Suite was great. Clean and modern. Bar, whirlpool bath, walk in shower, balcony. Restaurant food good wighout being extravagant. Breakfast excellent. 2 adult only areas both great although pools could be better if you want a swim rather than just a dip to cool off, as they are small and shallow. Main pool looked better but didn't seem to have safe pool for toddlers who cant swim. Staff excellent, helpful and friendly at all times. Lastly you up a hill as most hotels are in this area, keeps you fit walking back but it is not too steep. There is free hotel minibus to and from beach for those that need it.

Excellent hotel for all of the family. Excellent food, pools, bars and entertainment. The staff are very friendly and helpful all of the time. The rooms are cleaned daily and clean towels provided. There is also rooms suitable for the disabled and ramps for wheelchair access. The hotel provides a free bus to and from Loscristianos roughly about every half an hour. I have already been twice this year and I am hoping to go again before the year is out. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a holiday in Tenerife.

Just returned home from a 7 night stay at paradise park I'm giving it 5 stars it was great from the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome the staff were very friendly ,our bags got carried to our room which was a nice touch.our room was spacious and clean ,and the beds were so comfy and they got cleaned every day and left clean towels .There are 5 pools to use one of which is on the roof top with good views it's adult only . The dining room is light with views on to a pool the food was good plenty of choices the staff were lovely always asking if your ok and having a good day . It's a big hotel with plenty to do on our last day we found the gym .we made full use of the free bus that takes you down into the town then walked on the sea front where there are plenty of bars and restaurants then we would choose to walk back .we will definitely be returning to this hotel we couldn't fault it can't wait to go back

Very big hotel, lovely staff they can't do enough for you.
Food is amazing with lots of different choice.
Entertainment is very good as there is 3 different bars on the top roof it is adults only I didn't see this entertainment as had my 3 young children with me, then the second floor is singing i didnt see this either but could always hear the music and the people they had on were amazing and then next to the restaurant is the main one with mini club then a different entertainment every night and then karaoke and dancing later on 3 pools one of the top roof ( adults only ) and then one in the main centre and then one just outside of the hotel. Shop just down the road and a free bus I think every hour if I'm sure to go to the beach and the main strip of shops. But only like 7/ 10 in a taxi we used large taxis though as there was 5 adults and 3 children so should be cheaper in a normal taxi. I would definitely go back.

Hotel is tired, maintenance has not kept up with the turn over of guests.

Cleanliness is also not their strong point, with air con units above the buffet housing visible mould, similar across the hotel.
The main intake for the aircon system is also unfortunately situated next to the designated 'smoking' section of the hotel, allowing your room to be filled with someone else's 'clean' air. Although having a smoking section did not appear to stop anyone smoking in most places we saw.

'Paradise park' boast 5 pools, as a selling point, none of which are deep, and only 1 large enough to "swim".
These are perfect if you want to sit stationary to cool off from sunbathing, but should not be marketed as pools.
Two of their pools are also situated in another complex 150m down the road from the main hotel entrance, so expect a short walk on the road.

The experience is good if you are "all inclusive", but the price of drinks in the hotel, and indeed the buffet "restaurant"(canteen) makes going anything but all inclusive not worth while. From the drinks menu on the evening service a 200ml glass of fanta will cost you 2.20 . While this may not seem bad on its own there are no complimentary drinks available during this time, upgrading to all inclusive will cost you 23 per person extra, but that will cover a good number of drinks for your evening meal and sunbathing.

Reception on arrival was good with appropriate directions and hotel offers. We had a junior suite which was spacious and had easy access to the main pool but the floors were sticky perhaps a reflection of subpar cleaning which does not suit a 4* rated hotel. Food was a bit monotonous and may get boring if you staying for long. Staff were friendly and helpful in all areas but the restaurant cutlery were not clean including dried stains on several juice glass cups and kind of odd smell which sort of puts you off using them. It did have a smaller heated pool for kids and adults to use but is a walk away from the main hotel with safe card access. Live music events were the highlight with good variety every night. Wife loved the table side local music during dinner time. The hotel is situated with closer walkable access to supermarket, nice restaurants with only a short 20min walk to the beach.

We where half board and can not fault the food that was being offered daily waiting staff where kept busy and polite when they came to take plates etc away from our table . Honestly I can not say a single bad word about this hotel!

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel from Friday the 6th to Tuesday the 10th of March 2020 for her birthday, in a good location not too far from the beach and local restaurants!

Now usually in my past experience you get the odd happy waiter or receptionist and the rest are usually grumpy... however this was not the case every staff member except the odd couple were always happy smiling and up for a chat and a laugh, I d like to mention the two main waiters (Jesus and Airam also the older chap with yellow lense glasses can t remember his name) who were exceptionally friendly and had a laugh everytime I went down for breakfast/dinner!

Will definitely return to this hotel next time we come to Tenerife.

Thank you for a lovely holiday and the birthday surprise!

We went here for a week of winter sun. It was great! The kids loved the kids clubs. The all inclusive package is well worth it. Good food and a good choice of drinks. Great all round really. Would recommend.

Very average holiday hotel saved by rooftop pool/sauna area with great views over Los Cristianos and out to sea. Food variety ok but mostly uninspired in the taste and quality department. Staff friendly and helpful except extremely sour-faced and not very friendly lady 'welcoming' diners to the restaurant. On the plus side, not far to walk to beach area (free shuttle bus if you don't fancy the stroll ;-) and a decent small shopping mall right next door with an interesting food court on the roof.

Went on a holiday as a single person, at check in ...

