Horrible experience. Had a room with malfunctioning air conditioner, and had to go through several phone calls. Checked out another room, was marginally better, before they were able to find a third room that had functioning air conditioner. Got a 8AM flight to catch in the morning, so I'm very dissatisfied with the overall service. Nothing offered for the hassle at all.
