Nice hotel good location near town and airport. Food ok pools freezing

Customer service is excellent, hotel caters for all ages and food is varied and delicious.

Wonderful staff brilliant place to stay. Adults only pools excellent.

Dedicated staff, always smiling and helpful. Super good hotel. Will definitely come there again.

1. The Venue.
A well constructed establishment for a truly well deserved holiday, catering for all in glorious different surroundings within.
2. The staff.
Can't fault the staff, everyone on all levels do their best to assist you.
3. Entertainment.
Being a family friendly location, the entertainment is suitable for grownups and children of all ages and can be enjoyed throughout the day and into the late evening,
from static games to stage entertainment.
4. Clientele.
All happy to be here enjoying themselves, except the honeymooners & retired couples, who should try the Arona Gran (No children policy ) unless of course you love the ambience of the PARADISE PARK.

Cracking hotel, cracking staff!
Not 1 complaint about anything here.
It's got everything you need and more.
Suited for families and couples/singles.
I'll definitely stay here again weather with the kids or on my own. 2 family pools amd 3 adult only pools work well and the rooftop adult pool, bar and sunbeds just top it off.
Great location but again the staff make the place! Met lots of nice people here too.
Really looking forward to my next visit.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Very clean and friendly and a brilliant idea having adult only rooftop terrace . My only qualm is we went half board and felt diddled with alcohol prices,as given not even a half of lager for a ridiculous price. Catered for all inclusive didn't seem bothered about half boarders.

A magnificent hotel .... great attention ... and good food.

I visited SPARIDISE The SPA at Paradise Park. the Staff were all very friendly. the SPA itself was excellent with a Steam Room, Sauna, Hot and Cold Showers and a Jacu zi all of which I enjoyed. Then the massage I had wes first class. the therapist was professional. altogether a very relaxing experience.

Had an enjoyable holiday with family. Food was of a very good standard, friendly staff. Stayed in Studio rooms which could do with being modernised but plenty space in them. Would recommend for families.

Friendly clean rooms selection of pools only one heated food was ok had better in other places though free bus to beach few times a day was not keennon food by pool bar free WiFi had no kettle in our room

Having just returned from yet another funtastic holiday - we can t thank all the staff enough for once again giving us an absolutely fantastic time. Nothing is too much trouble from any member of staff even if it is not there particular job. The kindness and patience shown to young and old alike in all areas of the hotel is truly something to be proud of. We are already planning our next trip and can t wait to come back. pools were not warm enough to swim in
jacuzzi water on rooftop was lukewarm
food was ok, but it was the same for 7 days
i saw cockroaches twice in the hotel, one was in our rooms, there were also tiny ants crawling on all counters in our room
i would say it is a 3 star experience

Good and pleasant hotel, just a shame about the music that plays until midnight.

Great staff, nice food an great location not far from the beach. If wanting a nice relaxing holiday this is the place to go. Love the adult only pool

Best hotel we have ever stayed in. Rooms were clean and comfortable, beds amazing. Best food ever, variety was exceptional. The staff all worked really hard to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and its the only hotel we have enjoyed the entertainment, especially the comedy Elvis. Would definitely go back.

Great hotel to stop in. We stopped for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute. One thing that makes the hotel is the entertainment aban and jesus very funny guys. Great games put on through the day that gets everybody talking and making friends. Rooms were nice and always cool with the aircon. 4 pools 2 for kids and 2 for adults with 1 being on the roof. 5 minute walk to the beach or get the free bus. Free wifi aswell

Quite ok room, but no place to stay outside the bed in the ordinary rooms. Nice and service minded staff. The buffet has potential for improvement. Superb pool area but not heated like most other hotels in the area. A few rooms are possibly plagued by traffic noise.

Family friendly hotel. Nice family rooms. Fast wifi compared to all other hotels. Not exactly gourmet food in the restaurant; a little too much fryer.

Very clean hotel, the staff are always friendly, the rooms cleaned to a very good standard daily and the food was always fresh and tasty...A good variation of swimming pools to suit all tastes and access to the main town was easily reached by foot or free shuttle bus through the day....I would highly recommend this hotel and would hesitate to visit again.

