Excellent hotel impeccable service excellent restaurant service

A little dated setting, but impeccable service. Customer care from 10 and praise.

Overall this is a lovely hotel. The service was very nice and the staff was very helpful. I found the room to be clean and comfortable as well

Just to give you an example about service I had called to the front desk to ask for adapter plugs for the outlets and about ten minutes later a man came up to my room with three adapters on a little silver platter.

The concierge was very nice ( I think his name was Winston?)

One of the things we had an issue with was after a long day touring we were sleeping and at 9:45 PM there was a knock on our door and housekeeping just barged in. I was shocked that they would think that this is acceptable to just knock and walk into someones room at close to 10 PM. We were in bed and sleeping as we had been up for a tour at 5 AM and were very startled by this.

I did call the front desk in the morning and they claimed that they do turn down service until 10:30 PM (??!!) and that was why they had come in. Either way my daughter woke up because of this and it took another half hour for her to get back to sleep. I found this to be unacceptable. Housekeeping should knock at least twice that late at night to make sure they are not intruding in your room.

Otherwise I found the gym to be nice - the first day that I was there the temperature was set to 25.5 which is 78 degrees. Not sure what happened there but I asked them to fix it and they did. They were able to accommodate my request to open the facility early on two days due to our travel.

We struggled as well to find restaurants close to the property for a quick bite at a reasonable cost. We ended up finding one but most of the surrounding restaurants want 40 Euros for 2 oz of salmon and we just wanted a quick bite to eat.

Please dont get me wrong, we would likely stay here again, there are just things to be aware of when booking with the property.

I thought the housekeeping staff did a great job organizing and tidying up our room and the bed was comfortable. They did a good job soundproofing as well so we slept well!

Very pleasant, luxurious although a little kitsch with clothes on sale. Also, I did get refused two water with ice even though I had one earlier in the evening..... apparently the water turns to mud so you have a buy bottled water..... at least that's my interpretation of the "it's not possible to do that for you now" response, another way would be you're not having free water but you can buy water from is for a silly price.

I absolutely love this hotel. It s so luxurious and fancy and in a great part of Milan. The rooms are quite spectacular I wish I got more photos of my room. The food in the restaurant near the lobby is superb. Also please do checkout the gym balcony, the view of Milan is amazing. Spa is worth the trip if you can afford it.

My beautiful cousin made the communion right there gigantic but expensive. In two words, beautiful but expensive

Hotel very well renovated with elegant and well furnished rooms. The restaurant has caught by surprise for the traditional quality dishes of Milan. The service is always professional. Also the wines in combination are appreciated. The kitchen goes beyond expectations for how it is taken care of as in a small family restaurant where particular attention is paid to the ingredients and seasonality of the products.

I was in this hotel after the Milan fashion week party. Very elegant location, quality bar service and excellent music

Money spent a lot of good, impeccable service, from a to z everything is taken care of in detail.

I was at a conference in the main hall, which was very beautiful, bright, well set up and with optimal sound. Perfect assistance received from staff.

Every time we come back it is always beautiful: the location, the kindness, the professionalism and the chefs both in the kitchen and in the pastry shop are always at the top. Even yesterday, everything, perfect, we and our friends feel pampered, not just for the food , but, for the courtesy, the availability of all the staff. Also today, November 25, always at the top.

Simply the best hotel in Milan and one of my glibal top 10. Sumptuous rooms, super discreet staff, spectacular concierge services, just flawless in every respect except breakfast is only ok and is Euro 45. I smile all the way in from MXP when I stay at the Principe!

A sublime hotel full of marble of all colors. A hallucinating decoration and a sublime room very large. a service at the top of the top the class and a superb restaurant for the evening and a lunch in the second restaurant absolutely great for the morning I've been there 3 times I'll never get tired
