxation in a very special atmosphere!

We are always thrilled by this great thermal bath, the architecture, the food ...

Room: tasteful, made of wood, we were super satisfied with our spacious room in the Kunsthaus. Everything was super clean, there was a little present for Christmas.

Food: rich and completely sufficient, regional and fresh. In the evening at the buffet there is no oversized selection, which I think is totally ok. Everything was tasty, except for the dumplings (both as dessert and on Christmas Eve). But that is absolutely to get over. Drink prices reasonable, the wine in comparison is slightly more expensive than the rest.
A special highlight for me is the opportunity to have breakfast in a bathrobe and also to eat a la carte in a bathrobe on "rainy days".

Therme: very spacious, loungers placed relatively close together and yet the large number of visitors run away. The water is nice and warm, there are always hot springs and in the evening in the Vulkania pool, that's just a dream - with the lights and the fire baskets.

Sauna: also here, very nice staff, nice lifeguards, pleasant atmosphere. The large room with loungers, as far as I am concerned, because of the volume and the adjoining saunas, you can't switch off so easily, but there is another relaxation room. Everything is clean, sauna towels can always be taken fresh.
Infusions are always very well attended (almost a little too full) and take place every hour in the garden sauna: the one with honey is particularly recommended. Otherwise there are some with pine schnapps afterwards, with salt, watermelon snack, ... something for everyone.

Wine bar and bar: nice ambience, extensive selection of drinks, live music. If you don't fall into bed tired from the sauna and warm water, this is a great place to end the day.

Activities: there is yoga for hotel guests, and there is also a sound journey in the sauna, as well as guided tours around the site and other offers.

All in all a great hotel.

An exceptional house with the special "something", friendly and helpful staff, the food far too good, a very nice spa area, everything under one roof and many things in a bathrobe, for us it was an almost perfect getaway with a high recreational factor

Nice, large room, excellent food, great thermal baths. Extensive thermal baths area and yet together. Many additional services (massages, aqua blue, sauna area ...).

Only a small drawback, I'll take that out of the rating, on the day of departure a reduced entrance fee for the thermal baths has to be paid. This is included in the price of other thermal spa hotels in this region.

Our absolute favorite spa. Was already over 30 times here. Great ambience, excellent food and a unique atmosphere. Very much to feel good and come down.

I regularly spend 2-3 nights with my wife in the thermal baths. We always live in the hotel.

Unfortunately a bit disappointing. The sauna area is quite small. The restaurant clears the buffet at 21.30. The service on the evening was more like former communist. Yugoslavia. And the bar is smoking. The non-smoking area stinks of cigarettes. The architecture is something special, doe rooms large and comfortable, the spa area in the evening a treat

You have to clearly distinguish between the gastronomy and the rest of the thermal bath / hotel.
The thermal baths and the hotel are beyond any doubt. Great architecture, very clean, very quiet and worth every euro. A very high recreational value even on full weekends. A cuddly lounger in a quiet corner and you will feel reborn.

Unfortunately, the gastronomy is more than below average. We have already been there three times, but each time we were seriously disappointed with the range of dishes and their quality. That is just a high cafeteria level.
Clearly, people buy the cheapest and then, with flowery words, sell at high prices. I'm happy to pay good money for good goods, but unfortunately you don't get anything adequate, even if an is willing to pay for them.

Very good relaxation, especially the romantic atmosphere at the volcano pond is exceptional.

I found the thermal baths really very nice. You could tell that some people were there, but they were very well distributed over the pools. I felt very comfortable there and was able to relax very well. Breakfast and dinner are really of high quality and varied.
Small things might need renovation - but that would be a high level criticism!

We are day guests. The thermal baths are great BUT the service staff sometimes more than overwhelmed. If you wait 30 minutes as a guest and nobody comes - that's tough. Especially when it's not busy.

Still great and worth visiting. I can only recommend.

A wonderful spa for those who love Hundertwasser. A dream come true :)

We planned to stay at the hotel for a long time as we read about the beneficial properties of water. The first day, the reception staff began to question, but I was redirected to the spa. Ok, the next day, Melchior tried to find out about the water, but no one knew about it, then from the reception they redirected to a different spa reception and nobody knew anything there either. I tried again to ask the girl in the spa, but she shouted what do you want from me? You can drink all the water in the pool (I told the reception about this, the administrator laughed, offered to call the manager to laugh together - and lo and behold! I was finally told that they don t have water to drink, this is simply not true information on the sites. It is unfortunate that the impression of this fabulous hotel is spoiled by mediocre staff (((It seems to me that for 350 Euros per night, you can arrange more Client-oriented employees. Rest in this place is naturally ervali in 4 days

We spent a wonderful weekend in Blumau.
Rooms, meals and thermal baths are almost perfect.
Only the sauna area would benefit from improvements:
The sauna area, and especially the relaxation room, is too small for a busy day. The otherwise excellent ambience is annoying to argue about beach chairs.
Perhaps the hotel guest could be given the opportunity to rent loungers? We would have liked to pay an extra charge.
Furthermore, there is no water dispenser in the sauna area outside.
Please understand these points as suggestions and not as criticism.
Otherwise the visit was more than successful, also because of a perfectly working sauna master, and will certainly be repeated.

Fantastic spa hotel, very very nice staff, and above all wonderful delicious food in an incredible atmosphere ... if you like leaning walls and abstract painting and wall decorations! :-) The spa is not so much for children ... rather for singles, couples or parents who want to relax without kids. Nevertheless a clear recommendation !!

Fantastic spa in the upper price segment. Therefore also appropriate public. Especially the sauna area is a dream. We drive about once a month.

Per person we spent about 100 euros including food without massage. Of course you can push this price by solving a dinner card and eating it externally, but if you are already driving so far? For that you also get luxury, an atmosphere with Avengers and Hundertwasser ambience and with wave pool but without slides.

Great spa! Very relaxed atmosphere! Also the food was delicious at fair prices! A toddler pool, otherwise all pools from 6 years!

Have been here and it was a perfect spa. Today on 30.05.19 was from 10 o'clock allegedly all day tickets away, although you could count the parked vehicles. The 3 stars are for the very high daily ticket price.

Very friendly and competent reception. Super instruction in the processes of the spa and hotel business. Demands will be answered sufficiently and understandably.