Had a lovely room, but think your food was not as good as before when we visited. Soups were not as good or varied, meatballs were cheap chicken ones and not worth eating, no boiled potatoes, not as much white fish, desserts lacking, no creme caramel or rice pudding. breakfasts okay.
I think you must have a new head chef, because of the difference in quality.
having said all that, I am a bit picky with food.
Not put me off coming back as we are coming back in February. Love Tenerife. Merry Christmas.

Wonderful holiday. Excellent, friendly reception staff made for an easy check in,
smashing food, good room, smashing Adult Only floor- 2 jacuzzis, pool,fab.rooftop views ,ample sunbeds ,bar / food .
Variety of entertainment on nightly. All staff tried to ensure we enjoyed our holiday .Resort check in for flight home with Jet 2 good . No negatives for us. Recommend the All Inclusive option.

Very nice and child friendly hotel. Beautiful palms that are in the hotel and around the pools. Spacious apartments in the outbuildings. 5 swimming pools among which there is nicely laid out next to the hotel. Food is very varied and quality is good. Service is great. Shuttle bus to the beach and also to the local market on Sundays. Children's animation is fun and sure enough. Highly recommended! Of the tourists there, at least 80 were UK Englishmen. Enough restaurants and supermarket nearby. Supermarket 24/7 right across the hotel.

Just back from paradise park. Loved every minute of this holiday. Staff are all happy and very helpful. Great day time activities. Cheers Ricky. The food was the best ever. Room clean and fresh towels daily. We had a choice of 5pools. Lovely and warm pool. Entertainment at night. The best ever. Can't wait to return.

Hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming. Very clean rooms and hotel. Good choice of food, offering various themed nights. Also brilliant staff at bars that helped but also good that you could serve yourself. Having lots of pools made it easy to enjoy the pool and be able to get sun beds. Roof top views were spectacular. Overall veg enjoyable time.

3 star but friendly helpful staff. Rooms too small, basic and poor wardrobe space. Food is good and varied.

We have visited this hotel several times over the last few years and found each occassion to be a very enjoyable experience.
The facilities are extensive with a shuttle bus operating throughout the day down to the the beach front area.
We have always found the staff in all areas pleasant and very helpful.
we would particularly commend the services of the ' Amigos.' and the entertainment staff lead by Alberto , as they work extremely hard in fulfilling the needs of guests.
We intend to enjoy many more visits in future.

Me and my family returned home earlier this week after staying at paradise Park Hotel. We stayed for one week but wish we had stayed for longer to be able to experience the full extent of everything the hotel had to offer. We stayed in a 2 bedroom annexe and it was very spacious with plenty storage space! The shower was a power shower and it was amazing! The rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed everyday and bedding as we requested.
Regarding the food choice, there were a wide variety with a different theme every night. We didn't eat in for 2 nights as the food wasn't what we'd choose to eat, the breakfast selection was brilliant, ranging from dried fruits, fresh fruits, cereal, crackers, cereal biscuits, fresh bread, yogurts, pancakes, croissants, other fresh pastry and full English.
The pools were great but very slippy around the pool, as I always do I tell my children not to run around the pool but unfortunately on our first day my son decided to run around the pool, slip and slice behind his ear clear open on one of the bins. The staff were brilliant with him, the life guard was there and he cleaned it up and told us to go see a Dr, reception ordered our taxi for us and a few days after the accident the reception called for us to go to the front desk and they were asking and concerned over our son and couldn't have been any more apologetic.
The snack bars around the pools were great, open until 5pm and they had burgers, hot dogs, chips, toasties, fresh fruits, salad, breads and donuts as well as ice creams. They also did all soft drinks as well as alcoholic.
Kids club was great, my son spent a few days in there as he couldn't use the pools after his accident and he thoroughly enjoyed it in there with there been different activities everyday.
The evening entertainment was good fun but we did think it started a little late, the kids disco starts at 8:30pm and then karaoke at 9pm and after that different acts and shows every night at 10pm.
Lastly, the staff. I could not fault the staff one bit, they were absolutely brilliant with the children. Anything we needed we just had to ask and they would try resolve it the best to there ability.
We will definitely return to this hotel and we will go for 2 weeks next time.

