Excellent hotel, good service, rooms for large events and the best of all are the dishes. Recommended.

Great place to stay in Managua. Good location across from the Metro Centro mall. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is friendly, and the food is great. The breakfast buffet is one of the best selections I have seen and service in the morning is top notch. They also have a nice pool. Only complaint, service at the inside bar is very slow and prices fluctuate for drinks depending on the bar tender.

Pros and cons: first, very comfortable room, great bed and bedding, convenient location, delicious included breakfast, nice amenities, pool view, lots of electrical outlets, perfect lighting. Difficult to turn on shower without actually being inside so you have to start out with cold water. We paid extra for executive floor. Excellent service and food there but it should be a lounge not only set up like a restaurant. I ve been a consistent guest for more than 10 years but I won t be back due to the pool area. There s almost no pool service. It s hard to get drinks or snacks and once you do, no one services the area. Dirty glasses and plates. For a large hotel, there are 6 sun lounges.! There are 4 or 5 large wood tables and chairs directly in the sun. I don t know who would want to sit there. There are 2 covered areas for seating but they re shared in pretty close quarters. One day the hotel didn t bother to put out cushions or pillows all day so it was just hard surfaces. Very uncomfortable. Other than this seating, there are zero umbrellas and no shade. But lots of skin cancer. The pool itself is very nice and there s are lounging areas away from the pool, but if you want to enjoy a day by the pool, this is not your hotel. Very disappointing.

No hot water, pool was closed, service was terrible, room service only brought half our food, we were told the suite would sleep 4 people and only had room for 2, we had to beg for a rollaway bed, manager was rude, would not stay here again.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Good Internet access ... Silent with very good beds. Spacious bathroom .. room service with a good menu. Without complaints, I liked it.

You can find here some great restaurants and a sport bar. It's quiet and very private. Great place to for dating.

I stayed at a club room on the 8th floor after a long trip from the US to meet my mom for her birthday and before taking a long roadtrip north. This was the best choice for that, because not only it was restful, but the hosts were very polite and helpful. There were some women rotating shifts at the lounge on the 8th floor that did an amazing job making us feel welcome and cared for. Kudos to these employees and to the hotel management for doing a good in hiring quality people.

It is a very attractive place and with all the necessary conditions for a guest with all the conditions he deserves.

probably best hotel in Managua - the airport shuttle fee is ridiculous and the pool can get super crowded and the service is poor but it's all relative given the overall great condition the hotel is in and the rooms are very nice
