beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, great restaurants, bars and staff

The services it offers, the cleaning, the attention of all the staff and above all the good vibes that were palpable. I loved.

Been to this hotel 3 times. Clean, lovely pools. Staff very friendly and location good if you don't mind walking. Entertainment good. Food is good but a bit repetitive. Really good family hotel.

Great food and close to a huge shopping centre. If you walk five minutes down the road , there's a market with fake handbags for 5 Euro, I bought 6 lol

Only popped in to see my Rep who was based there. Very nice hotel with two pools, one one the roof and one in the grounds

Just as the comments of the users did not lead to this hotel, here is our experience: It is the first time in this hotel and despite being a short stay we loved it. The most valuable thing for us was the friendliness and attention of the staff. I think that when you pay for leisure or work, finding a place with staff is the main thing. The very complete buffet, great variety both for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are not too spacious but clean and the bathroom with a shower in conditions, as well as a terrace.
Things to improve, the dining room would improve ventilation, get crowded and it's hot. And a larger TV in the rooms (I think it's 21 ).
We will be back!

Lovely clean hotel. Very friendly at check in we weren't happy with our room when we got there asked to get moved couldn't move us that night but moved us next morning not a problem. All the staff are lovely food good intertainment good. Plenty to do or just relax by one of the 5 pools we have been to this hotel for the last to years and will stay there again.

Fantastic hotel, great food, friendly & helpful staff

Just got back this morning after our 2nd visit to the hotel this year. We have already booked to go back again next year. The staff can't do enough for you especially the amigos in paradise. The hotel is very clean, great rooms, the food is amazing. The entertainment team are great to be around and always there for you. The entertainment at the hotel is first class, something for everyone of all ages. Well done to all members of staff, keep up the fantastic work you all do to make our holidays special

Anybody thinking of going to Tenerife for a holiday and not sure what hotel to stop in I would highly recommend this hotel it`s comfortable, food great & entertainment good, plus the staff are excellent. Definitely would stop there again.

This was bloomin lovely... nice and clean, pretty new... definitely modern and a pretty good bet for a family holiday. Seating could have been more in the evening for the entertainment, but pool, staff, food, accommodation and reception all first class.

Place ok...pay for safes in room...no bottles of water available in rooms..small bottles of water with meals 2 euros,robbery...up grade to all inclusive 18 euros, if u want to eat same every day..food at breakfast is good!!! Pool areas very good...rooms are clean and well kept..standard rooms dont have a good view, i can see kitchen bins and a skip if i loom down, did ask for a move, but they said id have to pay more for a better room!! I told them it was my wifes birthday, but got nothing!! It could be better..but could be worse too.

This is a fabulous hotel for families or couples. The food is excellent with plenty to choose from. The staff are very helpful. Can't wait to go back there.

We came to spend the weekend and I can only say that we had a great time. For starters I have to say that absolutely ALL hotel staff is super friendly, friendly and attentive, always at your disposal. The room they gave us was quite large with a huge bed for two and a very clean bathroom (which is important) and a shower that you didn't want to leave. As for the food to say that the variety was good, the food very very good and with a taste that seemed like the homemade one of a lifetime. We had the drinks included and they were NOT carafe. The hotel has about three or four swimming pool areas ... the center is where all the children are but you have others where it is for adults only. Outside the hotel has an area with another pool and a jacuzzi and others that are super good. I am knowing that I will return 100x100 for sure.

Excellent hotel. With alot goin on pools are beautiful once you explore the grounds. As pools are situated outside of hotel area just a walk threw a gate and your there.. Staff friendly and atmosphere great.

5 pools.like a small viiage good food.10 mins to beach .free bus service every 30 mins.rooms very clean.staff polite.jet 2 take cases to airport on return.must be 3000 rooms.

I haven't been in the hotel, but we went to the spa inside it. We had the couples Diamond deluxe treatment and it was fantastic! The staff is very kind also!

Just returned home this morning from Paradise Park hotel. Third time in Tenerife. This is by faaar the BEST hotel I ve stayed in. The staff, the food, the atmosphere everything was 5*. No negatives from me. I was even left champagne in my room for my birthday a couple of days ago. Amazing place. I most certainly WILL be back. Thank You Paradise. I ll miss my rooftop bubbles in the jacuzzi each morning.