Hotel is fabulous, 6 or so pools of varying sizes, some family others adults only, good balance. Food is excellent & pretty much continuous throughout the day. My main fault with it is the rooms. Don't get me Wrong they're perfectly fine, just so very bare with nothing on the walls at all. It would have been nice to have had a picture or just something to to break up the long bare walls. But that is it. Nice balcony, nice views, bathroom is fine. Shower is fine although the drain is at the wrong end for my taste. Recommend a stay here

Good hotel, I usually go to the hairdresser. Very good professionals, they leave you very cute.

Just got back from a week at paradise park. Will definitely go back , excellent staff , food and service. Rooms very clean and comfortable , entertainment good fun and swimming pools great. A few minor problems but resolved quickly , our safe didn't work on the first night and we had to ask for the toilets to be cleaned in the main downstairs bar as went in one night and muck was on the floor , next night still there, however reported it to reception and within 15 minutes it was sorted. The staff really do a good job. Jet2 go that extra mile to make your holiday experience perfect from the start, easy booking , send resort information just before you travel and even arrange your luggage to be picked up from the hotel and taken to the airport. Had a fabulous relaxing , fun holiday.

Nice hotel especially for children, entertainment package good throughout the day. Most people seem to be all inclusive so can get bit rowdy. Great roof top area adults only with chill out bar. Some rooms in annex bit dated but large and comfortable. For me not quite 4star .

Wonderful place. Lots to do. Beautiful. Really fantastic suite to stay. Could have booked just one suite for all 3 of us but Andrew had his own flat next to our suite

Very much a family hotel but hiding places for adults who dont want to be too close to kids two adult only areas food buffet style ok not great

Just got back from the Paradise Park hotel. Had an amazing time as did my 10 year old daughter.
An excellent hotel with fantastic staff. Always ready to help and always smiling.
Pools are great and with 5 to choose from, there is always room.
Food is really good and lots of choices for everyone.
Food around the pool is hot dogs, burgers, toasted sandwiches and chips but easy to go to main restaurant if that s not for you.
Rooms are very clean and modern and house keeping do a great job everyday.
The only thing I would not give 5 stars is the evening entertainment. Magic show, Bird Show and Elvis were great but every other act was very similar and not great quality.
Bingo was a big draw and fun for the kids and adults alike but only put on one night. Would be popular every night instead of karaoke.
We booked half board but upgraded to all inclusive at the hotel. Massive saving doing it this way instead of booking with tour operator.
Will definitely be back.

Third visit to paradise park, did not fail our expectations again , modern duplex apartments on 2 floors for 6 people, really friendly staff from all departments, great for kids and grown ups. 5 pools 2 restaurants 3 pool bars, great place all round.

Highly recommended. We recently booked to stay in an apartment and after a few days couldn't put up with the bed provided any longer. We went to Paradise Park, having stayed there previously, and asked them if they had any room. They could not have been any more helpful. Massive thanks to Miguel (absolute legend), Tito and the rest of the staff for being amazing. The hotel is simply one of the best in Tenerife and we won't look anywhere else in future when returning. With 4 pools to choose from, one being a rooftop pool and terrace, plenty of activity, nice modern clean rooms and in a nice quiet location within easy access to everything you need you can't ask for more. Thanks again guys and girls and see you next time. Stay safe :-)

Good hotel, friendly and efficient staff. Pools are fantastic. Location is a fair walk to the beach however the hotel provides a bus with a timetable. Although I never used it enjoyed the walk.

I went to paradise park about 1 month ago wouldn t fault it this was my first time going to Tenerife and it was amazing

The breakfast was amazing and they were always refilling everything up ! We were all inclusive for everything!

The snack bar opened at 11 and at the main pool it was 10 and the snack bar was really good chips burgers hot dogs and more ! There was loads of drinks to choose from and there was slushes and ice creams .

The pool was good your not aloud inflatables as it takes up loads of room which I understand but they always had entertainment on for younger people and older people !

