SPA Manina Jessie Sandy, actually the best professionals I've ever met. Highly recommended when you lodge at Novotel Taipei Taoyuan.

It is recommended that the glass partition next to the bathtub be lengthened. Otherwise, the water will always spray the floor out when the shower is in use. Even if the floor mat is placed the same, and the floor material is not easy to dry and slippery, it will be a little dangerous. The water heater in Room 631 does not automatically jump. It was too late to respond due to the rush to check out.
I don't know if there is a misunderstanding, but there is no drink in the minibar refrigerator (?)

In terms of quality this hotel is pretty good value and nice customer service. Just bare in mind this airport is fairly far away from Taipei in the trains to and from Taipei fill up shoulder to shoulder.

Stayed one night prior to flight departure. This brand new hotel is to be highly recommended. Excellent rooms and service, and a speedy transfer for an early flight the following morning.

The fitness center is clean and the staff is friendly, but the staff of the aromatherapy hall is not very good, especially a short hair, the body is slightly fat and impatient, reflecting the water in this bathroom, she returned: so many people use only you say water, maybe our That's the way the bathroom is!

Ok. Clean, mostly quiet. Small rooms with small TV by most standards ("30). Pretty expensive relative to other hotels I've stayed at in the region. Rooms are a little funky with odd design features. There is only a narrow wall between shower/tub and the rest if bathroom, so taking a shower results in the entire bathroom floor having standing water everywhere. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, with a la carte available if you want a $18usd cheeseburger. Breakfast buffet is ~$18.50, dinner ~$26.00.

The dessert made by the dessert chef Wade is exquisite and delicious.

The sound insulation is very poor, the flight is very loud, the bathroom waterproof strip is full of mildew, although it is a transit hotel near the airport, the morning time is very dim, not paying attention, it is a little ugly to the driving route, and the following is a word description of.

ROOM CARD: I have two nights of stay at the hotel. When I got back to the hotel at the second night, the two room cards are not working and I could not get into the room. I needed to get back to the lobby and wait for a 20-min queue for fixing it. It was already 11pm and I felt so exhausted on this.

BUFFET DINNER: I had the buffet dinner at my first night there. As it is not complimentary and I needed to pay the price, I had certain expectation on the quality. However, it is rather disappointing. The food variety is far fewer than in other Novotels e.g. Bali, Hong Kong. The hot food are only in room temperature. It is far below a hotel standard.

Manina and Jessie are friendly and the aromatherapy room is comfortable. Manina is very professional. Highly recommended!

Great stop over from NZ to UK. Food was great and big comfy bed. The service was exceptional, only downfall was we weren't informed abiut the shuttle times prior to landing so ended up having to catch a taxi as we arrived at 5am or would have given 5*

The dining environment is elegant and the dishes are exquisite, but the amount of the set is less. There is too much soup.

As a platinum member of Accor, we stayed at Novotel several times. Each time there was a little imperfection. However, this time I was with my partner. At that night, there was someone at the 9th floor smoking and of course the whole floor full of bad scents. Which was not their fault, but it did cause some inconvenience.
The next day I had to leave early for flight and my partner stayed at our room. The front desk called him and he said he was not ready to check out till noon. The front desk said ok. Then he packed a bit and went swimming. At around 10:30 in the morning, he went back to our room and found the room was cleaned up, as well as our drinks in the refrigerator were cleaned out as well. He had no choice but to check out earlier than he planned.
In our perspectives, this was not a very good experience. Didn't the housekeeping department check with front desk if this room was checked out or not before they cleanup the room?

Nice accommodation, the highest view on the ninth floor is great! ! !

You can also bring children to learn to swim ! ! !

It was a hotel to take a rest nearby Taoyuan Int. airport.

But the room was not so good.

it was clean but crooked toilet door. and actually there should be magic window at bathroom which we could see through it but it was not working(cuz it was broken once and fixed as normal window)

and status of refrigerator was so bad. It was not clean at all.

Just a business hotel. That's all.

The buffet is good, and the overall feeling is not bad!

The whole room was clean and luxurious, very satisfying and more than expected with the photos.

Taipei has come so often that I may not come back.

The Premier Lounge has a relaxed atmosphere and delicious dining.
Riva & Shana's two young ladies are very welcoming.

The environment is novel, but the hair dryer is powered off from time to time, and the shower head has been slipping. The equipment needs to be strengthened.

We stayed for a night before we catched our flight early in the morning, the hotel was really nice and cleaned. We loved how the room and bathroom concept. It's unique. Huge panda doll are ready to give you warm welcome hugs.

Very nice, excellent service and amenities. Book in advance, even online from the airport, to save a huge markup over the walk in price.

Hotel where breakfast is delicious, bed condition is breads. It is too hard.

Very nice airport hotel, love the Chinese Restaurant there. The hotel also has a very well equipped gym. Highly recommend

Very obliging staff, fabulous pool and gym and other facilities with helpful staff, the quietest room ever and lovely restaurants.
However unlike in other Novotel hotels we have stayed in, the restaurant would only allow us to use 1 of our accor cards for our evening meal for our group of 5 people. This has NOT occurred before in any other Accor establishment. When we asked if our group had eaten at 2 different tables whether we could have used our 2 different cards, one for each table, the reply was yes. So what is the difference ( except we would have had to speak louder to have a conversation across the 2 tables).
Having said that the food was excellent although overpriced. And the complimentary glass of red wine was like vinegar.

Think twice before moving in! !

Only one star service. I gave different replies to several phone inquiries before check-in, telling me the wrong happy hour time, which resulted in the lack of service even on the executive floor where the price increased. The worst is the male foreman at the bar on the 1st floor. The service attitude is quite reluctant It was bad. I was told that I came from the counter staff to compensate and guide, but I didn t know the reason, so I served a plate of cantaloupe and fried rice, and then asked us: "Any questions?"

The next morning, I was going downstairs to have breakfast. I didn't expect that all 3 elevators were "under maintenance" and could only take the stairs from the 9th floor to the 1st floor.

Obviously, the counter was told to postpone the check-out until 1 o'clock, but the room card was invalid when I returned to the room at 12:30? !

The overall accommodation experience is extremely poor. It does not have the level of service that a five-star hotel should have, and it is not as comfortable and friendly as an ordinary small hotel.

General amnesties are OK, but service is not up to par to justify price. Stayed there multiple times, laundry has been damaged and I have had to switch from rooms because facilities needed maintenance.
