Hotel Novotel Taipei Taoyuan International Airport Review

The staff's response was excellent! I was keenly aware that the hotel in Japan was at a low level internationally. I would like to use it when the training is held.

There is super tall guy in the lobby with Chinese accent (i dont know where he came from but probably Taiwanese) and he was soooooooo nice and kind! We had very good impression with this hotel because of him and we'd like to visit again and next time. we want to try breakfast next time as here's breakfast is super famous! (We couldnt try as we didnt have time)

SPA treatment with Manina and and Jessie and Sarah is a must while you spend some time in the lovely Taipei airport Novotel. Treat yourself. You know you deserve it.

The lobby environment is pretty good!
But the check in speed is really slow.
Arrived early, after checking in at 1:30, Mr. counter said that the room is still being cleaned (the service attitude is kind), and the room card will be taken at two o'clock. Two points were needed to get the room card, but the lady at the counter said that she would check in again and line up again...
Ok~ Maybe this is the rule of this hotel~ I respect it.
Remind everyone that you can check in after the check-in time is at two o'clock~
You don t have to spend time in line twice.

Comfortable overnight accommodation. Friendly and helpful check in staff. Had dinner at bar. The pizza was of the frozen type and was poor quality. They neglected to bring the water that I requested and did not check to see if i needed a refill on my cocktail or any additional needs. We were the only ones at the bar so they were not too busy to check on our needs.

I have been a member of the Novotel Gym for two years, and every time I come to the staff, I am very kind! Very polite greetings! Especially when Jia and Kevin are free, they will care about the use of member equipment!
You can also feel the enthusiasm of every employee here! They are very dedicated to this job! Worth winning!

Novotel breaks the door. Taoyuan District Court awards hotel compensation for Lai Zhongqiang and other 70,000 yuan.
2014.6.25 During the Wang Zhanghui period, the Novotel broke the door. The civil part of the Taoyuan District Court ordered the hotel and hotel managers to compensate for the damage. Lai Zhongqiang, who was informed, immediately said on Facebook that although the amount of compensation is not high, at least the court found that the hotel broke the door and that the maintenance of the freedom of residence of the Chinese people should be positive.
In the criminal part of the case, Lai Zhongqiang and others also filed a criminal part, accusing the hotel staff of intruding into the house, and the police officers of the Air Traffic Police Station restricted the freedom of movement. The court is still awaiting trial.

The cafeteria is spacious, with a wide variety of food and quality.

It has good restaurant and rooms for stay.
MRT station is just next door.
It takes about 50mins to downtown.

Nice hotel. Our only problem was the bathroom. We couldn't find an outlet to use in there and the lighting over the sink wasn't working

Modern and has a cool shower wall that is electronic. Its clear...flip a switch and its opaque.

Weifang Chinese Restaurant is delicious and delicious.

The airport MRT has been opened (A14a), so it's very convenient. If you leave early on the morning flight, you can use the courtesy bus for peace of mind. The location is a bit far from the center of Taipei, so the benefits are great if you consider the purpose carefully.

I liked the room. I did have three issues, though. First, rain shower would not turn on, was fixed but still hard to turn on. Second, light over toilet would flicker on when it was switched off, never was fixed. Third, room was not vacuumed until third day, debris visible in front of couch area. Otherwise, everything was acceptable.

The room design is novel, but some places are damaged and not updated.
For example, the wall is damaged, the bathroom magic glass has no effect.

Landed in Taiwan in the late evening. Good place for my family to stop over before continuing the Taiwan trip. Hotel is child friendly and provides amenities such as cot and baby bath tub.

Breakfast service staff Xu Tingwei service is cordial! Smile is sweet! Delicious meals! The hotel has a beautiful view! It s so beautiful to see the plane take off, the night scene, the blue sky and the white clouds! Recommended!

Standard standard hotel service, but did not feel the warmth of five-star hotel

I used it in transit.
By taxi, it costs less than 150 yuan from the airport to the hotel and less than 200 yuan to the airport. Alternatively, you can take the subway or the hotel shuttle bus.
The staff speaks Japanese and is very polite, and the glass in the bathroom is fun to play with.
The stay time is short and I don't eat breakfast, so it feels expensive, but I think it's a reasonable price for a normal stay.

Joining the gym for nearly three months, every time I come to the gym, the experience is great and I like it. The gym staff Jia and Tina are always very kind and take the initiative to write down our preferences. Any problem with the use of equipment is always very enthusiastic, and I will always choose to exercise in such a great environment in the future.

The overall feeling is a four-star hotel, not a five-star.

We are here now for a second time in 9 weeks returning from Frankfurt. The 1st time we stayed here we left very unimpressed by our stay. Our room was old and had no coffee or tea, milk for coffee etc. The pool was good and exercise area was also good. Fast forward to today and we have been pleasantly surprised to be in the new part of the hotel overlooking the runway , the rooms are bright and are of a much better finish.
The breakfast thatvvis supplied is very good with a huge variety of food to choose. We are in this hotel because our flight schedule changed and we were put in here. After staying for the second time i havdd changed my opinion of the hotel and would stsy again but only in the new refurbished Rooms. The staff on arrival were very friendly all the way up to the shuttle bus driver this morning who is a vergg happy man.

I wasn't happy with the breakfast staff in the buffet area I complain twice in regarding I saw cockroaches in the buffet area. The staff wasn't polite did not smile too. They were angry after I complain regarding the cockroaches.

Regarding the reception I wasn't Happy beginning due the reception but tom the manager sort the problem.

Cost performance is very bad. In the old days I used it because I felt close to the airport while feeling high, but recently I did not use it because there was an MRT.
When I stayed for the first time in a long time, the room was clean, but the partition of the bath was broken, or the blind glass of the liquid crystal, which was unusual at that time, was also broken. May be I had more expectation than what I should have. This is at par with a mid tier motel in the US, but their pricing is way higher than that. The breakfast costs $20, on top of that. Room was modest but clean. Very ordinary bedding - typical Chinese style hard mattress, etc. The front office staff were nice and polite.

This review is specifically for the In Balance SPA. Shout-out to Manina for an amazing massage experience! I got in around 9pm to the hotel and was surprised to find the spa was still open so I called down and they immediately took me in for a full body massage. Manina did a great job and I feel so much more relaxed after a long day of traveling. If you're staying here I definitely recommend!

Absolute balls. Got an early flight? Sleep here and wake refreshed. Good bar and spa.

The distribution of each food area is not understood. There are PIZZA and roast beef in the Chinese food area. Green vegetables are also used casually.
Foreigners who want to go to Taiwan should try to try the authentic food of Taiwan, but there is no such thing.

I stayed there for a night, because I had an early flight. The hotel was clean and very nice, the staff was helpful. I loved the pool and jacuzi pool. Very nice and clean. Quiet even though it was close to the airport. Would love to stay there again if necessary.

I just had a great massage with Sarah from the Spa. She really did a good job of dealing with all my tightness from the flight.

The service attitude is very good and the smile is very kind.

The facilities at the Novotel gym are complete and the pool massage oven has it. The most important thing is that the staff is very kind. I met Jia and Betty today, and I have trouble with the equipment. Really a great place to relax.

It was a brief stay for me. The staff was friendly, helpful and very organized. The Novotel was convenient and reliable for transient passengers.