You do need to que for beds in a morning otherwise they are all gone but you get stickers on them and if your not back by a Sertain time they get taken of you but around the main pool there is plenty of beds ! There is 5 pools and 2 are them are adults only and the other 3 are family pools !

The dinner is great aswell you couldn t fault it the restraunt opens at 1 and finishes at 3 amazing food everything cooked freshly and there was nothing wrong with it . As was your evening meal !

The room was very clean and the cleaner came in and cleaned it everyday she was very kind we also payed an extra 4 pound for a fridge and others !

The entertainment was great for the kids but we didn t really spend much time in the entertainment in the hotel as we went out quite a lot ! Your all inclusive wristbands stoped at 11 which is reasonable !

Wouldn t fault paradise park will definitely be back staff are great and so are the cleaners lovely place ! X

As a mixed age group of 6 people we would just like to thank the paradise Park for a great 10 day break. The hotel very clean and tidy our rooms were made every day. The staff were welcoming and friendly, good food & drink & had a choice of swimming pools with a sun bed every day without running for it. The entertainment was good every night. overall a very good holiday & would return

The hotel is very good wonderful staff we really enjoyed the facilities swimming pools and night life travel reps advice for trips and excursions the only thing l would have changed was our apartment for the money we spent all inclusive it should have been miles better. The choices for food was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly in the restaurant and bar areas and the chef showing us how to make Paella the Canarian way was very informative and delicious as we got to eat it.

We have been to this hotel many times and have been pleased with staff friendliness ,the food is good and plenty of variety. The entertainment is good and suits different ages

Excellent!!!...... Best hotel we've stayed at. Would certainly recommend it. Staff are lovely. Apartment is perfect and so clean. Food is 5 star in our eyes. Rooftop pool is fantastic. Would definitely come again.

Overall a fantastic hotel and holiday we had. We choose to stay here because we had never done an all inclusive holiday package before but thought it would be a lot easier with our two children. The kids did love it and we thought the food choice,entertainment,kids club, play area by the pool, all pools, hotel staff & maid service were all excellent! The only one thing i would say let it down for us a bit was the apartment itself, as we booked a deluxe/superior we expected a much better place to stay as advertised on the website through all the pictures,but we felt we got a "standard/ basic" apartment, saying this we did discover after speaking to a few people you could upgrade but it was too late to bother as we were only staying for a week. We would go back there again but definitely would have to sort out one of the better apartments to stay in.

Had a great week here mid February. Great location to the town and out of the madness. Slightly up hill but this adds to the character of the location. Great super market next door with coffee and off-licence.

The staff are amazing. Great with with the kids and always smiling. Great pool and day activity s and the night entertainment was the best I ve seen for years.

Food in the restaurant was excellent, some nights there was special nights with great variations of food.

Rooms and facilities where clean and well kept.

Cannot fault this place and will be back.

Lovely hotel, staff were so pleasant & helpful. The room was nice and clean. Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room but not a massive problem. Lots for the family but there were adult areas to sunbathe & eat if you wanted somewhere quieter.. close to plenty of bars if you wanted to go out at night

Skeptical: arrived at 9:30 we had our room at 15h ... when we got up at 3 o'clock in the morning and we are dressed for temperatures around 0 it is pleasant with our daughter of 8 years still less. In the bathroom. A tiny stream of cold water runs when I take a shower. And to cap off the stay I end up spraining me by slipping on a mat they put on the outer descent: 120 euros doctor and even no offer of help or meal when I can not walk until when I leave. In short, the welcome of the Canaries is the can. The day before I stole my wallet in Puerto de la Cruz in my backpack 2 days later I am offered to help me go over a radio while I leave the next morning. ..too late and always no excuse or compensation! My insurance passes me a radio: fracture verdict on an old fracture with screws, urgent operation on site .... and the hotel always offers royally to pay the taxi. We had to go back to France.
We love people .. my c .... They are below the acceptable! To ban !

Wonderful hotel where you feel at every moment to cross the entrance door. Exceptional staff, both at reception and in public relations and customer service. Superb facilities, with a wonderful spa attended by a lovely lady. Great. I will return as soon as I can
