Here I am reviewing a hotel that I never would have thought bad. So I often travel for work, so for me the hotel is a place to have a drink, take a shower, and rest. My secretary reserves the room for me. Chek -in embarrassing, once you were really welcomed like a prince, now they treat you with an air of sufficiency, as if I bothered them. Room nothing to say. But the bar has become a closed house outdoors, while I was enjoying my bottle of champagne and engaged in a conference call, I was approached by 3 escorts, and the thing that left me stunned was that the escorts themselves, few minutes before they were talking to the security officers, who probably signal the wealthiest customers, I wonder one thing, like a hotel of the kind that is estimated all over the world, with an excellence and a seriousness envied by hotels of the same category to allow such a thing ?? I'm sorry, but personally I won't be coming back. Once upon a time there was a luxury hotel called Principe di Savoia. Now that hotel is gone.

Located 15 'walk from Piazza della Scala, utmost attention to detail, in the feminine bathrooms even the hand cream, excellent of course. High level cuisine, competent and extremely helpful staff, polite

The Principe Savoia hotel has a revolving door that leads to happiness. Already in the driveway, from the kindness of the doorman and from the wonderful sculptures surrounded by butterflies, we understand that it is the perfect place to feel on holiday staying in the city. Inside, then, and everything is so elegant and luminous, with a team of receptionists ready to fulfill any request, which seems to take a step back in time when good manners went out of fashion. Frequented by celebrities and theater of press conferences and events, it also has a luxurious spa and a gym. The Prince of Savoy enters stressed from life and leaves reconciled with the world.

We spent 3 nights my daughter and I at this traditional hotel with excellent room service, overall service and an efficient support to the tourist in all aspects. The Hotel puts luxurious Van to take us and get the Guests to the Historical Center from 15/15 minutes until the later time when the shows of the "Escala di Milano" finishes for us Private Guide speaking Portuguese. I was treated like a princess in the Hotel's restaurant because of my age. I really liked the Boite space with excellent drinks service and very good music selection. It's worth this expense in Euros!

The tablecloths were of poor quality. Well trained spiders on the walls. The cleaning was excellent but the detergent on the sheets created irritation. The suite too big ... I lost my wife.

The price of drinks varies according to the barman's mood: the same wine goes from 13 euros to 15 euros and then ends at 20 euros. It doesn't seem like a policy worthy of a hotel of this level.

Excellent venue for events including food and wine. Luxurious surroundings with grace, a convenient location on the edge of the historic center, not far from the central station, well connected to the public transport network.

One of the most beautiful historic buildings in Milan, if you love extra luxury hotels, this is the place for you. Inside it has a large conference room for business meetings. Excellent cuisine. Fabulous, impeccable service, cordiality and professionalism.

THE SAVOIE OF MILAN IS A TRIPUDIO OF BEAUTY ELEGANCE AND CLEANLINESS. EFFICIENT PERSONNEL AND AT THE MAXIMUM EDUCATION HIGH PRICES BUT ALL OF THEM ARE WORTH IT. TRIED AND LEATHER DOCA.

Loved the place. Restaurant was very good. The lounge by the lobby very good too.

I can not give it 5 stars because the restaurant has a maid scolded another because he had served the wine to a colleague of mine who was sitting at the table behind as the rest of us, giving as excuse that that bottle should suffice for 1 hour and half .... are you kidding?

I found myself in this fantastic hotel for a meeting and I must say it is fantastic very nice and polite and friendly staff.

5-star treatments

The hotel is not centrally located ... to get into the city, you need a taxi. The hotel staff were not particularly friendly ... no smile on arrival. The hotel room was not even a bottle of water! At the price! The breakfast was ok.

Beautiful structure, elegant and elegant. The gala dinner was appreciated by all participants, as was the courtesy of the room operators.

Only the name remains. Should adapt the hotel to 2018. Friendly and helpful staff

Beautiful hotel and a classic to stay in Milan. The locals would recommend it too! And they left these nice lavender scent sprays for our pillows.

This is not about the Principe - We return there always with excitement and pleasure. It's about a recommendation by the Hotel's Concierge we need to know about:
"Although all places around in Navigli were packed this place had only two tables busy. We didn't hesitate, since we were specially sent there by our concierge Michele in Principe di Savoia. That should be a credible reference itself, or at least that's what we naively believed.
There were two tired, sloppy and apathetic waiters loitering around. We managed to order from the generic menu and after a short wait got starters - one of them the trout- looked more like rotten salmon. That was not a surprise. When we got our main dishes though- cotoletta Milanese ( who on earth will spoil this in Milan?!) and a pricey grilled scampi, it was total disaster "live"- dark blue cotoletta with a smell of a full week old garbage bag and just toxic bitter scampi - provably frozen few years ago.
Since we didn't touch our plates the waiter pretended to be surprised, however he took them away and after a short 20 min wait I got the bill. I was not happy with anything, so I asked him to adjust the bill at his discretion. He replied simply, that if I don't pay he will call the police ( and he doesn't give a f#%k- from what I got through my humble Italian). That - naturally- provoked me to ask to speak to the manager- guess- no one around. Tried to make them talk over the phone to her and finally the male waiter translated to her my discontent. She asked if I am "someone " and he said - no, just "nessuno", regular bloody tourist foreigner. So than she advised him to charge me full price ot call police. That took care of my experience- unforgettable- specially when recommended by the "expert " Concierge team of the Hotel Principe di Savoia - Milano...

I visited this place for work. The interior is beautiful (but doubt on advertisements featured), and full of art, there's so much staff working and therefore need them right away, they are all kind and servile. They offered me coffee in the afternoon and brought the full breakfast the next day to my stand. I would recommend it to visiting tourists!

Because it's convenient in the center of Milan, the prices are quite good.

Really nice building, great sound in the room where I was present for press conference, very good the desserts offered (event before lunch), not memorable drinking. I didn't get coffee.

It is a 5-star hotel so it seems logical to me that my assessment cannot be different.
