We stayed for 11 nights over Christmas 2018. We were given a room 148. No light into the room because the end of the balcony area had a six foot wall surmounted by a flower bed, and a service room beyond.
Were told no more available rooms and could be moved next day. After a fuss we were offered a suite at 30 euros a night more, which we took. The hotel told us wrongly that it was the travel company that booked that room and would compensate us.
Neither the hotel nor Jet2 were interested, saying we should have expected that sort of room.
Got a reply from Jet2 just non committal.
Most dissatisfied. DONT ACCEPT ROOM 148
