Amazing place, lovely food, 5 pools to choose from including one on the roof, over 18's zones as well as kids areas, lovely friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel .welcomed at reception with a glass of bubbly and were helped up to our room with our cases . Rooms are immaculate bed sheets changed every other day clean towels every day. Restaurant great good choice of food staff were nice and polite . Sun roof was great if u wanted to get away from poolside. First time in tenerife and it was a good experience would definitely return to paradise park

Excellent hotel ,excellent staff nothing to much trouble .Loved the way hotel set out with two adult only area s .Food excellent, only downside would be the entertainment very poor .Would definitely go back ,had a fantastic holiday .

Just back from lovely week in this hotel. Hotel is very clean,staff very friendly.food was good, plenty of choice every day. Only one fault,reserving of sunbeds from 8am.

We are currently staying at the Paradise Park Hotel in a superior suite that is superb. We had a misunderstanding regarding which pools are for Adults only & the Quality Manager quickly met with us to explain the facilities at Paradise Park, she is absolutely lovely & helped us enormously, we are most impressed. All of the staff are cheerful & welcoming. We are half board & the food choice is excellent & caters for all tastes, wine, beer or soft drinks can be ordered at your table & all are reasonably priced. We love the roof bar, the ambience is very relaxing & the sights from the roof are brilliant. Many thanks

Twice we were and an extraordinary hotel .. No fault. All perfect. This year we tried another and totally sorry for the choice .. If we return to Tenerife I will not hesitate, I will return to this hotel ..

We have stayed here 8 times for long stays-that says it all!!

Staff work hard and hotel has nice facilities. Entertainment staff work hard. Food is same stuff everyday and restautant staff seem stressed. There are a lot of old people at the hotel which for a 'funstyle hotel' is odd. It felt like Rolf Harris and his mates were on holiday and taking up seats in the front row for the parrot show when the kids have to sit at the back is wrong.

Lots going on (music a tad loud): great buffet food, quality and choice. Lovely pool and good access to sunshine. Clean rooms well serviced. Good access to town and nearby beaches.

Love this hotel. Great staff. Clean and tidy. Stayed here every Christmas for the last 4 years! X

Recommended, clean, large, spacious hotel with several pools, and more familiar environments in the lower part and in the upper part of the hotel, quieter and with animation for the kids, good treatment with customers by the employees and cleanliness in I recommend all the facilities

Not as good as last year. No kids play park and still no kids pool . Staff still excellent but various aspects of the hotel seem disorganised. In particular if you have to change rooms. Food still high quality .
I think the hotel seems more geared to adults only .

Great friendly staff, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the all inclusive food was excellent. We had a lovely relaxing holiday in a lovely hotel in a great location. Would highly recommend.

We got an upgrade to a superb room and enjoyed our stay. Good service from friendly staff. Wide variety of food from the buffet, mostly high quality. My gluten free needs were well met. The restaurant is big and crowded, the tables are small and the hard surfaces produce a noisy environment making conversation difficult.

Although the hotel is going through an entertainment revamp you can't help but have a good time, food and drink was excellent with good variety, the staff were always friendly and helpful.

Excellent Hotel, the food was amazing with so much choice, the staff was very friendly and helpful room 712 was excellent we got a free upgrade so was well happy 5 stars all round

The hotel pools are fine, but in the photos of the web they are very tricky, they are not very big and none of them is 1.40m deep. The rooms are normal, but they have very basic faults. In the bathrooms there are no towel rails to hang the shower towels, the television is small (24 "approximately) and on the terrace there is an impossible light to turn off that can disturb at night. The lighting of the room is scarce, there is only one led strip after the bed that does not arrive to illuminate everything.
As positive things, the food is fine and there is free wifi throughout the hotel, including the rooms, the gym although it is small, it is free. It is ideal to come with children, there are many things designed for them.
In conclusion, I have to say that in relation to price quality, it fails a lot. It is expensive for what it offers.

Very nice and big rooms. Food was unfortunately not my taste, but the staff was very hard and courteous. We were there as a couple and felt comfortable. The pool is a hit. Everything extremely clean and well maintained. We would love to come back. Thank you very much.

This is my second stay in this hotel, I came back after 5 years or so and I have to say things have improved since. There is wifi available everywhere and rooms have been refreshed. I took half-board and the food was good, sometimes excellent even. I am full of respect for the restaurant staff who need to prepare so much food and a good variety of that, for a handful of guests due to Covid19 impact. Hard work that is appreciated. Speaking about staff - amazing, friendly and helpful people. The hotel has a gym in the building, the only complain is there was no aircon and it got super stuffy soon. Or perhaps I couldn't find the control panel...Lots of pools, with one on the roof top (no kids allowed). There were sooo many free sun beds, again due to pandemic. The whole place was quiet and allowed for rest. I liked that very much. I might be back for a 3rd time in the future as the price to quality ratio was excellent.

Overall a fantastic hotel! We stayed with a group for two weeks.
Most of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and speak English
The main pool is good and the adults-only pools are quiet. There is also more pools across the road, but we didn't use them
The food was very good with lots of options. There was always some things for fussy people (pizza, chips, etc.) as well as some more adventurous options (rabbit, artichoke, steak)
The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious.
The car hire service in the lobby works very well and is easy to use
I wouldn't pay 19 for the spa, but they often gave out free tickets and it comes free with any spa treatment
The wine in the resuraunt is significantly better than the wine at the bar
The coffee and tea are good but the milk isn't. Our room came with a fridge so we bought some milk from the shop to use
Only a short walk to the market/beach

A great hotel and the staff were so friendly couldn't do enough for you forever cleaning and polishing the food and drinks were very nice superb adults only section something for everybody I would recommend this hotel also free bus to the besch

Had a great time staying here staff very friendly food great,plenty of pools,there is work being carried out but really didn't bother us during our stay,but we were offered to be upgraded will be returning again this year...