Went on a holiday as a single person, at check in I was told about the offerings of the hotel and was given the keys and directions to the room, the room was lovely cleaned everyday to a high standard really lovely room.
The dining room on the lower ground floor was great very clean had hand sanitiser on the entrance that everyone had to use before entrance which was a great touch.
The food however wasn t amazing, it wasn t the worst by far though, there wasn t much variation between the days at dinner time although for a solo holiday there were tables for 2 or less people that made it comfortable.
The shining star if you want a relaxing stress free holiday is the rooftop adults only bar, the views are incredible the sun loungers are always available and the cocktails and food is incredible.
The beach and port is a 10 minute walk downhill and there s plenty of other restaurants and bars to visit including toros steak house, all in all a nice place, not roudy at all , but plenty to do or not do if you choose.
Only thing is because you can t take your drink away with you at dinner time even though I was all inclusive I had to buy water and pop for my hotel room to put in the fridge, they only gave me one card so when I left the room the fridge turned off and the water didn t remain cold, and the clientele is more of a middle aged elderly retired crowd but that might have been down to what time of the year I went.

Inside hotel was spacious and well designed. Conte...

Inside hotel was spacious and well designed. Contemporary and modern. We had an executive suite which we paid an extra 50 euros per night as we thought the superior room with pool view was too small and basic. This executive suite is decorated nice, however it is starting to feel dated as wood chipped on furniture, stain on sofa and flooring chipped. Floors cleaned daily, however skirting boards and under bedside tables very dusty, could put my finger through dust. The wooden bar area in room was full of little bugs in the wood so were given a can of insecticide. The food was really excellent. There was a great choice and enjoyed every evening and breakfast. The food is one of the best points of the hotel. The actual restaurant really let it down. It was very clean however like being in a busy school canteen. The lights are bright, tables very close to each other, basic and plastic. The noise from the canteen was like being in a zoo.
The grounds in the hotel were great. Five swimming pools with jacuzzi pools. There was also a great terrace off the upstairs bar area with big double loungers, this area was four star along with the upstairs roof terrace which had its own bar
I feel the staff here work very long hours. The housing, bar and restaurant staff were great. Most of reception staff were very helpful and polite apart from one.

First time here. Lovely polite staff a credit to the hotel. Room nice cleaned each day, view of swimming pool. Food and drinks really nice. The hotel and staff have gone above and beyond to ensure everywhere is as clean and sanitised during this pandemic.

Stayed for 11 nights all inclusive at Paradise Par...

Stayed for 11 nights all inclusive at Paradise Park Hotel in July 19, as a family of 4 adults and a 1 yr old.
The pools are mostly adults only, but there is one pool at the hotel for children, and another complex accross the street which everyone was using too - which was good.
The kids club was not open every day for under 4's we found.

First impressions were not brilliant as we arrived at mid day and our room was not ready, and so we had to hang around.
The Hotel is lovely, but not that clean which was disappointing. The Rooms were cleaned daily and that was good, but in general the Hotel could do a bit more attention to cleaning, windows floors etc.

The All Inclusive Food was --- Amazing --- The Best we have ever had and we have had a few. There was always something new each day and so did not get boaring, and lovely choices. Fresh Steaks, Chicken, Pork, Fish, Omelets etc cooked infront of you, always lovely Salad and different dishes to choose from each day. Wine, Beer Sangria and Soft Drinks were included and really nice.
I would not upgrade as it was expensive to do so, and the Malibu was fine.
On the down side the hotel is up a hill, and ok going out, but a killer coming back -- 4 euros in a taxi from the beach so not bad -- You cannot see the sea from the hotel, unless you go to the top floor.
Comedy Elvis is a must see experience !!
Hope this helps someone.

My young family enjoyed our stay but it was spoiled in part by drunken people staggering about the pool area and pool closure due to hygiene problems. Much more control is required to prevent excessive drinking by some clients. Also smoking in bars and pool areas was not pleasant. Not being too picky - but the food on our last day was disappointing - not properly cooked - my sprouts and sliced poatoes were not cooked so were inedible.
All staff were excellent and helpful.

This Hotel caters for both families and couples . ...

This Hotel caters for both families and couples . My wife and I booked this as it also had separate pools for adults and an adults only bar as well as all the other activities for kids. The service we received there was fantastic from the maid (Cristina) cleaning the room to Jesus (Cook) and Nancy (Restaurant) always very friendly and willing to help. Not forgetting Gaston (Attic Bar) who makes a mean cocktail. We went all inclusive and the food was very good. The salmon, steak and chicken dishes cooked and served by Jesus were excellent, especially the chicken fajita on the Mexican night.
I also tasted Canarian potatoes for the first time and these are excellent. I would recommend you try them. They also run a free bus down to the beach at Los Cristianos daily and you can get a timetable from reception. The bus also goes to the market on Tuesdays and Sundays in Los Cristianos. I felt relaxed on my holiday and having a place where you can lie by the pool in peace and quiet was a real bonus. I would certainly go back to this hotel for a holiday.

Quality price the hotel is not bad ... but I'm not going to repeat for two reasons.
Cleanliness is not the minimum acceptable for a hotel of this category and most importantly, the rooms do not have double glazing so I could not sleep at night, so the hotel can be excellent in all aspects If I can not sleep, it's worth it. I want to highlight the kindness of the hotel employees, it is the best without a doubt.

Had the pleasure of staying here the second week of the Easter hols in 2018. Lots of positives about the place... Food nice; don't listen to reviews about plastic chairs in the restaurant being naff, they are fine; evening entertainment on two floors, clean rooms; great having a kids club from 21:45 to 22:45 (although it's not listed anywhere). Only a few negatives... Hotel didn't respond to my email before getting to the hotel; sunbed reservation rules not enforced, so if you don't queue up for a sunbed when the family pool opens it's difficult to get one. Photo was taken before the pool was supposed to open at 9am.
