Without a doubt one of the best hotel to stay in! The staff are super professional and heartwarming. They set a high standard for hospitality. Highly recommended if ever are in Taipei for a vacation.

Nice, clean and convenient hotel. Staff are like polite robots with zero margin for creativity. 2 issues. I ordered dinner off the menu as I don't like eating 'buffet' style and I was told that the wait would be 30-45 minutes. With fewer than 12 people eating in the restaurant I found that unacceptable. The server said she could deliver it to my room which was fine but then charged me additional room service fees. the other problem which continues to plague Novotel is that I always book through a third party vendor and I never receive points for my stay. You are the only one in the industry that continues to embrace this archaic way of doing business. I have stayed at Novotels 4 time (Korea and Taiwan) over the past 6 months and have received 0- ZERO credit.

A good buffet, good dishes but not many styles, there are quite a lot of guests on weekdays.

Good workout room. No coffee maker in room. Food from restaurant was ok.

Staying at this hotel may be broken by five black-breasted men, and hotel staff will insist that they are unclear.

Horrible experience. Had a room with malfunctioning air conditioner, and had to go through several phone calls. Checked out another room, was marginally better, before they were able to find a third room that had functioning air conditioner. Got a 8AM flight to catch in the morning, so I'm very dissatisfied with the overall service. Nothing offered for the hassle at all.

Needed a layover in TW and this hotel is the best choice. Close to the airport (actually in it) with shuttle service. This is a full service hotel with restaurant, bar, pool, health club, ect. The room was very clean and everything worked well. One of the few hotels on my visit this time to Asia that the A/C actually worked well. Staff was friendly and professional. No wait checking in and out.

The room is clean but ageing, location is great if you just want to see aircraft takes off or land, but really inconvenient to get food or snake...

Stayed for 2 nights. We booked through Expedia and got a standard room. The room was in the end tower and had no view at all, (facing the wall of other building), probably we had a cheaper rate when booking early. The price shown at the hotel counter was BTD8000 per room.

Free airport shuttle service running every half hour. Very convenient. Subway station us just right below the hotel. It takes about an hour to Taipei station.

We could hear noise from planes in the sky in the room. In general service was great. Staff was very nice. Special thanks to the reception staff. When checking out, bell boy wasn't available. The reception lady put our luggage on the cart and pushed to the main lobby for us. Really appreciated. Shuttle driver was very nice too. He helped us to put the heavy luggage to the airport cart too.

The Hotel has a free shuttle every half hour. Look for the tourist info booth to get directions of where to go. We had a 20 hr layover so we thought we'd go and relax. The staff are really friendly. The gym and pool are really awesome. There are 2 Saunas, a large 'hot' tub, a kiddie pool and a 3 lane 25m lap pool. It was a very pleasant surprise. Betty was awesome in helping us in the gym and pool as well.

The restaurants are really nice and prices were quite reasonable.

After so many flights to and from Taiwan for the past 10 years, I had yet to stay at the Novotel... Now, I'm wondering what was wrong with me?!? No, it's not the cheapest option near the airport, but everything was so nice. The beds are comfortable, the amenities are plentiful, the transportation is ideal, and even the meals are class. - I used to land in Taoyuan and opt to stick it out for a few more hours to my final destination, but after our stay, I've decided that a little pampering now and then can't hurt. - We had a fantastic experience, and I hope this becomes a permanent fixture in our future travel plans!

Today,I brought my mom to the In Balance spa. The room is very cozy there privacy.We just had a couple massage with therapist Sandy and Manina. By aromatherapy massage with the pure warm essential oil for our entire body. They did a great professional job! It's really release the muscle tension and get the relaxed body and mind! Would recommended!
This afternoon, I brought my mother to the In Balance Spa. When I traveled to many countries, I would take time to massage the SPA. Today, the aroma therapists Manina and Sandy have exquisite hand skills, but they can get deep textures. They are quite professional! The double massage suite is fully equipped and comfortable. Secret and provide hot tea and small snacks to enjoy. The use of high-quality essential oils is very stress-relieving, highly recommended!

The restaurant on the ninth floor is super ugly and super expensive.

The main meal of afternoon tea is boring, fruit and Makaro fight together, Makaro is sweet, chocolate canned like boring.

After eating your stomach, you are still hungry, poor.

Pretty much what youd expect from a tacoo bell. Nothing spectacular, but it is always very clean.

Spa Manina really enjoyed tge spa here. The staff is friendly and helpful, will definitely visit again!

5-star hotel with rooms overlooking Taoyuan Taiwan International Airport. They have rooms adapted for disabled people, swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, an international restaurant and an Asian restaurant. Some rooms have a mini bar

Well appointed hotel, pool and gym facilities excellent and service from hotel staff was great

Everything went better than expected. Customer servise was so nice, haven't seen as good in long time. I was under 10 hours but it was really worth it.

If I have friend who ever think of staying with this hotel, I will say the local hotel will even much better than here.