We have stayed at this hotel 20/30 times often twice a year. The standard as never dropped over this time. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We have been here 4 times and cannot fault it staff so helpful and happy definitely returning next November

Great place for families and/or couples! It's a decent hotel with really friendly staff, although some rooms are in need of a little modernising to align to other rooms.

There's an excellent offering of food and drinks for those going All Inclusive with reasonable entertainment at night time, although a little repetitive. They also have a second floor 'chill out' area with comfy low sitting leather chairs and beds for those wanting to get away from the ground floor entertainment.

The hotel has 5 pools in total with one of them being an adult only pool on the roof top of the hotel. One other is in a separate complex but opposite but can be used by hotel guests. Snack food (burgers and hot dogs) and drinks are available from 10am through to 5pm poolside with a sit-down lunch in offer from 1PM-2:30PM daily.

The beach is approx. a 15 minute walk where there is the local harbour for fishing, bars and dining out. Or for those not wanting to walk, there's a bus service for a couple of euro...

Siam Park is a 10 minute taxi drive and costs no more than 7 - well worth getting the Premium passes ( 52) as you get entrance, 15 meal voucher locker and a towel.

All in all, and very good hotel!

The 5 different pools are great. The food is good with lots of choice. We will definately be coming back.

Just got back from a week all inclusive at Paradise Park. The hotel was very good, staff were extremely friendly & could not do enough for you. Food was great, lots of variety for everyone. Two restaurants to use one for breakast & evening meals & the other for lunch. Lots of fresh snacks throughout the day too. The hotel has 4 swimming pools, although two were for adults only. There is a mini bus sevice which runs every 30 minutes, useful if you struggle walking, but Los Cristianos was only a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

My son went to the kids club everyday, which was well run, only downside was that of an evening there wasn't a lot of entertainment for the kids. They have a 30 minute mini disco in one of the entertainment rooms( the other room was for adults only), but only had entertainment twice in the week aimed at kids, although these two shows were excellent, a clown & a magician. The other evenings were singers which did not really appeal to the kids.

We had a family room which was incredibly spacious & the maid service was second to none. Beds were very comfy, both rooms had tvs on the wall. Two loos & a large shower.

Overall we were incredibly impressed with this hotel & would certainly recommend it to others. Worth every penny of our money.

Food not good or evening entertainment..smoking round kids pool ...room cleaning bad ......main toilets not cleaned proper .....poo mark on wall there for more than a wk and still there

Great resort with excellent facilities. Standard rooms aren't quite as nice as the pictures but OK nonetheless. Food excellent, staff excellent. Definitely a hotel to come back to!

Me and my family have just returned from a fantastic stay at Paradise Park, from start to finish the staff at the hotel were lovely and friendly. The rooms are amazing,really big and family friendly lots of storage space and very clean and well kept. The food was out of this world , amazing quality and a huge selection for all 3 meals per day. The pools are clean and staffed well by lifeguards , good selection of drinks pool side ,the only little downside to the whole hotel was that the family pool was difficult to get a sun bed ( find me a hotel that's not ) it's an amazing hotel that we are already looking to go back to next year !!!

The staff were fantastic, extremely friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The food was wonderful. There was a great range and in the 7 days we were there I ate something different for every meal. The amount of food that is cooked fresh in front of you was brilliant. We stayed all inclusive and it was well worth it. The price of the drinks and the food would've doubled the cost of the holiday and we only had to pay a few euros each for the premium cocktails. The adults only area on the rooftop with jacuzzis was bliss. Cant wait to go back.

This was our first time at this hotel and we were very pleasantly surprised. Outstanding for us was our room 214, the selection of food at mealtimes and the friendly and engaging staff all across the hotel. Also a plus for us was the free minibus into Los Cristianos which was especially useful as my wife's wheelchair could be accommodated. Thank you again, no doubt we will be back!

This resort is more for families geared towards all inclusive. Breakfasts were better than evening meals. They did offer a meal swap for half board which was nice although we didn't use it.

Me and my missus Had a brilliant stay here can t really fault it. Friendly clean and space. Food was good aswell.

You will find everything you need and more. The staff are friendly and helpful nothing is to much trouble.

Just returned home after ten days at paradise park.brilliant hotel for families. Clean ,friendly ;helpful staff and the various food was fantastic would recommend a visit .

Really enjoyed our stay in Paradise Park. The food was excellent with so much choice. Spent most of the week in the hotel as there was no need to leave everything was provided on site.....looking forward to returning.

