Pretty poor, not stayed here but wasnt even allowed to enter and pay for food in the restaurant! And pay to use the pool. after explaining ive been up real early traveling and not having any quite place this really irritated me,already stressed roaming round in the heat not feeling great. Being a hotel I expected much more in the attention, service and quality. They never brought bread when the rest of the tables were. My beef broth never came, when I reminded them they had forgotten, so I decided to cancel it. The fresh banana crepes were totally raw and they never brought a spoon when it is a dessert. Lack of attention in everything. My opinion is about The Market, the restaurant

I was really surprised by the bad treatment when checking out when asking for an invoice or statement of account which I was denied simply because I had not made the reservation directly. I just needed proof that I had been in the hotel but it was denied. What an unpleasant experience. Not only did I find that the rate for booking directly with the hotel or the IHG app was more expensive (which is why I booked by other means) but they also denied me proof of my stay. Clear example
as for a simple detail they damage the entire experience of a client who clearly will not stay at this hotel again, nor will he recommend it.

Very friendly and helpful. A very safebarea too. There is a mall right across the road which is extremely convenient.

Clean and comfortable rooms. It is very similar to many of the other intercons in the region. They had two evening social events while I was there in the patio pool area, but they do not advertise these at all or put up any signs. I think it would help with their turnout if they let the guests know about the special events for the week.

The Market Restaurant has fantastic service and attention, not to mentioned the sushi and food is delicious. Everyone wearing masks and following COVID-19 protocol. Little over cast but we will do a little swimming this evening.

We came for dinner one night. The churrasco was excellent and the staff was very attentive. Would definitely come back

Exactly the Hotel does not visit it, but the local food area is very spacious, Clean and comfortable prices. As in any place there is a lot of variety

Very good hotel, comfortable room and the food is very good, not necessarily cheap but honestly everything is very good.

Hopefully one day Sunday Brunch will return. They were definitely our favorite brunch and we tried to go regularly. I don't know why they removed it a couple of years ago but we always hope that they will offer it again.

I have been staying here, dining here and entertaining here for 20 years. Hans and hia team do a terrific job.

Many companies hold meetings here, offer large rooms, good refreshments as well as rich lunches on request.

The place is well maintained and clean. Great service.
