Airport Hotel. It's nice. Relatively quiet. Modern. Check in and out was simple enough. Be careful with the shuttle to the airport. When bubba fell asleep for her nap, we told the reception and they gladly let us check out late - way past the checkout time. Thankful for such a welcoming and understanding team. Beautiful gym and free wifi. Will be back.

We were unexpectedly delayed leaving Taipei due to Typhoon Pakhar. This Novotel only had premium rooms left, but it ended up being well worth it. Very kind desk staff were super helpful. We happened to stay during Accor's birthday and were treated to free champagne and a buffet in the premium lounge. The pool area was clean and wonderfully relaxing. Very attentive and helpful staff arranged a very early morning taxi and breakfast boxes upon departure. We were very happy with all elements of our stay.