My 2nd home love this place friendly accommodating caring great mini club for children spa is great gym is good aqua aerobics food is lovely if you have children I would recommend all inclusive.

This place has been absolutely incredible. It's my first time traveling as an adult, and my wife's first time abroad. The hotel and surrounding area is absolutely gorgeous and the staff have been amazing.
They are available any time and are the most helpful team I have ever met!
They'll help with literally anything they can, from booking excursions to helping translate if booking things yourself.
And the cleaning crew are so thorough! When they cleaners came in, everything was spotless like we had just arrived.

The food is also great and has had a wide variety across our stay.

A wonderful experience and we couldn't have picked a better place for a honeymoon.

Fabulous hotel very friendly staff. Food was very good We stayed half-board. The main lagoon pool was lovely and warm but all the other pools were a bit cold, lovely grounds although it s on various different levels so could be unsuitable if you don t like walking steps and slopes. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and modern. The hotel is situated up a hill, a bit from the seafront however there is a free minibus provided by the hotel that runs every 30 minutes to Los Cristianos. A very fun and friendly hotel and would stay there again.

Anyone looking for a great hotel where the food is good entertainment is great staff cannot do enough for you the rooms clean with good beds then this the hotel for you we have been here 8 times now with our children and grandchildren they all love it

Great entertainment staff. So friendly and got people involved. Good bus to take you the town.

The staff are amazing. Food is what you would expect from all inclusive a bit random but nice! Breakfast is on point. Rooms clean and cleaning staff will fold your clothes and put them on your bed neatly. (I was in a bit of a rush for the free bus to the beach) I didn't expect them to do that! We had some problems with the ac and shower, was fixed in 15 to 20 minutes. We'll be coming again.

Stayed overnight rooms where comfortable and air-conditioned. Used the Wifi, kettle and services seemed good. Kids used a fold out bed. Breakfast had a really good selection. Have everything you could really want but some of it I think was let down by quality. Spanish Red sausage was good omelette also. Pools where nice lots of choice but only one was heated and we found the others a little too cold at start of April. Location was good and activities looked well run. Overall a fun and good family friendly hotel.

Staff are so friendly and the pools are amazing. Arrived to find out we had been upgraded from a pool view twin room to a suite with a sea view. Second time coming here and couldn't recommend it enough

Great hotel, very friendly staff, good food, and very clean, good entertainment nightly.

Rooms are large and air-conditioned. TV has English channels and the bathroom was great too. Adults only rooftop pool was gorgeous, got the sun all day and no screaming kids, was very peaceful. Our room faced the road but wasn't a big deal as the view of the mountain was still impressive and we didn't spend that much time in the room anyway. Breakfast has a massive selection, as does lunch. We were only half board so didn't go for dinner, if you want to have lunch instead of dinner just let them know during check in. Overall fantastic

Good place to relax with the deluxe circuit as a couple. The spa expected to be bigger but equally enjoyed and disconnected a lot that was our goal.

This Hotel has 2 sides... A "PARADISE" side (the one facing the pools) and the HELL side (the one facing the street) with the noiseiest rooms ever. The food is average. The staff is freandly. The guests are in majority ealderly people. Nice heated pools. Some rooms in the extension are not upgraded sice the '80.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left all staff make you feel very welcome and go out of their way to help and make sure you are having a fabulous holiday.
Food was excellent large choice and different every day, our room was lovely very clean and the bed was so comfortable.
Close to the beach about 10 minute walk.
Can not find one fault with this hotel was a pleasure to stay we loved it that much we have already booked to go back next year.
Would highly recommend this hotel excellent for kids too.
Thank you to all the staff for making our stay very welcome.

Stayed from 29/06/19 until 08/07/19 with my wife and 2 boys (8 & 11). Hotel was great with 2 adult only pools & 2 family pools. Usually a queue in the morning for beds however never had a problem getting them.
Restaurant was great - food was good and if you cant find something to eat you must be the fussiest person alive.
All staff friendly and helpful.
15 minute walk to the town/beach however hotel runs a shuttle bus at regular intervals.
We stayed in a premium family room which had plenty of room for 4 with separate bedroom for the kids. Only small downside is view was onto front entrance of hotel but didn't bother us as we weren't there to sit on the balcony for hours.
All in all a fantastic hotel. We will definitely be back.
