I was really surprised by the bad treatment when checking out when asking for an invoice or statement of account which I was denied simply because I had not made the reservation directly. I just needed proof that I had been in the hotel but it was denied. What an unpleasant experience. Not only did I find that the rate for booking directly with the hotel or the IHG app was more expensive (which is why I booked by other means) but they also denied me proof of my stay. Clear example
as for a simple detail they damage the entire experience of a client who clearly will not stay at this hotel again, nor will he recommend it.
