The shop is tiny, but the clerks are really helpful. I go there weekly to get my organic basket from Ferme Mange Tout and they have all the basics to supplement my weekly baskets... Tempeh, dry goods, oils, cheese, milk and some really fresh local produce of their own.

This is our favorite health food market in Montreal. Family-run and selling as much as possible from local producers. Its small space loaded with delicious veggies, fruits, nuts, canned &frozzen goods and all sort of treats. It also carries Eco-friendly home essentials and you can sign up for delivery (into the store) from 2 local CSAs (community sustained agriculture)