Excellent hotel, food selection was a bit random at times (who has salad for breakfast).

Very bad not a family hotel certainly not safety guarded for a baby of 22 month no baby pools to prevent drowning & heights 4 story high with stairs in and open drop window on the stairs inside the room. I have been ill with no sleep the whole 10 days I had to hire a safety hate from another hotel & they had to come and nail window shut and block balcony off

My holiday at Paradise was one of the best.
My husband and I were all inclusive and I have to say the choice of food and drink was fabulous. This included sushi, steak and duck, never before on all inclusive have we had these choices. All food was warm and fresh and dinner was served up to 10pm which was great. Breakfast and lunch had lots of great choices too.
There were 3 bars in the hotel including a rooftop bar and all 3 had great entertainment. There was a karaoke bar which also had Tribute bands playing.
During the day we had 5 pools to choose from which was great, you could constantly change your view from day to day. There were a couple of snack bars too which supplied chips, burgers, hot dogs and toasted sandwiches, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, ice cream and ice lollies.
We were located in room 310 which was at the side of the hotel with a balcony overlooking the street. This was very clean and had everything I needed apart from a kettle which I brought with me as I like an early morning coffee.
It is approx. 20 mins walk to the seafront which we often did and there is a free bus which takes you to the beach/town every 20 or 30 mins.
Above all I have to say the staff were amazing, always smiling and always ready to help, nothing was too much trouble.
We spoke to lots of other holiday makers and lots of them had been coming to this hotel for years. Such a recommendation!
We had such a great holiday we have booked for next year again in September 2020.

This place is fantastic and what makes this so good are the staff, they work hard and will do all they can for you. The choice of food is great something for everyone, we never got bored as there was something different every day.

The children's entertainment was fantastic our two girls loved it.
If I had to give one negative it would be the rooms can look a bit tired in places scuffed door frames, walls and flooring. We had an extraction fan in the small toilet in room 601 that was full of dust.
But honestly we would 100% book there again, we loved every moment of our say.

A free mini bus to the beach and pickup back to the hotel every 30 mins is a nice touch.
All in all we couldn't recommend it enough.

We came home on Friday after having a fantastic week. What a lovely hotel, all staff are so friendly and efficient and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Special mention to Gema and Airam on Strelitza bar.Our room although not in an excellent position was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed. If I had mentioned it I'm sure they would have moved us but it was no big deal. Food was excellent and plenty of choices. Definitely would not hesitate to return and hope to do so in near future.

Nice place modern rooms clean tidy. Really enjoyed the winter december holiday weather was good in. Staff are really nice especially at the bar night entertainment was good for the kids and adults. I will holiday here again.

One of the best hotels I ve stayed in ! Certainly value for money. Had a gorgeous room in the annexe. Choice of 5 pools. The shop inside the hotel was cheaper than shops in the town. The staff are what makes this hotel stand out from the rest they put everything in to their job to ensure your stay is perfect for you. Loved the food. The cleanliness is outstanding, the cleaners do a fantastic job. Thank you paradise park we will be back next year.

Here at the moment. Clean and tidy rooms, foods fine but nothing special. Bars are good, entertainments ok. Plenty of swimming pools to choose from and lots of sunbeds.
*Later in week food selection increased. Couple of themed meal times with great selections and waiting staff can't do enough to make sure you enjoy your mealtime experience. Review now upgraded to 5 Stars. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel staff can't do enough for you. We upgraded from HB To Fully inclusive for 18 per person per day. Have to say it was well worth it. The hotel itself is a bit out but they run a mini bus every 30 mins to the centre. Highly recommended *****

Hotel very clean, food superb, staff friendly Two complaints, should have non -slip tiles around pool and on the bathroom floor. staff did not seem to take my wife's accident, where she broke her elbow with the seriousness it needed. she has had 2 months of pain since our return to England. Regretfully after being a regular customer, we will not be returning. I have responded to the owners request with my email address. Given the lack of response while we were there I await with interest

We just came back from this hotel we had a one week of all inclusive and it was amazing whatever I say it's not enough the staff the pools the area the cleaning the friendly I mean I can't explain it u have to go and experience it worth every money we paid and loved it so much that we going back next year the staff bar are amazing we love paradise park hotel it's really good.love love.

Friendly staff. Excellent service throughout. Food fabulous. Clean and comfortable and well maintained rooms. Any problems are immediately fixed and followed up to ensure satisfaction of residents. Jet2 staff helpful. Useful shuttle bus service if needed.

Went all inclusive and found food to be really good and a vast array too. About 5 pools to choose from and that's including 2 adult only ones for if anyone needs a break from the little ones. Rooms are of a decent size and adequate for what you need, as in plugs next to bed to charge devices etc bathrooms spacious and clean. TV a tad small but who cares when you're only in there to sleep so all in all would definitely stop again. Happy days and enjoy people

We've stayed at Paradise Park four times and enjoyed our visit every time. We've stayed on both a half board and all inclusive basis and in my opinion, unless you enjoy drinking from the time the bars open until they close at night you won't get value for money on A.I.
Whilst the various pools make it a child's idea of heaven (there is a small 'adults only' one on the roof) the children's play area is a little small.
I have to admit we haven't been since it was refurbished a couple of years ago I'd still recommend this hotel for a family holiday.
